Very professional! On time! They do a very thorough job and spend time actually treating the home and areas of concern. I used terminix for two years and the person was always at the house for less than ten minutes and within a week I still had the same issues of flying and non-flying insects. These guys did an incredible job and spent well over an hour fully completing multiple services for me including the routine service. I highly recommend Pest Control Inc. I will continue using their services. They do much more too!

Very rude. Never showed up. When I called Scott to see where he was he said he never works before noon. Then when he said it would be 4pm he never showed upHe called at 435saying he was on the way I told him I was just going to cancel and go with someone else he hung up on me! Not professional at all.
