Have my house sprayed every quarter. Hardly ever see any bugs or spiders in our home. Notice outside over our drive way there was a large hornets nest. Called Terminix to see what it would cost to remove it. No charge, it was included in my quarterly price. They were out the next day and removed it. Great service! Happy customer.

We love Terminix. They are professional and kind. They are always on time for the appointment I schedule. When the technician is taking care of our needs here at the house, I feel like Im the only one who matters. He doesnt rush to be done. He makes sure the job is done right and for that, my husband and I are extremely thankful, especially since we have 2 little girls under 4 in the house. We will definitely continue to use Terminix in the future.

Tech showed up on time and did an excellent job as usual. He explained what the was going to do before hand and when he was finished he provided me with his invoice with details.

Trent was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and addressed them. No more ants! Even better, repeat visits are included in quarterly fee, if needed!

I called 8 times between 4:20 pm and 5:00 to schedule a Termite Inspection for a home I am in the process of buying. I never got an answer each time I called. I had a quote from a different pest control company that wasn’t as well known as Terminix, (but did answer my phone call the first time I called) and I really wanted Terminix to do this inspection. However, since I couldn’t get an answer, I decided to give my business to another pest control company. I hate to say this, but this is very poor customer service. For any future pest control needs, I will be going elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Ive been very pleased with my annual contract with Terminix Triad. They are very professional and I havent seen any bugs since they started spraying several months ago.

I had called Monday to setup a termite inspection done on my house,they set it up for today which it is Wednesday @ 11:00am,which I am in the process of buying the home,I told them that I was not living in the house at the moment the house is boarded up they said that was fine they was going to be doing the inspection around the house and in the crawl space,they said that i will see there truck with there name on the side of it @11:00am,I said ok thanks,today which is Wednesday I went over to the house at 10:45am to meet them there at the house I waited till 11:15am and called them to see if they was still on there way to my house and they ask me for my name and Address and told me that one of their Inspection men had road pass my house and seen it boarded up and kept going,she said let me call him and see what we can workout and I will call you right back,I said ok,I waited till 12:05pm in the car for her to call me back,I never did get a phone call back,so I called them back and said someone was suppose to call me back but I have not heard back from any one,she said yes that was me but yes the guy has already moved on to the next Jobsite i’m sorry would you like to reschedule that for next Friday I said no ma’am,right after I said that she hung up immediately very rude,Bad customer service for this company, I will not recommend this company for anyone,not even your worst enemies,thanks everyone Who had read this review.....God Bless
