First off, let me say that Im moving and very stressed out with all the things that come with moving. Taking time to write this review means a lot. I called to get a termite letter as well as transfer my weed control service to my new address. Ashanti answered the phone and was very professional from the tie she picked up the phone until the call ended. She assured me that she would be able to assist with all that I had going on. SHE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! Her knowledge and professionalism was on point. I wish the power and gas companies had her working for them as well. Thank you Ashanti for making my move a little less stressful.

I have had future services for over a year and I will continue to do business with them. They do my termite stations and my pest services. The customer service is excellent from scheduling additional services to my quarterly service. The service technician Sterling is awesome he has great customer service and is thorough. He deserves a raise for the way he goes above and beyond to ensure quality service.

Have had this service since we bought the home in 2017 and we have had no problems with Termites. They do provide other services for pest control that I dont use at this time. Would recommend them to anyone that needs these types of services

I just started using them for my Mosquitoes service. Today was my first application so I will let you know how it is in a few weeks. I was told I will see much improvement in my current mosquito situation so Im giving it a chance before I make a decision as to whether I like the service or not.

I have used them for two years and they do a great job with my termite service. However, I cant ever get anyone to call me back if I have an issue or concern. It is very frustrating when you have to call multiple times and no one calls you back!

Services were deceptive. The tech does not complete service as describe. Will document that they provided pest control in areas that were not truly, applied. Had this service for over a year and always had a rodent problem. They kept lying to me. Camera proved my thoughts.

They have never come out and let me know they came by. I don’t think they do because I am still having issues with bugs coming in. Won’t renew

I did not take any services but called for mouse issue at my gas station. They talked nicely but in stead inspecting my property they said that I have multiple mice in business but I know its only one & happened 1st time in last 13 years. They suggested they can not give single treatment but has to observe for some time movements of mouse/mice and they will come monthly to monitor. Now who is paying for damages by mouse during months. No one has permanent mouse issues for which why one sign yearly contract? Any way I solved issue using online help and saved hundreds of dollars.

I got a pest control from Future Services, Inc. and I am completely satisfied. All the pests and termites are gone and my house is clean again! The best service in Lexington.
