Very great experience from setting up the appointment with Amanda, through Johnny coming out and performing the service. Johnny was punctual, and very professional while in my home. This is the first visit of a quarterly contract, but I am very pleased and feel confident in my decision already. I would recommend them highly to anyone seeking pest control.

His attention to detail was amazing, spraying inside of the under sink cabinets and even my shrubs outside. Rarely to you see such pride in customer service. Just switch exterminators after 20 years with another company. So glad I did! First service with the Bugman started in Sept and another treatment was today. Johnny was the technician for both times. Hes very thorough and attentive. Both times hes shown up ahead of schedule which was great. We have a 40 year old house with lots of pine straw/mulch flower beds and their treatments have cut down on the number of roaches significantly. It was common to see roaches scatter on the back deck at night when turning on the deck light, not too long after treatment with the other company, but with Bugman I never saw any live roaches on the deck in between treatments. I rarely see any live roaches or spiders in the yard anymore. Would highly recommend the Original Bugman and Johnny the technician!

My father in law used Bugman for many, many, many years. He sadly passed away late last year and I had to call to find out if he had a termite bond so we could sell his house. Amanda was heartbroken and spoke very fondly of him and said shed let Derek (his tech) know. We have been using another company for years. After a treatment in the first quarter of this year I wondered if they were using Covid as an excuse to treat less than they had pre-Covid. I called Bugman and spoke to Amanda again and sure enough you guys are doing the right thing. The inside of my home had not been treated since Feb. of 2020 and I was still being charged full price. Johnny came out and was a few minutes early for my appointment time. We live pretty far out of town, most appointments run late. Original Bugman Pest has been taking care of our house for many years. Wonderful people that take pride in their work. Products they use really work! On 4/8/2020 Our house was scheduled for indoor and outdoor service, but with the COVID-19 understandable only the outside could be done. Earlier in the week I received a friendly call about this and that we would be having one of their newer service techs come to our home. Johnny was so friendly, professional, promptly on time and very thorough! I was very impressed especially later that night my deck was covered with dead beetles. Who knew we even had beetles?? Johnny came out and took care of our roach issue! They said it would take about 10 days to notice dead roaches but we have already seen many dead ones. We used the green product inside and regular product outside. Safety is very important for our family’s well-being and so we are grateful for a locally owned company that offers alternative product. The Original Bugman Pest Elimination is a decent enough extermination company. I appreciated the second technician that was assigned to our home, the last time we used them. His name is Johnny. He did a great job. He was not only attentive, but was on time, asked plenty of relevant intelligent questions, and was thorough in his inspection and spray of the house. Now, I can not quite speak to the chemical compound that the company uses. I think some improvements can be made with that.

Called 4 times in attempt to transfer Termite Bond on purchase of new home. No answer each time. Left messages each time with contact info and reason for call, yet never received a response. Called Clarks and they were onsite same day to install sentricon and issue bond.
