I have been using Mosquito Joe of Lake Murray for 5 years. 4 years at my previous home and now my home on Lake Murray. Ethan treats my dock for spiders which is great and he just retreated my property because we were having some mosquitoes in the evening outside. This is usually NEVERthe case but with all the late afternoon storms and downpours, it happens. As soon as I let them know, they sent Ethan back out to retreat our property. I am extremely satisfied with their services. Ethan always texts the day before he comes and then again 30 minutes before he arrives. I really like this too because I can let him know of any issues. ( which usually is not the case). I am very happy with this company’s service!

We have used Mosquito Joe for the last two years, and we have always been relatively satisfied with their service. Recently I started experiencing tony painful bites in my backyard from a small flying bug that I couldn’t identify. I also recently had a new technician begin serving our home, Seth Nave, and he has gone above and beyond to try to help me resolve this issue with the small biting bugs! With all of the rain lately he has been extra aware of how much he sprays and makes sure to do such a thorough job to ensure my toddler can play out back without getting bit. If I do happen to see or get bit by a mosquito while out back I just text Seth and he is on it!!! I would highly recommend this company and of possible, ask for Seth Nave, because it really does matter which technician you get!!

I’m a mosquito magnet and would get about 10+ bites on evening walks or sitting by the pool. This year we decided to try Mosquito Joe’s and myself and my entire family have been extremely impressed! Not one bite in the last month! 3 of my siblings are signing up for this service now as well! We love being outside, but I’m allergic and so are my nieces and nephews to bites! We love Mosquito Joe! My daughter and I haven’t been bit by a mosquito since last year, it’s SO nice to be able to enjoy our backyard with no stinky bug sprays on us! I believe our technician is Logan, he always texts me a few days before arriving and asks if I need any additional areas treated- he goes out of his way to spray areas where he knows my daughter plays like the playground, back porch and sandy area where all her toys are. He texts me when he’s done and always wishes me a good day or weekend- which I think is so nice! This service is incredibly responsive, prompt and effective. We didnt even know they provide flea and tick treatment, but our technician Sean noticed we have dogs and provided the treatment. I like that he gives us an update on his estimated arrival time. We live near a pond and have much natural moisture in our yard. Its so nice to be able to enjoy our deck again!

So, living in South Carolina can be tough sometimes, for many reasons and of those reasons many you cannot change, EXCEPT mosquitoes! And other creepy crawlers thanks to Mosquito Joe! I used to shake my fist and scold the swamp gods as I was being feasted upon. But that is no longer our reality thanks to Mosquito Joe! We heard great things about Mosquito Joes service and were treated like friendly family by Kristen our point of contact within MJ headquarters, and we have nothing but glowing reviews of all the technicians who have worked with, they each explained the products, where to pay attention to, and the two most recent technicians Seth and Shawn have been great about catering to my backyard dinosaur tortoise King Koopa the suburbasaurus. Our OG tech Grayson from last year did a great job prepping the other team members about our trail. We even had a manager come out at the beginning of the season, all this to say, these people are great, all of them, 10/10 would recommend. Worth every penny, we are out back every day thanks to Mosquito J.!

We spend a ton of time outdoors and couldnt do it without Mosquito Joe. Their treatment is great, but what sets them apart is the customer service. This was our first experience contracting Mosquito Joe, but we had heard great reviews from our neighbors so we decided to try them out. We appreciated the initial first time rate. We used their border pest control service today so I cant yet vouch for how good it will work but the things I can comment on is great customer service from the lady who took my call to the guy that came out and sprayed. He answered all my questions and based on all the other reviews it seems that they provide high quality service. I am looking forward to seeing the results over the next few weeks/months and am sure I will be using them again - I notice many people talking about how effective their mosquito control is so will probably be calling them up for that soon!

The Mosquito Joe team has been great and helped our family enjoy more time outside. We like to play cornhole, ladder ball, and other outside games. We are now able to do those things without having to smack bugs or spray ourselves with bug spray!

We have used Mosquito Joe for 3 or 4 years and they are amazing. As we are on the lake, they treated both the yard and the dock. Although a different chemical was used on the dock, we could not tell a difference. Before they began treating, you could not go outside without being bitten. Now we can use the back porch, play in the yard, and be on the dock at dusk without any worries. When they have needed to start spraying early in the season or extend spraying due to changing weather, they have done an excellent job of explaining the need. I highly recommend Mosquito Joe of Lake Murray.

I feel they are probably the best at killing mosquitoes however their scheduling is horrible. You find out the day before they are coming but then you have to waist a whole day because they will not give you a time so you just have to wait on them

I was not able to go outside for months and months. My dog was attacked by mosquitoes so bad she broke out all over. Mosquitoes were in my house too. We scratched every waking moment of the day. We will never use anyone else but Mosquito Joe ever again! Our two puppies were getting ticks whenever we let them out to play in the yard, and no matter what my husband and I tried, we kept finding them on our puppies. My parents recommended Mosquito Joe, particularly one of their technicians named GRAYSON! We called in the morning and asked when they could send him over to treat our yard, and they assured us he would at least come by within the next two days- as his schedule was pretty packed at the moment. However, a few hours later we got a text From him that saying he was on the way over! Our yard was treated and our puppies were running around THAT EVENING enjoying their yard (since the spray doesn’t take long to set and isn’t harmful). We texted Grayson back and thanked him, and he was so kind and polite! Our puppies have been tick-free ever since, and we plan on using Mosquito Joe from now on! I usually attract every mosquito for several miles. I get dozens of bites while the person standing next to me has one or none. Since Mosquito Joe has sprayed my yard, I have spent several hours outside without bug spray and not received a single bite. This does not happen to me! I strongly recommend them! And the service people themselves have also been fantastic.

Before starting Mosquito Joes service, we couldnt walk from the front door to the pool without getting several bites. Then while in the pool, any part above the water was still bitten. One spray and the mosquitoes were gone! We are spending much more time in the pool, in the yard, in the garden, and on the front porch. Right before they come back to respray we might see a very few mosquitos, but its an amazing difference. We wish we wouldve done this much sooner!

We tried Mosquito Joe for the first time. OH MY! Our back yard borders wetlands and so we were curious and cautious to try. Great product, great customer service. They have a great refferal program, so you get paid if someone signs up. The rain was tough this season, so the bugs were extra bad, but they go the extra mile to make sure you get on the schedule as soon as possible to take care of the issues.
