I have several plans with Terminix. These are plans include insect/ant control and termite inspections. I have always been very satisfied with the results of the inspections and the treatments the technicians provide.

Got my house sprayed last month 4/21 and since then I have seen more and more spiders. The guy did not clean the cob webs from outside around my house. Will not use them again.

Matt with Terminix of Lexington was fantastic! He was personable, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain and show me everything I needed to know about what the Termite Bond offered. I felt very comfortable and happy with his service. He was very thorough. I appreciate all his time and hard work. I am confident that I am in good hands! Thank you Matt, will look forward to seeing you next year again :)

They’ve been coming to my house every 3-5 months for the past 2 years now. They are very easy to schedule with and very well priced. They will spray in every bedroom and closet as well as outside. Very pleased. And I HATE bugs.

There has clearly been some changes within this company. They used to be so nice! We would make payments as we were able to and if we fell behind we would get a letter along the lines of “Thank you for your most recent payment. We noticed you haven’t made a payment this month. If we missed this or there’s been some sort of mistake we apologize and will gladly correct it.” That wasn’t the exact wording I know but it was always very nice and forgiving language. I would always immediately remember and pay. We had a couple renewals this year- pest and termite. Both service guys asked for payments in full when they got there. Yikes! Wasn’t ready for that type of payment!! Someone is clearly breathing down their neck. I would never try to not pay for a service I received but when the policy one year is pay as you can and the next we are being hustled to make payments in full the customer/business relationship takes a hit. There are many many pest control companies. It’s a shame this one suddenly decided to treat customers this way.

James is friendly, helpful, and courteous. We moved from a new house to an old one that had some definite pest problems. Our contract seamlessly transferred to the current house and James came back after we had been in the house for a couple of weeks to re-treat (the pests were firmly entrenched). No more problems! Fantastic service and results!

I had them come out and spray and I made sure the pets were at the groomers and everyone was out of the house. Met the tech and had him do the outside first(nice enough guy,no real issues with how professional he was. Put covers on shoes,was friendly enough etc....very professional). Had to leave house for 4 hours so left him at home and gave him my credit card number to run when he got back to shop.Came home to urine in the bathtub. Wife was not pleased but I was indifferent to it. To each their own. If dude peed in my bathtub then it was kinda lame but you never can tell with people today. I cant prove he did so .....whatever.2 days after I give out my credit card info to Terminix my card gets hit in Winchester VA for about $200 and overdrafts my account. I didnt notice until my card got declined but that was an easy fix. Called the bank and had them Terminix the card.Called the business and told them and had a supervisor ask me...What would you like me to do about this?Nothing. Nothing at all.No more fleas though. Always a silver lining.

Im amazed at how they scheduled an annual inspection (via email) without checking with us. Then once we cancel the inspection (via return email), because we wont be home, our requests, to plan the annual inspection are ignored. Their not very good at customer service. My personal belief is either provide the service paid for or refund the unearned payment.

Ok so I was originally a complete ass on here and I was so wrong these guys are great and deserve respect for doing a job none of us want to do they have been helping me with a bed bug problem at my house and have not given up nor charged me another dollar for their time I thank you guys greatly and look forward to using yall for a long time thanks again guys

Hired Terminix to replace a shower and the damaged subfloor underneath for$5k. I was told job would be completed in 2 weeks, but it was not finished for 2 months. I complained to Terminix that the Contractor tried to leave the job with the shower door not shutting properly. 1 year later I find that the subfloor is wet because the shower door was not sealed at the base. I contacted Terminix to report the issue, and was given nice words but no action. They were already paid and did not care of the quality of the work.

BEWARE!!! Talk to your elderly parents about not signing contracts with this company. I just returned from the home of a 90+ year old widow. An associate up-sold her over $3400.00 of unneeded products. He showed her pictures of rats and then sold her pest control, moisture barrier, and insulation.They did this on Friday and were going to do the work this Wednesday (quickly before her children might find out).If you own this company please contact me immediately. If not I will be showing up at your office on Monday. I am certain we can work this out.I will keep readers updated on wether or not Terminix handles this situation correctly.

Gave homeowners (sellers) a clear CL100 to sell the house. Inspectors ( home, HVAC & two 3rd party termite co.) came out and said a clear CL100 should have never been issued. Tried to rectify the cosmetic damage as the Terminix employee told the sellers but the sellers had their faith in Terminix and did not want to spend $900 in additional funds on an issue that they considered not required or necessary.Regardless, to say my and my husband bought the home figuring we could go back to Terminix with our findings and have something done. Same guy came out and to re-inspect and said that Terminix can do the job for $1000. This was the same job that was over looked in the beginning. That employee, severely compromised the trust level. He said Terminix has a whole lot of customers and we lose some every day. WELL, GUESS YOU JUST LOST ANOTHER!!!
