UPDATE:3rd time was a charm after all. Kevin IS it, thank you for taking the time to do my nails the correct way!Not even 12 hours later and TWO of my dip powder nails have popped off. 1st time i scratched my leg and POP goes the 1st one then this morning i go to open my refrigerator and POP goes the 2nd one. Ridiculous. Ol Dana AINT it. If i wanted better quality Id been better off stopping my local WALMART and getting some stick on nails. Lmao sad sad sad.

First time I visited this place & it was awesome! The staff are all super friendly. The establishment is very clean & inviting. But best of all they did a great job!!! Kevin did my manicure & he was amazing. Definitely recommend 😊

DO NOT GO HEREI went here for the first time to get a basic pedicure. Half way through my foot starts burning and getting red. It progressively gets worse so I ask them to stop so can leave because I was in so much pain. They had no idea what they did to me. Turns out they gave me a chemical burn on my foot. It didn’t heal for weeks and I now have a scar. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten as far as quality and staying power! It’s a very relaxing atmosphere, as well! I recommend the Honeymoon pedicure!

The customer service was horrible! A week after I got a dip mani and pedi, I had a crack on one of my finger nails. I went back and asked them to fix it and they charged me $5.00 to fix the nail! As if that was not bad enough, while I was checking out the lady asked me if I was going to add a tip! I said, of course not! She actually had the audacity to ask me ‘why not?’! I was furious at their minimalist customer service! I will not only never patronize their business again, but certainly not recommend them to anyone that I know! I hope the $5.00 unnecessary charge was worth them loosing a customer and potential future customers!!

What a wonderful place, so nice and clean, and everyone was so friendly. Choices of nails colors are great! Will definitely be coming back!

They charge “luxury spa” prices for average services. It’s RIDICULOUS the amount of money you will pay to just get ur nails done!! I think they are DEFINITELY OVERPRICED for average services. YES, the place is new, clean and beautiful. Also, the ppl there were very nice BUT be prepared to walk out paying HIGH prices.

Always have a great experience here. Kevin does the best pedi. Hes also done my dip nails before, and they were flawless and lasted over 2 weeks! Love this salon!

They did an amazing job on my nails.

When I went to the salon I was very pleased with the service and treatment granted upon entering the salon. My nails were also very nicely done and as well as my toes but I was so surprised when I heard the price of what I had just done. $175 which was extremely ridiculous but I paid tip and paid gladly due how much I loved my nails and the service I received. When entering my car to drive home immediately after opening the car door my pinky finger broke and I was furious. I had just paid $175 for my nails and one them had already broke. So I went inside asked politely for them to fix it and went home. These nails did not last even a week I broke my thumb nail and middle finger simply by putting on my clothes and washing my hands. I have never had nails that have broken so easily and done so expensive. A place I will never recommend and never go again.

Kevin is Amazing my feet feel revived once hes done.

Although this nail salon is very clean and luxurious by the looks. The quality of the service is very low quality. When I went to the salon, I looked up the prices on the website. All I wanted was a nexgen set with a tip. I was satisfied at first by the look of the nails. The first thing that caught me off guard is the salon charging me $10 more dollars that the website. I assumed it was for the tip. Keep in mind I got my nails very very short. My total ended up being $60 just for a nexgen set. After 2 days 3 nails just snapped off. The salon fixed them for me but this kept happening. I was not going to go up there multiple times for reoccurring problems. The nails are super thin and the file down the fake nail enough where it’s as thin as paper. When they were fixing my nails I told them that and they tried arguing with me that it was my fault. They gave me a $5 coupon for the inconvenience but that doesn’t fix me having to go through nails breaking left and right. This place is highly over priced and very low quality. Seems like they charge every client different prices. Definitely not worth the time having to go back to get nails fixed when they are supposed to last you 2-3 weeks.

Just went there and they’re employees just keep starring at me and nobody helped or at least ask me to have a sit. Will not comeback again

Walked in after work, no appointment. Kevin got me right into a SPA chair(brand new chairs with incredible messager). I have NEVER had anyone take care of my feet like him! My feet and heals were horrible!! This is the first time I have ever received a pedicure from someone who actually knew pressure points on my feet and legs. Thank You GOD for leading me to the right place, finally!!😇

Went in for dip on my natural nails and enjoyed the outcome however my nails were extremely overpriced and waay too thin. I had several nails chip before 4 days even passed. They fixed them for free however they spent a significant amount of time trying to tell me it was my fault that they chipped which was completely rude. And on my way out the young lady at the counter yelled out “are you going to tip?!” Now I always tip when I’m receiving a service. However I had to spend time to come back up there to get my nails fixed. If I were to tip that would be my decision. The girl at the counter needs to stop yelling out about tips it’s not very classy and it comes off unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

The salon is very clean and everyone was wearing masks, it made me feel very comfortable getting my pedi today!

I have been to this place 3 times and literally 2 out of the 3 times have been bad. My first horrible experience began with my nails, I told them what color I wanted which was like a pink dip powder and they ended up putting purple on my nails. I didn’t make a big deal about it because the color came out okay but purple is not what I asked for. They ended up charging me full price for my nails. I recently came back because my nails lasted pretty long and I’m all about quality. This time I asked for the same pink I didn’t get before and a simple square shape. I ended up with thick, chunky rounded nails. Two of them have already came off not even 24 hours later and one has cracked. Let’s not forgot to mention I spent $100 dollars just on a pedicure, a horrible dip powder full set and eyebrows. I will never be back. I have yet to find a decent nail shop that actually gives me what I want.

When you walk in the door and you take the place in. You are usually greeted by the the very handsome owner. Youre offered wine, and other refreshments. Ive never waited over 2 mins. And they and do amazing things with your nails. My toes are beautiful. They have never been this way ever.-Please stop by the Luxury Spa..

Terrible experience. Probably top 2 of the worst...ever for me! Tried to call several times to talk to them prior to writing a review but kept getting shuffled to more and more people who do not seem to be able to understand English. At one point, they literally passed me to a client in the location to get on the phone! Unreal and horribly awkward. She said to call back for Tony. Cannot speak to everyone in this location but the male who gave me my pedicure was horrible. It was painful, my skin hurts... it took almost two hours to get a pedicure... it was a disaster and a big waste of money. I wanted to take a day or two before I called them I was so upset. The person who was there and I think was in charge, stepped in to finish it finally, and he knew I was upset. I wanted to take a moment before I questioned them about what had happened.

Castle nails is my go-to nail spot in the neighborhood! The salon is very clean and the techs are talented.

I LOVED this experience! I came in on my afternoon off and was immediately greeted and seated. The spa pedicure was a dream! It included an Amazing leg massage with stones. My feet and nails are beautiful and Sandal ready. I’ll be back. Seriously. Check this place out.

Great experience. Everyone was very friendly. Pedicure was great. The owner was there and made sure not only us, but everyone in there was happy and pleased. It was a very clean and a very good atmosphere. I have not found another nail place around this area that is this nice, I normally venture out to frisco or Dallas but I will not anymore! I most definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Tony at Luxy Nail Spa and they have a couple of things that I have not experienced before. 1) a rewards program 2) heated shoulder buddies during your pedicure The place is clean and friendly and I was able to walk right in. I will definitely be back!

The place is brand new and feels very clean. The staff is very nice and you can tell the owner cares a lot about his salon-he makes sure his customers are happy and is very nice. The new opening specials are very much appreciated and is a bonus to the overall experience.

2 stars because the actual facility is nice. However, I am very dissatisfied with my latest visit. My first issue is that you have to request a price list. To me, that tells me that you can charge me whatever you feel like charging me on that day. I paid almost $70 for dip on my real nails and a basic pedicure. I make it my business to get my nails done every two weeks, but the dip job that they did on my nails didn’t even make it one week. I will not be returning.

Initially I was very excited to try this place because my sister loves it and recommend it to me. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed, the owner makes you feel very comfortable and you can tell he focuses on customer experiences. Although I love the service, I have had 3 of my fake tip nexgen nails come off clean not even a week after getting them done. Im very disappointed because I keep having to come in to get them fixed! So sad, I really wanted to love this place. Not sure if I will be back.

Great customer service, but my nail broke in less than a week! It was a clean break straight across and I have had these same nails done at the salon that I frequent without any breaks. I usually have to have them removed at that salon. This nail spa is closer to home, but I dont think that I will be returning.

My “nail technician” was too busy texting and face timing while I was trying to get my nails done. Nice guy but it’s not worth coming here. I suffer from eczema and I was very clear that I did NOT want a manicure only a gel color and they still went ahead and gave me a mani, and of course I started to bleed. Overall horrible experience for me. Will never be returning.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!I decided to try a new place today and I came here and it was the WORST experience I have EVER had at a nail salon!!!The guy doing my nails was terrible, 4 of the nails are crooked none of them are the same shape or length and he took almost TWO HOURS to do them!I called and asked to speak to a manager, the guy who answered claimed he was the manager, refused to give me a refund and HUNG UP ON ME!What kind of establishment hangs up on a customer????Do NOT go here!!!!!
