I have been renting a large unit at this location for two years. I have never had anything but awesome, professional and courteous service from the manager Dolly!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are in the right unit. She is always available for questions and in a pinch can help with any requests. After 30+ years in the hospitality industry as a senior leader I know and appreciate a hard working engaged team member. Public Storage has a First Class manager that represents their location very well. Dolly is the reason I stay and Dolly is the reason that I have referred many to this location!

This Kiosk does not work. It was frozen everytime I tried using it. Would not take my cash. Took forever to even get to my account on that thing. Theres no one in the office now. Customer service goes in circles with no help. They do not help with questions. Where is the office manager.?? Dolly was the best. She was always helping. I do not want to use a kiosk. I pay good enough money to this company. They should provide the customer services they always brag about..

Management at this site is amazing. When I originally opened my account the manager was patient and extremely helpful(I can remember her name, Brandy? Sorry). I’ve needed assistance a few times accessing the property and again the manager helped me with a great attitude and speedy service. Recently, she called me to remind me to update my payment method before I incurred a late fee. I can’t praise the service enough here.

I came to make my payment and there was a kiosk instead of the property manager. I dont have time to deal with this kiosk. Dolly has always been helpful and given me all positive experiencs with my payments and questions. I do not feel safe, with no one on the property and using this kiosk. If the kiosk stays and the staff is no longer available, I will consider leaving.

Dolly dolly is an amazingly joyful person she made my experience here much better and I left smiling because of her ability to answer the questions and be in such a great mood.I just have to give another review to Dolly that woman is incredible Ive been here for close to a year now every time I come in that woman is cleaning even when its hot shes cleaning something. The bathroom is cleaner at all times more so than most restaurants her personality is amazing shes so cheerful and helpful, she makes you feel important like you matter. I hate how the prices keep going up because its hard to afford but any other place I would have dumped but with her as your manager it makes it worth it shes amazing Thats all I have to say shes just playing amazing.

Very nice manager, Dolly. Very helpful! Easy to reserve space online and register. Lights inside the hallways in storage units only stay on 25 minutes and storage units themselves do not have had lights. Bring a flashlight. 5×7 unit is ample and has a high ceiling. Convenient!

Do not store anything in Public storage!Unfortunately I had to move out of big house into small apartment recently.Consequently I had to put most of my stuff into storage.I ended up renting two storages from Public storage.I got phone call and text message from manager of Public storage today that one one the units I rented, got broken in.Lock was cut off, left next to the storage unit.Besides my storage unit, few others were breaking in.My financial damages around $10,000.00, on top of that I have emotional damage because many pictures which were in nice frames stolen, two computers with a lot of videos of my children and pictures on their hard drives stolen.The criminals who broken into my storage unit also stole two boxes of important documents and box of books? Are they intelligent, they want to read stolen books??? Does not make sense.Also what does not make sense, why Public storage which charges renters significant amount of money, does not provide proper security surveillance?? Why video surveillance only very limited space by entrance gate, and no surveillance at all inside of hall ways to see whoEntering storage units???? Which would prevent crimes???I hope my insurance company’s lawyers can bring negligence law suit against Public storage.Emotional damages can not be recovered as stolen videos of my children since they were born.Learn from my bitter lesson, do not rent any storage units from Public storage.Public storage is responsible to provide proper video surveillance to stop crimes of breaking into storage units what happened to me, and to have videos of criminals who break into storage units in order to bring criminal charges against criminals who did such a crime.Learn from my bitter lesson, do not rent any storage units from Public storage

This property is very clean and affordable. The staff is attentive, very friendly with excellent customer service skill. Dolly is especially Awesome!! My mother sold her house at the beginning of the year and she needed a storage unit. I also needed to store something so we went in on getting a 10X10 medium unit. This unit was perfect, it has drive up access making it easy to load or unload.The reason this place gets 5 stars isn’t because the unit we got-because let’s be honest public storage is the same almost everywhere in what they provide. No this place gets a solid 5 stars because the location manager DOLLY.After I reserved the unit online Dolly called to confirm a time when I could come set up everything the following day (as I planned) so she can focus on my mom and my needs. Then when we came to do all the paperwork she went through everything in full with us. She made suggestions and walked us through the unit before confirming it. I loved how she was attentive to her surroundings as well. While assisting us she was watching the gate and it gave me security about storing our items here.I guess my favorite quality about this place and her is that she seemed to care about our needs and her job and that’s important when your storing items of value (sentimental or monetary) in a location not close to home.If you need a unit I highly suggest this place.

Ive never had a storage before but THANK GOD you have Miss Dolly working at your facility!!! I walked in the office and everything was ready ( I mean all the paperwork which I was happy happy about) we had a chat she explained everything and we went out to the yard.... She showed me my unit and gave me my lock and wished me good luck.... Ill have to say that this complex is always kept neat tidy and clean...Miss Dolly is always courteous and helpful with any questions I may have or helpful also with any billing help I may need in the office! I just love her cheerful attitude, it makes my day better thats for sure!!! I have been renting from this location for years and the staff has always been super helpful. My storage needs have changed over the years and they are always there with suggestions on ways I can save some money by recommending units that better fit my needs. They maintain a clean facility and there always seems to be someone there in person to answer questions when I have them. Its nice to have a group of storage specialists that work with me and really feel like they are on my team. The new guy John, who has been at the front desk the last few times I have been there, went out of his way to help me get some larger items into my unit saving me from breaking my back. Big thanks to you John for the help!

Ive been renting my current unit at Livermore Public Storage for six (6) years, and have also rented here twice before in the past. The gate access hours are the best of any storage facility Ive seen. And Dolly, the office manager, is always friendly and informative. Unlike other facilities, she makes sure there is nobody inside the gate that should not be there.

I visited today the Public Storage in Livermore, 5055 Southfront road branch, to resolve issues regarding my recent payment, and was awestruck on how the property manager, Dolly, parse her records and called the companys accounting staff to provide quick solutions for me. She is articulate and very professional during the process of explaining to me the possible culprit of the problem. Dolly never stopped on her research while I was waiting in the office, and hellbent to provide the accurate answer to my problem. I commend Dolly for her performance today. KUDOS!
