Sherpa storage provides flexible sizing units at very reasonable costs. I really really appreciate Heidi Hobbs who was super supportive and really had the customer focus. I would definitely like to use them again and interaction with employee like Heidi would be one of the big reason for that. One thing probably they can work on is hours of operating the unit. Ideally I would like to access my unit anytime - at least not limiting up to 7 pm only.

Heidi was super great! She showed us the units i was thinking about and answered all of our questions!! We decided on the one we wanted and filled out all of the paperwork. The units are clean and nice and the easily accessible. Looking forward to renting here

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience in booking a storage container. The front desk lady was extremely polite and patient. We arrived a little early which ended up conflicting with her lunch schedule but she still went ahead and helped us out. Very happy with our experience! Thank you.

Great value, secure storage and clean environment. The staff I worked with was very friendly including one really helpful guy the day I moved my stuff in.Im giving four stars because of the challenges of moving large amounts of stuff in, especially if you have a unit on the second floor.Too many people dont know how to (or dont care to) operate the freight elevator properly so it repeatedly gets stuck on the wrong floor. And it would be helpful if Sherpa had more than three moving dollies. When I moved my stuff in on a Saturday I waited more than 45 minutes for a dolly and then person after person kept asking me during my move if they could have my dolly when I was done.Overall, would recommend.

Very good experience for me, in a hurry to get a convenient storage unit due to sale of a home. Staff, Steven and Grace, were welcoming, friendly, efficient and clear in explaining details of rules and expectations for the facility and the contract. They accommodated my need to re-schedule my appointment at the last minute. Able to do everything quickly. Very easy and positive experience overall.

The agent was terrific who answered phone. She diligently listened to my needs, prepared the office to expect me, there was no wait when I arrived. She followed through with emails promptly. Greg was the on site manager who introduced me to the facility and kindly, patiently, and very much invitingly familiarized me with the property prior to concluding our signing of the rental agreement. He was more excited than I was when he found a discount furthermore than the phone rep did.The property was well maintained, clean, and felt secure.I cant emphasize what a remarkable staff I had a pleasure in becoming introduced and associated with today.Very professional, yet friendly, practice safe distance, it was just a warm and friendly experience. Im glad I chose Sherpa, I called two or three other complex within 1-2 mile distance, Sherpa was the only one to have an agent available at 1:40 in the afternoon.Completely not only met my standards as excellent customer service, but exceeded my expectations.FIVE STARS for the property, the company, and its Authorized Agents.

Great staff in the office, got a tour of a couple different units, selected one and finished all the paperwork quickly. Also, they put 3 stickers on your lock and do a daily tour of all units. If any stickers are missing on your lock, they will call you right away.

Super great staff. Was in and out in a few minutes. Great deal on storage. Units are inside of earlier office building, so temperature is great inside.

I like the facility. The units are in a temperature controlled building. I like this better than the drive up units and the cost is significantly less. I just wish they would tell you about the additional fees up front. I was able to get the insurance waived but it cost me time and hassle.

The office manager was very pleasant, polite and professional. She was able to help multiple customers at once while making sure she was efficient and answered all the questions. The office and storage building is very clean and well kept. Got my storage unit immediately. Very convenient location for me. Would highly recommend.

In my opinion, this is thee cleanest, well ran storage units in Livermore! They are ran by Storage Pros which is a very good company. I was assisted by Grace who made my experience painless! She knows her stuff! She found me the perfect storage for my needs and even saved me a few bucks! She is very professional yet very sweet! I was also provided with a lock ! Saved me a trip to the hardware store so that was appreciated. The whole process was quick and she explained everything to me and answered all my questions! So I give them 5 stars! And I give Grace, 10 stars!

It was a phenomenal experience. Ms. Grace showed me around and right away I noticed how clean it was. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she offered a few suggestions for the best scenario that was advantageous for my needs. She wasnt lying when she said that they had the best and lowest prices in Livermore. Even if Sherpa didnt, I still wouldve gone with them. I ended up getting two 10x20 side by side. My experience was pleasant, due to Ms. Graces professionalism and her attention to details of what I required. Excellent!!!!!

Needed a safe, clean space to store many of our possessions as we emptied our home for staging prior to listing it for sale. I was very impressed and happy with my overall experience, ease of access and cleanliness of the facility!
