Service was phenominal. The gentleman that greets you recommended the dipping powder. Best choice ever! I love my nails!! Felt like I was treated so special. I was given a strawberry daiquiri while I was there. So impressed with this place. My new favorite.

Love this place. Ive tried two others in the last year and definitely the ladies are not as good as here. I only do classic Mani and Pedi.

Nails: This place is hit or miss depending on the technician you get. I had my nails done last night and they look terrible. The shape is different on each nail, the dip powder does not cover the entire nail, and the nails are wavy. I have also noticed they charge different prices in person than what they quote over the phone. You do get in and out quickly which is a plus. If you have a favorite person and they are available, this place would be OK.Lashes: My lashes always look amazing after Ivy does them. She is incredibly sweet and does great work. However, I was quoted $25-$45 for a lash fill on the phone and charged $50 so, just ask in person what things cost. Again, my lashes have great staying power, look natural, and the process is always quick.

I visited last week to get my nails dipped. I moved from The Colony so when I do have time, I will choose this nail salon over any. They are the only nail salon I can visit and my nails will NOT chip, crack, nothing. LOVE THEM!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I accidentally messed up my pedi, came back the next morning & they took care of me no problem. The manager was so nice & friendly about it. I have been using this nail spa for years and I am a huge fan. Regardless of the technician my results have been consistent.

When you find a good nail salon you DO NOT STRAY AWAY! I have been going here for a while after several decades of searching for the perfect place (Im exaggerating but not really). I want to first mention how clean and sanitary this place is. Theyre constantly disinfecting, no crusty stains on the chairs or towels and no chemical smells. Tom at the front is super welcoming and very attentive. Layla usually does my nails and shes a perfectionist-- perfect every time. I will say that once, they did not have the color I wanted so she created it for me using two different types.. I was so happy! Overall, one of the best nail salons in the area. They also serve complimentary wine and drinks for anyone whos into that.

I’ve been going to palace nails for about 8 months and love my nail tech Jade. She does a fantastic job wether pedi or mani. If you want great service ask for Jade.

I had a wonderful visit at Palace Nail Salon. I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She took her time, wasn’t preoccupied by the TV (sometimes the nail tech tends to drift off in thought while massaging your feet and legs) and wasn’t bothered by my last minute requests. (I decided during my pedi to get a brow and lip wax. And that too was a nice experience)I appreciate that the person who greeted us as we walked in was nice and we were able to communicate well.I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I had a fill done at Palace Nail Spa at the: 360 E Round Grove Rd, Lewisville, TX 75067 with a young lady who obviously had not had any experience doing nails. The fill was an absolute botched mess. When I spoke with the owner she was going to assign the same girl to fix the mess she created. I asked for a different tech & she denied my request. WARNING! Poor poor customer service. Now I have to go PAY to get my nails fixed elsewhere. They deserve ZERO STARS.

10/10 recommend. I had amanicure/pedicure that ran a little long whichwas fine. Didnt leave till 30 min after closing. Van and the girl who did my pedicure still took their time and treated me like they werent in a rush. I appreciated that. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you both, and Van gives Great massage!

When a nail spa has chandeliers hanging and the detail in customer service is at its best. Its worth giving it a try. 👍

Have always enjoyed coming to palace nails. Everyone there is always so friendly and usually can slip in with no appt with little wait time if any. Tom who works the front is very attentive to his patrons and I observed him always wiping down pedi chairs tables ect. If I can get Steve, he does a great job on my coffin nails and i just Had the best milk and honey pedi from Nancy today. Love this place!

Nail spa is very nice and clean. The only thing we miss here that they are not expert in nail art. When ever my wife go their and show them designs they said we are unable to do that. They do more like a simple one.

They constantly dont listen, do poorly, or hurt my nails. they either shaved my nail bed down till it hurts to use or make the shape a blob. Im sorry but Im not coming back.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. I’ve tried other places a couple of times in the area and will never go anywhere other than Palace again. Nexgen typically lasts longer when I come here and the customer service is amazing. The gentleman at the front is always very friendly and attentive. 5 out of 5 stars, I’m a loyal customer here! They also regularly sanitize several times while I’m there.

Palace Nails is my go to always for my nails. Jenny for my nails & wax and Nancy for my pedicures. Tom at the front is fantastic compared to the last guy. He always makes sure you are comfortable. You should for sure yet them if you are looking for a new place.

I’m in love with this place, everything was great the people are great the place is also very clean and everyone always welcomes you with a smile. Make sure to ask for hames if you want acrylic nails he did a great job.

The lady that did my nails would not allow me to tell her how I wanted them done. I was not totally happy with my nails, everytime I tried to tell her she would say I know, I know and cut me off, but I guess she really didnt know. I gave her a tip any way but will not accept her to do my nails again.

This was my second time coming back to this specific nail spa & both visits definitely were a 5 star experience! Tom, the store manager, is always so welcoming & attentive to your needs as you wait for your nail technician. He is incredibly genuine & in my opinion that is something rare to find these days. I also notice the little things in life & probably due to my professional background/customer facing job roles, knowing that the first impression sets the tone for the entire experience, Tom for sure does that & more!After years of getting dip manicures - I’m extremely particular with how my dip manicure is done: shape, length, and of course the final look, as most probably are haha. I wanted to take the time to write this review (side note: rarely do I go into this much detail or even provide comments in my reviews) b/c of my recent visits it was the least I could do in return. Amy did my dip manicure the first visit and was the reason I came back because of how great of a job she did! Her attention to detail in shaping my nails was spot on and it showed! And of course she too was incredibly kind & cared whether I liked the work she was doing or not. I always go here and they do an amazing job but I asked for something and got something totally different and overall it’s just a bad job the dip is covering my cuticle and I’m bleeding on one nail.

Went in today to get my nails done. I did not have an appointment, but they got me in a chair within seconds of my arrival! Layla took care of me and was very talented! She gave me exactly what I asked for. I did not even have to tell her to fix something if it was a little off, she was already on it. My nails are absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Layla! Highly recommend that you ask for her and get a design done, because she is really good at nail art!

Amy is my nexgen artist and she always is so friendly and she pays great attention to detail. I have brought several of my friends here and they keep coming back! Also if one of your nails breaks or gets messed up they fix it for free. They offer complimentary beverages including wine and margaritas. I love coming here!

Before COVID, service was great, now if you go even with an appointment, you still have to wait. No explanation. Wednesday’s, no problem.

Had a dip color change done and Lela was very particular about doing my nails. She did an excellent job! They have a large selection of colors for dip nails and lots of options for services. I made an appointment but got the walk-ins going pretty quickly too.

They are absolutely amazing! Ivy was wonderful and my nails are beautiful. Their new management has completely improved their quality of service.

I love it! I go there all the time and the service is great. They do an AWESOME job on nails!! Employees are nice and start conversations. If it’s your first time there, they might ask a lot of questions about you but it’s really nice. They also tease me sometimes because they know me well! Also, great massages and waxing. This place was awesome. They gave me a wonderful pedicure that felt amazing. The best part was the eyebrows.. if you need eyebrow waxing and tinting, SEE LAYLA! My eyebrows have never looked this good! Very pleased!

I love going there! I have tried other places around just twice since I have been there and it cant compare to what Palace Nail Spa offers. They are awesome! From the entrance until the end. I have never had a bad experience here. Mai does an incredible job every single time. She is so good that I drive 30 minutes to come here and wont go to anybody else. She has an eye for detail and always makes sure my nails are perfect. She is easy on my nails and doesnt remove all the base layer of my dip unless she has to. The one time i broke two nails, I came in and someone else fixed them free of charge. Will never go somewhere else!

I have been going to this establishment SINCE IT WAS OPEN (3 YEARS AGO)!! Amy is my nail girl, she ALWAYS does an amazing job on my pedicures. I call and set up an appointment with her and I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. Ashley the manager is just as awesome, always greets you with a smile when you walk in and asks how you are doing. Ive been looking for a nail salon since moving from The Woodlands Tx! Im very particular about my nails (in fact my tech said it was first time doing nails like mine) Ive searched everywhere and finally came across Palace! I have been so impressed with every single experience here! They are well put together. Also friendly. The Staff helped care for my baby as I was occupied. My nails turned out better then I had expected and each experience gets better. Tina is my girl and KNOWS what shes doing. Show her a photo and she will work her magic. Horrible job!!!My daughter had hour before needing to go to she asked if they could accommodate and of course they said yes they charged $41 the nails were different lengths the dip powder was clumpy and she had super glue all over her hands. Then when I called after she got in the car they kept saying they weren’t finished so why would you charge her the full amount if you didn’t finish???

I came in today with a broken nail near the middle of my nail Thu was able to come up with a plan to remove the pain. He was gentle, great personality and I will be back in 2 1/2 weeks. Dan my pedicure painted my toes and they looked amazing. I love this place.

I go in there to get my eyebrows waxed and for the most part y’all do good. But this past time I went and y’all completely messed up one eyebrow.it was significantly shorter on the end and on the beginning by my nose. While the other was great. It’s very concerning how your workers can’t seem to get them even closely similar. Will not be going back to get my eyebrows done.

I have been several times for pedicures over the past 12 months and have never had a bad experience here. Love the customer service, and I get a different technician every time. The last time I was there, I had at least 3 staff members offer to get me something to drink. Love them!

Nice atmosphere, employees are friendly. My service however was not all that good. Im a licensed cosmetologist, so I know a thing or two about service and nail technology. I never say this to anyone so that they are more comfortable with me. I went in to just have someone else do my nails as a treat to myself. The technician misunderstood me right away when I asked for them to be longer, cut my natural nails and proceeded to apply Nexgen without the tip. I asked about it and the tech said I had told him no. Not the case. He was not rude, but I could tell he was irritated. I get it. I also said I could not wear them long and they were so long I couldnt function, but I chose to just take care of it myself. When checking out the receptionist even said wow theyre long. No kidding! Needless to say, rather expensive to just have to come home and do them myself. Disappointed.10/14/2018. Update to my review... Ive posted a photo of a lovely nail infection I received from the above experience. Please take caution with who you have do your nails here. In all the years Ive been having my nails done Ive NEVER gotten an infection. It was extremely painful and Ill likely lose the nail. Not happy.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating. My NexGen set can last up to 3 weeks and a couple of days if they are short. I have a few favorites but mentioning them here may make it harder for me to get in when I want. They are all great!

I just had the best experience here with Nikki! I just moved back over this way and not only was it a great price I told her my neck was sore from sleeping on it the wrong way and she totally hooked me up with a massage! Great way to start my birthday!

I got a toe nail infection directly as a result of the pedicure I received. It has been about 3 weeks or so and my toe is still recovering. I have not come back here and i will not. I dont even want to talk to them about my toe because I dont want to argue. Be careful.

I come here all the time, I make sure Kim is working she is the best! She is so sweet takes her time to make sure my nails are flawless. The whole staff is great really theyre all very nice. But Kim is definitely my favorite I will never look for another nail lady 💜

I’ve been here twice and every time the service is below basic. Also I’m pretty sure the tech I had either through up or spit something out while doing a pedicure. Left unsatisfied and was so tired of sitting there I told the tech not to worry about painting my toes and she didn’t understand so she needed someone else to come and translate and I got the next gen removed from my nails and she asked if I wanted them clip down, I said yes and she barely clipped any of the nail, again so tired of sitting in there I’ll be going home to finish getting my nails the way that I wanted them to begin with.

First time, walk-in, Thursday eve, & no wait 👍🏽Jade was my tech. Shes super sweet and patient -as she also helped me choose the perfect color pink. (Nexgen powder S29)Im happy I stopped in!😀

I would definitely recommend coming here when they first open because they get busy really quickly. My first visit I arrived right when they opened and I was in and out within the hour. My services included a pedicure and fill w/ gel polish. However, for all my 2nd visit I arrive two hours after they opened and the service was not as great. I did wait at a station for about 15 minutes with no offer of a beverage. Finally a nail tech came and he was pleasantly nice and professional. He offered me a beverage as well. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend...just come early.

The place was gorgeous and looks very high end as you walk in but my technician rushed through the appointment and seemed mad when I pointed out that my nails were crooked or not what I asked. She fixed the shape but the nails looked horrible, annoyed by her attitude I paid and went home and filed the nails myself. I did a much better job myself than she did. She was an older lady with tattooed eyebrows. Avoid her.

Came in with my 6 year old daughter, at 7 months pregnant to get our nails and toes done. The guy in the front tells me, 15 min, so I agree. An hour later......someone just started on my feet and my daughter. I asked why hasnt anyone started on my nails, the guy gives me attitude and said I do my best to accommodate everyone. He also said maam you should of told me you wanted them done together. We have been here quite a few times, and that was never a request that was needed to be said, because who has 2-3 hours have them done at different times?!?!His responses being after about 8 people came in after us and all were started on, most being nails. He stated they all had appointments and were basically more important. But little did he know that I paid attention and watched to see which ones did. So not only did he lie, but now an hour and a half later and no nails started on. Horrible customer service, we will not be back from that alone!

Only after two weeks my tips with nexgen starting popping off and they said they only guarantee for it to be good for two weeks. I also had to go back twice for them to fix my toe that smudged because they put it on way too thick... I don’t recommend this place.

Nov. 2017So since this post Ive been attending the Nail Shop weekly and visiting Tiffany and getting my nails done on a weekly basis because Im a biter and I use a lot of hand sanitizer so my nails tend to get extremely dry Ive had a great experience with Tiffany I think Tiffany is probably the best nail tech Ive ever met in my entire life shes from Tulsa Oklahoma she does a great job and its wonderful getting to talk to her and have a wonderful conversation with her every single time I get my nails done ..Tiffany is the best tech at this salon and I wouldnt recommend the other girls other than Tiffany as far as Nails go,. Tiffany is the best.

Kim is the absolute best! I have problem with my nails and she takes extra care to make sure its done correct. I have been to several places and I will only go back to Kim. Im VERY picky and they are outstanding from the minute you walk in the door.

Receptionist is terrible. Only one person there knows how to do eyebrows the right way but the people that dont know how do it anyway and get mad when you get mad because they messed them up. Ive been 10 times and only twice did my eyebrows get done the right way because of that one lady. Shes awesome. Left there with half and eyebrow missing or barely anything done all other 8 times and still had to pay. Ridiculous.

Staff was nice and place was clean. It was a little more then I usually pay but the work was better than my usual place.
