I wont be a returning customer, I am not happy with the quality of this manicure especially for the cost. This dip manicure looks like I did it myself at home... And that is not a compliment.Pro: The staff was friendly and great conversation.Con:1. You can see my real nails around the manicure. (The tip was noticably too small when she glued it on, so asked the girl if it would be fixable, to which she responded Yes i can fix it.. you wont notice it unless youre OCD, and if thats the case, kill me now.2. My cuticles were not manicured; trimmed, oiled etc... After she finished i asked her if i could have some cuticle oil (my cuticles looked dry and ugly). The tech said oh yeah, i forgot that... But it doesnt make sense to me why you want it. I responded my cuticles need some TLC. And she said theyll look greasy, but okay.3. When painting with the finishing coat, she applied the base coat by accident. Which resulted in very noticable brush lines. Not a smooth finish :(

This salon is very clean and professional. They are not a big salon but they know what they do instead. They make sure your nails look good before you leave. I like the way the manager manages the store. She always take care of her appointment well. I like the way they prioritize their appointment first and sanitize so well. I am so happy to find them.

I and my sister have been coming here for almost a year. I choose this salon cause the manager knows how to keep her clients and her nail techs are safe during Covid-19. I always take the caution seriously. I like the fact that they keep taking appointment and they know what they are doing Instead of letting clients seat and walk everywhere like the other salons. They have a good quality of doing Dipping nail. The nail techs clean their chairs so well. I used to go to fancy salon but I could not find my good nail set and good chair sanitizing as this one. I wont go anywhere else.

They are so clean and take precautions seriously during Covid-19. I have been to this salon for almost a year and a half. Nothing has made me unhappy. The manager is tough sometimes, but she is very honest and makes sure you have a good quality nail set. She has a strong professional ethics.

This salon are amazing. They are not as big as the others, however, they know how to do their job and how to clean. I can tell the owner take a serious precaution during Covid-19 time. I feel more comfortable to come here more than anywhere else. My nails are last for a while.

Gave it a 3 star rating because when I went in for a full in and a pedicure, they rushed and did my nails and they were thick and not even. The toe nail polish wasnt even applied right. I wasnt a satisfied customer

All of their polishes were old, and hardly any to choose from. Wasted my time. Left and went to Palace Nails.

Foot calluses, actually cracking and causing me pain - got an appt same day and ladies were so kind to inform me that mine werent the worse theyd seen 🤣 made me feel less gross with all the dead skin they grated off my feet. I dont do pedicures but, it was time. Friendliness, quality of work, and reasonable pricing makes me think Ill be needing to go back to work on getting pretty beyond just helping reduce my foot pain! Functionality all day, but we deserve a little luxury, especially with such great ladies, great quality, and affordable prices. Thanks so much for your saving my feed today!!

I wasn’t expecting such a small salon but they were accommodating and the girls do such good work.

My business partner wished to get me a pedicure for my 50th birthday. I am very picky about nail salons. I googled and liked the pictures of the salon and its cleanliness. I then checked out their reviews and promotions. i saw that they offered birthday discount. Service was great until i asked for the 10% birthday discount. Only to be informed that it was only available Monday thru Thursday. However, after looking on the website when i returned home, there are no specific days stated on the promotion. Even though I experienced positive service I can not see myself returning due to the false advertising and almost argumentative attitude about the promotion when asked.

I am new to the Lewisville area so finding a new nail salon is always an experience on its own. I chose Sophi Nails and Spa because it’s right down the street from me and I have to say I couldn’t have picked a better salon!! Everyone is so nice and friendly, I felt very welcomed and relaxed. Place is very clean. I love my nails, the sweet girls who did them were absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!

I finally found the safe salon for my family. They are so clean and they know how to protect their techs and customers during Covid_19. Unbelievable hygiene and sanitizing. I feel safe to get the services at Sophi Nail. The manager is amazing. She keeps her eyes on everybody to make sure they clean well. I was very impressed. I absolutely LOVE this place! I would definitely recommend the pedi w/ the massage chairs! Great prices, on the weekdays! I always do Nexgen every three weeks and this place has always done them smooth.

This is the cleanest salon I have ever been. The new manager is amazing. She always listen to her client’s expectations and make sure her client is happy. I was there last week and I was very happy with my dipping nail. This is my first time to get the dip nail in her salon. I won’t ever go anywhere else. It takes a little longer than other salon, however, they did great job and great customer service. I like how she explains more details to make sure I understand what she is going to do on my nail. Highly recommend it.

The best Nexgen Nail I have ever got since I have been getting my nail done for years. The new manager is amazing. She knows what she is doing and she does not mind to explain for me what different of nail products. This salon use the high- end products. I used to go to a bigger nail salon which is nice decoration but they do not use the good products and their nail tech is usually rude and careless. Since I come here, my nail is getting stronger and healthier. Their manager always keep the salon so clean and fresh. I like the point thatthey Do Not do Acrylic nail in their salon. I am happy that I found this salon. I highly recommend it.

Just moved and new to area its Thursday at 6:30 pm and they do not close till 7:30 and went to sign and there was only a few people at the location and the lady says we are all booked up. I said that we would try somewhere else and female employees started laughing. Do not go here!!.... In reference the response from the owner or manager .No attitude here 😀 We did go another nail shop real close your location and they did a great job on my nails & pedicure as well a great job on my husbands pedicure.

I finally found this place to get my nail done. They had an amazing manager. She is so friendly and professional. I got Nexgen from other salon and they ruin my nail. I came to her then she fix it and get my new set which made my nail stronger. I do not need the to add the tip on my nail anymore. She continues doing my real nail for months. I am so happy with her skill and service. I highly recommend this salon.

I love this place. They are very clean and doing great job. I got pedicure and Nexgen nail which is last up to 4 weeks. I like the new manager, she is so sweet and making sure everybody is happy with their services. I came here years ago and I was not happy with the previous manager. I gave them the other chance then I went back few weeks ago, I was getting my nails done meanwhile the state board came over and checked on their sanitize works. They got an excellent compliments and sounds like the owner knows what she is doing and she makes sure everything is clean... She is the best. I highly recommend this salon.

I will never go here again. First time customer to this place and as soon as I came in, I went to the chair that I was directed to. I waited 10 minutes for the lady in the back room to attend to me and I was just about to walk out. Professional is an understatement, lazy and you can tell that she did not want to work. The owner had to keep telling the lady to come out because there was a customer and is wear. I will never come here again. The place was not clean, the odor smelled like old cheese. I highly do not recommend this place. The quality is not worth the money either.

MY NEW FAVORITE NAIL PLACE. The service is great, the prices are great, and the facility is great! It takes a little bit longer than other salons but the results are definitely worth it. They treat you wonderfully and leave you with beautiful nails.

I am so glad I did! Not only did they have the best rates in town for dip/powder, but they also offer great discounts for services on M-TH. The establishment is always SUPER clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. Ill definitely be coming here as long as Sonya is the owner here :).

Kid friendly! I brought my girls here 5 & 6. They loved their pedicures and got to pick a movie to watch. I got the milk and honey manicure by Trina, and it was amazing. My hands smell wonderful and my nails look great!

Been here several times for a Pedicure. I work on my feet and walk 5 to 8 miles a day so when my feet start getting in bad shape I come here. They are clean, the ambient temperature is always right, prices are great and Thuy takes care of my feet like I was a millionaire. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone that wants professional service at a reasonable price on Pedicures. My wife raves about their manicures also. And men if you have never had a Pedicure you are definitely missing out on one of the pure pleasures of life. This is my place as long as I am here and they are in business.

I did not have a good experience. The nails were very uneven. The nail technician smeared the design (polka dots) on two nails. Tried to tell me it looked okay. I asked her to take the design off. I was so disappointed because the reviews looked so positive. Two of my nails broke within 3 days. I wont come back which is disappointing.

So I have never been to this nail salon. I called this salon to inquire about what type of nails they do and the lady that answered the phone said, oh we dont do nails. I said excuse me, she said we dont do nails. I said OK thank you¡ So I thought I made a mistake and dialed the wrong number, so I went back to my Google page to see if I dialed the wrong number. Oh course I didnt dial the wrong number, maybe my voice didnt fit the description of people they service. I tried calling back and they wouldnt even answer... Wow is all I can say.

Amazing Nexgen dipping Nail services in Lewisville. I came around and looking for the good dipping nail salon even the most high end nail salon around Coppell and Lewisville, they could not do what Sophi Nail had done for me. They definitely know how to dip my nail and grow it healthier. I had been here 3 years ago, they was not good at all. Two weeks ago I drove by and see new management then I decided to try it one more time. The new manager is amazing, she explained for me everything she does. She is so friendly and caring person. She does not file my nail as much as the other nail salon. I will come back.

They dont care about the experience you get or that you pay for suppose to be excellent service, they basically rush you out and take your money for a useless trip,time and money you spent there!! I didnt like how my nails were getting done when I seen how the young lady was doing! She made them look okay after she had finished them, but nothing like Ive had done before they were sloppy and rushed l!! But, a few days later the white tips starting fading and looking horrible well then about two days later I woke up and my nails not the fake nails WERE BLACK! YES I SAID BLACK!! Theyre still black along with my toe nails!! Now Im waiting to go to the doctor Im very disappointed in the service and wish I could get a refund for the money I spent!! Smh it was so bad please PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!! Follow your first mind, I wish I did!!

Walked in and asked for a nexgen manicure, I did not make an appointment, and someone told me it’d be like a 20 minute wait. Sure no problem! I waited 45 minutes like an idiot and no one ever said anything. Another woman walked in shortly after I first came in and wanted a mani/pedi and she was taken back almost right away while I was left sitting at a counter next to a very strong smelling wall plug-in. So... not a great experience. Not gonna come back sorry to say. There’s plenty of other positive reviews but I didn’t even get to have my nails done.

This place needs to be PERMANENTLY closed!!!!! I just had my eyebrows done there and asked the lady to clean them up and take them up a little bit and lets just say it now looks as if I DONT have any left. Im so angry... This place is beyond AWFUL!!!! I will NEVER return and will make sure to tell everyone how awful they are!The ONLY reason I gave them a one is because that is the lowest they will allow you to score but if I could score lower I definitely would!

Horrible customer service!!!! The guy who did my nails did not seem as if he did not want to be bothered and instead of opening his mouth on postioning my he was rough. As far as my nails they are ok. Ive have got my nails done plenty of time i know the routine like the back of my hands he didnt even put cuticle oil on my fingers. I felt as if i was being sterotyped. And even though he gave me bad service instead of tipping him 20 like i intended i tipped him 5. He seemed much to happier when i tipped him and left. If you dont care about customer service then this is your place but i would say he need to do better with customer service and i def wont be going back my day was not going to well and i came to ease my mind. Welp so much for that.

Normally I would say I love this place, however today I went in for a bit of Rest and relaxation but received horrible service. I asked for dipped powder on nails and a milk and honey pedi, which was done at the same time. My nails were done so sloppy I had powder all over me and my hands. Nails were not smooth and I had to show the guy how bumpy it was and he looked at my nailed like “what’s wrong” he sighed and buffed them again and repolished, which I was ok with however the dipp was done so sloppy that I have colored dipped powder all in my cuticles and he made a sloppy effort to cut out the color with cuticle clippers. So sloppy!!!! Did I mention I had to hold my left arm raised to the right so he could even complete my left hand. Didn’t offer a pillow or anything until someone brought a pillow over as she saw I was struggling.Then my pedi was just ok the lady pretty much burned me we wax. Also a horrible paint job. Again this my normal nail place but today the D team was working! Where are the regular staff members. If this is the new staff I will not be back.
