Great company with great people. Called Nick and told him my AC stopped working after the storm hit and he set me up for after hours because they were super booked.Justin came the next day and fixed the issue and did the tune up as well. He was very friendly and certainly seem to know what he was doing. We asked him about 542 different questions since we are new home owners and are new to Michigan in general and he answered everything and never tried to rush us.Now its been about 2 hours since he fixed everything and the house is cooling down and everything is fine.Could not recommend these guys more!ThanksShawn

Nick was super responsive and gave me all options in great detail. He fixed our furnace and replaced our draft inducer. We will use R&S from here on in. Priced accordingly and very fair and thorough.

I called R&S after we received what I thought was an unusually high estimate to replace or repair our furnace. Nick worked hard to find a way to repair our furnace, but ultimately we decided it was time to replace it. We ended up saving over a thousand dollars going with R&S. He also gave us practical tips and adjusted our vents because our upstairs wasn’t heating properly.Nick helped us find the right solution for our family and was available whenever we had a question. We will definitely be calling R&S again when we need them and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them to friends and family.

Nick is a great, honest and thorough guy. I had problem with my old furnace and got another company to check it, they told me it needs to be replaced due to cracked heat exchanger and started selling me a new Furnace. I got a second opinion for R & S, and in a few minutes Nick was able to provide the correct diagnostics which was basically a dirty sensor that needed to be cleaned. Nick also performed a full checkup on the system and confirmed the condition of the heat exchanger to make sure there are no problems with it. Super happy with R & S, they saved me a few thousand dollars for a new furnace. !!

Just had them over to our house in Northville working and they were fantastic. Not only did they do a great job but they are very thorough. They walked around the house a few times to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this company!

Hot day and holiday weekend with our A/C not working. Trying to find someone on Friday before July 4th. We called several places and most were closed / not answering. Nick at R&S answered the phone and set to come out in the next 1-2 hours. Arrived in 1.5 hours and gave us heads up when on his way.Had the problem solved quickly, but stayed and did a thorough check over the system and answered questions. Charged just for the service call plus $10 for parts.Will definitely call for service again when needed!

R & S has done routine maintenance for our furnace and moved our central air conditioning unit to give us more space on our deck.They were very detailed and used the latest technology to make sure the job was done right. Made an honest opinion that throwing parts at an old unit just didnt make sense. He gave us a fair price to replace the rooftop unit.
