People say I am a very needy person & I like everything done a Certain way. & most places would get mad at me & give me Attitude I don’t Mind paying whatever. TAMMY WAS Very patient with me & did a Excellent French manicure but wait I’m about to get to the good part this guy name Paul walk up to me & said would you like a Massage on your back. I was like wait now nail shop do that he said yes well yes I would love a massage . & I tip everybody really good I definitely will be back tomorrow for a massage

I requested a full set (short length) solid color. The lady rushed on my nails and was very rude. No one in here has a steady hand so the way my nails came out was terrible. My nail started to chip the very next day as if the acrylic wasn’t dry. A few days after that my nails started to come off completely. I don’t understand how you can be overpriced here and you all do a horrible job. It hasn’t even been a full 1 week. I will never return to this place if they were the last nail shop in the planet.

I love this nail salon! Ms. Judy is extraordinary! She freestyles your nail design and takes great care with the health and shape of your nails! Ciao did my peppermint pedicure and the hot towels, massage and hot stones totally relaxed me. They take their time and great care on your nails. Very professional environment! They have a new customer for life!

Sky Nails is one of the worst places i have ever been to. I got acrylic nails and as they were cutting my cuticles, they made me bleed a lot on multiple fingers. They did not know how to even the nails and they were super thick. I also got a pedicure and when i got home and looked at it up close, i saw that there was nail polish on the outside of my toes and it just looked really messy. I do NOT recommend this place at all and I will never be going back.

I went mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. My first time there since I didnt want to go out of the way to my usual place. A man greeted me at the door while the other techs continued to stare at their phones. I asked if they could do a full set acrylic with an american manicure. He said they could. Cool. He guided me to a seat and as I was sitting down I was directed to another chair. Apparently the tech at the first station found her phone more important. The tech I received continued on his PERSONAL PHONE CONVERSATION while he absentmindedly tried to get started. He continues to talk/check his phone throughout my service. He spilled half a jar of powder and then proceeded to put it back in the jar. I asked him to not use that on me. At one point I grabbed the file and shaped a nail. Round or square is all he knew. I prefer a squoval. When it came time for polish all they had were colors for a french manicure. I dont like white tips on me. I left without any polish since I was going home to shape my nails the way I preferred. The place seemed dirty and dusty and my tech definitely needed a fresh face mask. His was totally dirty. I will not be back. Ever. I felt like I was an inconvenience to their day. Very unprofessional and rude.

Worst manicure ever . The lady didn’t cut all my cuticles and the nail. polish looks horrible. . Very rude people and unprofessional people . Wasted my $19 for a horrible service. Never going back .

I have been a customer here for almost 2 years and I highly recommend this place for manicures and pedicures. I usually go to nail technician Ryan 🥰 but I’ve seen everyone’s work here and the entire staff is phenomenal. It’s a clean and friendly environment.

I came in and asked for a wax and was told they were too busy and to come back the next day. There were only two people in the building at the time, however, Judy was not there so I figured I could wait another day. The next day I called and asked again if I could come get a wax as I didn’t need my nails done just yet and was told the same thing they were too busy. So I just took my business elsewhere. I would recommend Judy to anyone but I’d rather give my money to a place that doesn’t make me feel like an inconvenience.

I absolutely loved the experience of getting my nails done at Sky Nails very friendly atmosphere and Judy indeed is the truth very friendly and very considerate to what I want when it comes to my nails being done some people at different nail salons do what they want and your not satisfied. I was more than pleased with her service and thanks to my friend Gigi for referring me to her.

I have been coming here for a while and loved the work but the last few times have been just ridiculous. I know that theyve grown so much and have a lot of customers now but they really dont seem like they can handle it. I have been overbooked, over looked, and simply forgotten about while waiting for services several times. Today I was in there before six and left after eight. As soon as I walked in I let them know that I needed a pedicure and a soak off/full set and they said OK they began my pedicure in after a little over an hour later I was waiting to get my nails done. When it was time for my nails Andy mentioned that not only did he forget that I was there but because I had color powder that he wouldnt take it off because it would take too long and that he could put another color over the very bright orange that I had on my nails. I know that this was a bad idea but I need it to get my nails done today so I wash my hands and come back to find someone else in my seat and was told that another nail tech will paint my nails. Now after eight my nails are finally done and my bill is 85 bucks 35 for the pedicure and 50 for my nails. Its unlike me to not tip but I felt robbed. And this is not the first time I felt like that. I treated my sister and it was almost $200. I will definitely not be back. You lost a loyal customer. ✌🏾

Judy is the only person I will go to here. She’s creative and gentle.I tried going to another person at this location; it was one of the guys; he literally cut 8 out of 10 of my fingers during the drilling. I asked him to be gentle; he said ‘sorry’ the first time and continued to drill on, cutting my other fingers. I had to ask him to apply alcohol to my fingers, because he had simply ignored that they were bleeding. Also, I had to ask him to use sanitary products/methods. When he was finished, he laid back as if he was just happy to finally be done with me. He didn’t exude kindness, positivity or customer service.However, Judy is always sanitary, and she is gentle. She also does a great job with the nails’ aesthetics, and she’s always kind. I’d recommend her for sure at this location.

Tina got a chance to do my nails today, I ended up paying $70 for her to do what...my nails look horrible. I went back to see if she could fix it and she kept stating “more powder, more powder” I even showed her a picture of what I was needing which was a simple clean up of nail bed and make nails look natural. She continued to tell me to come back tomorrow after I told her I couldn’t. I am not satisfied with this work because I’ve come here previously and got amazing work from a previous nail tech who was a guy.

I been here several times and the quality of Mary’s work is really good however my last experience I asked for 2 $54 pedicures and 1 set for manicure which I was advised $45 . I received a basic pedi and half polished toes and rushed job manicure once I got to the register they charged my card $195!! & tried to explain it was because of my basic set of nails. I calculated $153 & when tried to dispute they argued that my nails is what cost the additional amount (my nails are white and tan ombré short as possible no designs no nothing) on they list they gave and was told for white and pink ombré it is 45 but I chose white and tan instead. So just an FYI They will tell you one price at the station but once it’s time for you to pay they will charge your more than what they told you. AFTER YPUVE ALREADY PAID ! So If you do decide to go pay in cash or with exact cash in that case otherwise prepare for extra cost at the register.

I was overcharged for a design that doesn’t even look like what I asked for. I’m normally charged 60 but was charged 80. As a regular customer I will not be coming here again, they thought the could pull a fast one on me because I was rushing to get to work on time. 80 for what? There were no special design just regular color acrylic . I’ve gotten glitter powder on all my nails before here & was only charged 60. YOUVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER .

This was the WORST gel manicure and pedicure Ive ever had...PERIOD. My manicure didnt last a week. My nails started clipping after a few days and the polish came completely off 2 of them. I was charged $65 and I feel like they should have paid me. Ill never go back! Dont waist your time...zeros stars!

Customer service is amazing and they do an awesome job. I have a hard time finding a place that will give a good foot/leg massage and clean the calluses off my feet thoroughly. They did all of this and were very professional. They made me feel like I was a guest in their home rather than a customer.

Please check price b4 getting nails done. I got a full set fa 70 dollars way too expensive. Another customer b4 me was in the same boat && she didn’t have enough money so she had to call family members to get more money. Took her about 30min to get funds. She was very frustrated & angry & they didn’t care. If Nail tech Ryan would have done them it woulda been worth it. So be informative & careful when choosing from their displays.

Came today for the 1st time & Im super happy I found my new nail spot. Yen & Emily were both incredibly sweet and very attentive the entire time. My acrylics & gel pedi came out perfect. Everything looked super clean. I would 100% recommended.

I love Ms. Judy, Tim, and Kelly. They are amazing. Ms. Judy is attentive and remembers you always. Tim takes his time and makes sure everything is nice and neat. Kelly does amazing pedicures, really takes her time. When I point something out they correct it with no problem. I love in California but when I come to Tx this is the place I go to.

Sky Nails spa is my go to place, let me tell YOU! I have been trying to find a decent priced nail salon where you pay for what you get. This salon goes above and beyond. With new management and a new renovation this salon is absolutely top notch.

Besides having an appointment and still having to wait an hour, be sure to ask for the price upfront. I did that my first visit and they told me $40 which I thought was great. They did a really good job on my long, black, pointy nails. However, when I went back the next time for the EXACT same nails I was charged $60. I asked them why it was so much more, and the man at the counter said it was because I got a long length, I explained that this was the same length I got last time, and even the same color.In conclusion, their work is good, but their prices are not and they will change their prices on you.

Never had an issue the first few times I came. Came there 3 times for a simple nail cut was told they were too busy and I needed to come back later. Lady never even looked up at me. They have lost me as a customer. Won’t be returning.

I love sky nails but this last time I went made me feel a little uneasy about going there again. First off I made an appointment to get acrylic done. When I get there they tell me they can’t do acrylic bc only one person is allowed to do so and she was busy. So I settled for nexgyen. I proceed to pick out my colors and they try to limit my options to this one book when they have over hundreds of colors swatches offered. Long story short I ended up leaving there with a set of nexgyen for 65 dollars. They charged me for every service for example, the shape, the length, to take off my nails, choosing more than one colors. She has never done this before to me but it sounded like price gouging. ): I had to pay 25 dollars in additional services on top of the regular 40.

Have a friend recommended this nail salon. Three technicians worked on my nails and they did an amazing job. The girls are so efficient, two girls were working on both my hands to speed up the removal of my old gel mani. My nails are fresh! Thank you very much ! I will be back for a fill in 2 weeks.

First time there! Took my granddaughter for her first pedicure and it was good! Staff friendly and price was great! She loves her feet and they did her hand nails too! She is 9 and was thrilled! Loved the smaller chairs dressed like butterflies! Will definitely go back!

No lie they are sweet people. My nails are don’t perfect. But I do notice one person in particular he gives different prices when doing nails. Ryan is dope and this lady that sits all the way in the front on the left hand side. Also the dude on side of runs is awesome. For pedicure the beautiful older lady is so awesome. Today was my first time visiting Sky Nails and will definitely be my last. I found Ryan by a instagram search and previewed his work. Thinking to myself, he’s great. My nail tech I usually go to is located in Cedar Hill and it’s quite a drive from The Colony. But from the quality of my nails today it appears I’ll have to make that drive. I honestly feel like I was Catfish. Now I’m walking around with some Easter egg nails that my 5 year old could’ve done that I paid $105 for.

I love this place. Even though I only get my nails done for special occasions - she always remembers me and remembers the colors I like and understands if I want something crazy. She is just wonderful. They never rush you through any appointment, no matter how busy they are. One time they had an affair to go to and they were running late yet they still took their time with me. They gave me my full treatment which included the hand massage and extra top coat and patiently waited until my nails dried always carrying on a delightful conversation. I would give them a 5 star rating.

Decided to try new place, arrived at 11:40am sat right down for pedicure and they started taking the dip off my nails while Im getting pedicure. Pedicure took 45 min, great! Then sat and waited another 30min to get nails done. 2:45pm Im finally done and got charged an arm and leg. Will not be back.

I usually bring my daughter in the tow and get a mani/pedi set. Theyre so nice and sweetest. After a few weeks, my nails are long and healthy. I cant wait until I can come back to visit a pedi fill next week!

Horrible customer service. I originally went to Nick who did great work. For reasons unknown he is no longer there. I allowed another Tech to do my nails. Within 2 days the gel Polish was chipping. I notified them immediately. The tech said he explained that white gel could chip. False! He did not explain that other wise I would not waste my time getting it. He also said he would fix it free of charge. When I arrived he said i had to pay. I was not asking for any type of design or extravagant work all I wanted was my gel color to be fixed properly. No thanks. Ive moved on to a better more efficient shop!

I used to love Sky Nails! Ryan was great until Andy’s family left the salon. Since then his attitude and level of service has dropped drastically! I started going to Vi and she was great. One day I attempted to set an appointment and they told me Vi was in Vietnam and would be gone for 8 weeks. I waited for her to return and then they told me she was going to be gone another 5-6 weeks. Actually, she isn’t coming back at all! I hate the direction the shop has gone in...they used to be the best...not anymore!

I came here after waiting an hour for my regular nail shop to open. I went in and was immediately impressed by the level of customer service they displayed. I told them exactly what I wanted and got just that. The atmosphere is calming and my nails look amazing!!!!! Thanks so much Andy!!!! I think Ive found my new nail shop. This place is fantastic! I first found them on Instagram and their work looked amazing so I decided to give them a try. I called to set up an appointment and they were able to fit me right in. Once I arrived, I showed Andy (my nail tech) a photograph of something I had seen and he NAILED IT! Their work is phenomenal and super artistic, not to mention their excellent customer service. I am definitely a regular here!I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment to make sure your preferred nail technician is available.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to Sky Nails on a Thursday where I asked to get dip nails. It seemed as the lady that was doing my nails had no idea what she was doing. In every single one of my nails the dip powder did not cover my entire nail & a few of my nails had bubbles on them. Im not a nasty person so I paid & left. On Friday I started noticing that the shine had gone away and the top coat was also peeling from the tips of my nails. I finally got a chance to go back on Tuesday where they made me wait 35 minutes to fix my nails. Half way through her fixing my nails she said that I had to wait 20 more minutes because they only had one bottle of liquid needed for the dip to stay on the nail. I wasted my entire lunch break there & came out even worse then what I went in & the ladies there were so ugly about the whole situation as if it were my fault. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever! .

I absolutely love Sky nails. Ive always been super picky about who does my nails and have been to 4 nail places near by, and by far they are the best. They are always super nice and make you feel like youre family. Theres a reason why they are always busy, its cause they are by far the best.

I live in Arlington and I drove down to Sky nails for the first time to get my nails done, I must say.. I love how it came out. Andy did a get job and hes a great person. I will be back again!

By far the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I went a week ago and two of my nails already fell off, and the rest are lifting up. I also paid extra for gel polish on my toes and it’s chipping nonstop. It’s not worth the money and the nexgen is not the color that is shown when you go in there. I spent 2 hours in here and this is what I get. Definitely a waste of time and do not recommend it to anyone.

Everything was fine until I came in last Saturday. Had an appointment but when I got there Vee was doing another customer after she had started taking care of my nails so I had to wait. What’s the point of making an appointment? Then after she started using the drill to file off my acrylic she dug the drill bit right through my real nail into the nail bed!!! I jerked back in pain and dismay. It was bleeding and so painful I couldn’t hold back the tears! I jumped up and ran cold water over it, grabbed my bag and ran out!! Never ever will I go in there again. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I definitely would.

This is a new spot for got mani/pedi done. My job requires lots of hand washing and I hand wash dishes at home but its not chipped. Will DEF keep returning here again! It was a nice and relaxing experience for me.

I went about a week ago with my 2 daughters. We all got an acrylic set. Mine were coffin shaped. Everything is good except 1 nail was crooked and he ended up filing it to make it look symmetrical but now it looks different than all the other nails. Both my daughters nails looked flawless though. They both did stiletto shape. 1 was a beautiful soft pink with crystals the other got ombre nails with a pink color. The only thing I can say is that Im disappointed they uncharged for the length of nail. Ive never been charged before and that added an extra $30 to our ticket. What are they going to do with the rest of the tip they cut off anyhow? + My length isnt really long. Just average. Ended up spending$140 which is pretty steep for what we got. The customer service was fabulous though. Very nice people. May be back...x nails only charged 20 for same service I got and thats tough to beat.

I had my eyebrows done yesterday and it cost $10 dollars. i tipped $3.00. I just looked at my bank account and they changed the tip to $6.00 charging me $16.00. I will be contacting my bank immediately and will NEVER go back again. Dishonest people. I didnt even want to give them one star but i could submit this unless i did

I had the worst experience with this salon. First off, the whole place smelled like bad pee! I asked for dip powder french tip thinking it would be soft and elegant. I got the trashy barbie press on dollar store manicure. I told my nail tech right away that the pink was too bright and he said “everyone uses this color” I told him again that it was too bright for what I wanted and he kept going. When checking out I informed them this was not what I wanted but that because of the service taking so long I could not stay to have them redo another set that may not be good anyway. They did not seem sorry that they completely ignored what I wanted from the beginning! I will never go back! I give less than 1 star for this awful salon.

Easily the BEST nail spa treatment Ive had in Lewisville! And at the best price! I got a hard gel fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure with Chau. Especially, everyone here is super friendly and accommodating and everyone speaks perfect English.

I am new to the area and had a bad experience at the place before this too.I asked for shorter, round tip dipped.They gave me long, square. Ugh. I asked for my nails to be fixed from the last terrible place I tried, and they didnt listen to me at all. I was willing to pay for an entire new set of dipped nails, but all they did was round the existing ones and charge me $10! Not sure if it was a language barrier or what happened, but I will not be going back.

I hands down love it here. Out of all my nail places this tops anyone I have ever been to. My sets last me a month in a half and I am still shocked every times they do this. I am very rough with my hands and for some reason my nails always start lifting but 3 weeks or so. When I come here the service is great and they can do anything you want them to and they love trying new things. I always go to the girl who sits right behind the register and she does great on Pedis as well. They have a great color selection between the powders, gel and dips. So glad I took a chance and tried this place.

I even came in while i had my 10 month year old baby and the girls saw i had my hands full and played with him and just loved on him while i squeezed in a quick pedi. i always love the consistent amazing outcome of the service. I always feel pampered and relaxed when i am there! xo

Ryan is the only decent nail tech & he’s either busy or PRICE GOUGING. The work is basic and nothing outrageous enough to charge $60 for a fill! They do not have prices posted for obvious reasons. Simply giving them 2 stars because after 3 hours of being there, they eventually did a good job. I was at the salon for 3 hours, when I arrived 2 people who had gotten there after me had gone before me. I waited 30 minutes to get my pedicure, and another 30 after my toes were done to get my nails done. When I was ready to get my nails done, the tech was unaware that I said I needed a new set, he sighed and began to rip them off. First of all, I told 3 people before him that I needed a new set and they needed to be soaked off. Ripping nails off is very bad for your nail bed and wouldve appreciated them being soaked instead of a sigh. I understand that nail salons get busy but 3 hours? I wouldve rather gone to another place. Might go back due to the fact that they did a nice job just really dont appreciate the service.

Walked in at 10 am and stood there for 5 minutes. Once I was seated along with another person who walked in after me, I was told I had to wait 20-30 minutes because someone came in and had an appointment specifically. Then also told, she would charge me $5 because a nail was lifting a little bit.

This shop is so unprofessional. Appointment or not, you still have to wait forever. Once I had to wait two hours because they conveniently told me after they had soaked off my overlay that the tech I had an appointment went wasn’t actually on lunch but was off that day entirely. They’ll say or do anything to keep you in the chair. They don’t listen to your requests half the time either. There is also no consistency in pricing amongst the techs. I’ll never go back to the shop. The customer service is trash & they were not willing to keep MY healthy nails up, they always wanted to cut them off so they could be “more creative” with false tips.

I absolutely love Vi and Chau!! They’re always meticulous with they’re work and they never make me feel rushed. This shop offers LOTS of colors and are constantly adding more so indecisiveness comes easy lol. Definitely worth a try because you’ll love it!!

This is my 3rd time visiting this shop and my last time the 1st time I had the tech not take off my polish all the way and proceed to put on chalaque nail polish and the 2nd time the tech didn’t know how to do solar nails so my 3rd time my appointment was 5/5/18 at 4:00 with Ryan the shop owner he finished my nails at 4:15 I bought my own nail polish and requested 3 coats he said no proceed to put a top coat on I was like no asked him to remove the polish.. left very upset and disappointed... the staff turnaround is like clockwork you only have Ryan and his side chick ( the dude) I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .. for the record they don’t even deserve a star ⭐️

Sky nails is the place to be! They have friendly staff and Im always happy when I leave

They charge extra for everything including shape an length. The quality of my nails were poorly done . An they started coming off within a week .Id save my money an go to xnails

I have been coming here for 8 months and Hien is now the only person I will let touch my nails!!! She works a miracle every single time! They give the best pedicures and I have never had anything but amazing service in an amazing atmosphere! I would always recommend Sky Nails in Lewisville to any and everyone!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! So I went and tried this place cause I had friends who recommended this place and I must say HORRIBLE! First let me say I made an appointment before I had showed up! Then the guy that was to do my nails started with an attitude asking what I wanted and did I have an appointment! I at that point said YES I do have an appointment and I had said I was looking for the acrylic color powdered nails. So EVERY color that I would choose he would up the price by $5.00. First the price that was posted was $35 for a full set of color acrylic powder and then he instructed me no it’s $40 per set and $5 dollars extra for longer length $5 dollars extra to take off my old nails and $5 for the coffin shape and $5 dollars extra for any of the sparkly glittered powder nails. So I finally said “ok what powder is the $40 set?” Well it’s basically the plain simple powder. If you want anything that’s glittery, sparkly over the top type nail or powder expect to spend at least between $60-$80 for a full nail set before you walk out of that salon! When it says under new management I think that they need to reconsider that and do another change in management because the management that they have now is horrible horrible horrible! Let me just forewarn you this shop is a huge rip off and it’s filthy dirty disgusting too. They use used implements as in Files, drill file bits from one person to another. Nothing is clean or disinfected or brand new from one client to the next! Be careful cause you may pick up a disease in this place just to let you know! I’m in the industry myself (and a secret shopper reviewer) and so for me to make reviews on shops like this is so important so I can try to get the word out and try to clean it up! I try to protect people so that way you don’t pick up an infectious disease. It’s so scary out here I will say! I think it’s so important for ladies out there to review any shop you go to so that way we can try to protect and stay safe. I rely on reviews hugely ! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL LADIES!

Terrible service received recently my pedicure was terrible the person doing them had no idea what he was doing he cut half my toenail off .. told him he was hurting mex asked him m to stop. Proceeds to get nails done. The nail tech is HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Since I’m not a regular he did an awful job it’s air bubbles in a few nails he filled them down to my skin on the sides they hurt like my fingers are bruised... I’m not sure why I bothered... plus the place is disgusting and dirty.. they don’t clean the bowl after doing a pedicure from what I saw after me... first and last time

Andy over books himself I called at 12 and asked for the next available appointment. He replied with a 2:30 time slot and took down my name and number. I arrived at 2:10 to find he still had a client but no biggie because I wanted a polish change on my toes. At 3:30 he had taken 2 additional girls in front of me and the last one before I walked out needed a full set. Not once did Andy tell me he was behind or called before I came to say he was behind. Mine you this isnt my first bad experience with him but will be my last. Understand that women love to pamper themselves but if they take the time to make an apptointment then show some type of courtesy for their time. The gaudy looks arent worth the price or bad service.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! I used to like coming to this place until they got sloppy! I made an appointment Saturday morning for 1:30pm and had to push it back to 2pm. When I called to move my appointment they hadn’t even written my name down for my original appointment!! When I get there the nail tech that I asked for which was Hien, was unavailable until 4pm. She asked if someone else could do my nails and I told her they could do them but I want her to shape them. I get asked again if someone else could do my nails. I tell them I don’t trust anyone else, but I entertain the idea and see who they suggest. They tell me who they suggest and then tell me she won’t be available till 6pm! I have a job and don’t have time to sit around the nail shop, which is why I made an appointment in the first place! Today I call them again to make an appointment and I told them I would like to come at 5:30pm and then I get told I can’t do that time but she can do a 6:15pm. I get there at 6:15pm and Hein had just started doing someone else’s nails! So I sat there for AN HOUR after my APPOINTMENT TIME!! Needless to say, she still was not done doing the other persons nails. I finally had enough and got up and left! If I wasn’t catching a flight for my birthday maybe I would’ve stayed, but there’s no reason I shouldn’t have been able to get my nails done when I made an appointment! There’s no point of making an appointment here because they don’t even honor your appointment time!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

This was my first time here as I’ve moved to Lewisville TX closer to my job. I must say I love Tim he did an amazing job and the staff was very inviting and pleasant.

Nice atmosphere I was a walk-in had no wait and my nails came out looking beautiful!!! Definitely coming back !!!
