Paid for bed bug treatment. Guy came out and it looked like he just sprayed the stuff he used everywhere. He was supposed to use heat treatment but it wasnt hot at all when we got back. Still bed bugs after a few days so we called and he came back. Same thing. Still bed bugs. We scheduled for him to come out AGAIN but then we got a text about the guy having covid and having to wait to get it done. That was 2 months ago weve left voice mails and sent tests... the bed bugs are still here and Im out $450 after signing a contract that promised results or they would come back for 3 months. Absolute trash.

Greg freeman treated for mosquitos in my back yard. He was prompt, professional and havent had a bite yet! Much cheaper than other competitors and got me in asap.

They were very professional and respectful of my time.

Best decision I ever made. Nice people that do there job properly, and dont just come in and run through the house spraying the corners. Felt like I got my moneys worth!

Greg the owner is absolutely terrific. Service with knowledge and total compassion. I was amazed at his sensitivity and non judgemental attitude. He is affordable and personally answers your calls quickly. I would recommend this place and wish I could give him more than stars.

Very skeptical because the price was so much lower than others I had called, When I called they were so knowledge able and offer a 90 day warranty on the service. So I bit the bullet and gave them a try. They totally got rid of my bed bugs and at a third of what other companies wanted with no warranty. Thanks to Bug bully yall are great!

UPDATE AS OF A YEAR LATER!I have not had an infestation since treatments and working with BugBully.We were fighting BEDBUGS. And I have not had an issue since working with this company and keeping up on home treatments myself.Thank you again BugBully! You all saved my home🥰Original review*I had a infestation in parts of my house and he has been so helpful in getting rid of them. Its a process when it gets past a certain point and my house is so big that its definitely taking both of us to get this under control. He has offered to come back and retreat everytime i have concerns which shows me he is with me until I say its done. That gives me a huge weight off my shoulders and I cant tell you how grateful I am for it. And the price was literally half of everybody else. Im still in a battle with these horrible little bugs but I can see an ending. Thank you bugbully.

Wonderful, locally owned company. They came out and sprayed these pest of bugs I had swarming my house. They came back two days later (the bugs). It wasn’t the company’s fault, these things are the worst, ever. I called him late on Saturday to let him know, and he was here first thing Sunday morning to spray again. Not only did he take time out of his day on a Sunday to come out, he didn’t charge me. We will def use them from now on. Thank you for your help!!!

This company sprayed once come back out rebaited for bugs said we would see a noticeable improvement i was thinking noticeable improvement on dead bugs not improvement on more live bugs they are worse than ever yes u have me and my husband as a customer u talked to my husband
