Cindy did my nails and they were very beautiful!! She even gave me suggestions to make my nails look better by adding some stones and I’m glad I listened to her!I come her often for pedicure and manicure froTime to time and staff is excellent. Kylo is one of my favorite as well as he is very friendly and bubbly. Highly recommend!!

I went there yesterday to get a gel manicure. I don’t remember the man’s name but he is an older man who works at this location. He was rough and did a very poor job on my nails. Not even a full 24 hours and my gel nails have already started peeling. The man didn’t even finish my gel nails correctly the first time. My nails were sticky as if the overlay wasn’t put on. Overall the experience was very low quality. I won’t discourage anyone from going because it could just be that individual but management should definitely get this under control. $40 down the drain on my end!

This place is not the same since it has been taken over by new management. There are two ladies doing nails. Nancy does nails pretty decent. The other lady is awful. She doesn’t know what she is doing and is very unprofessional and confrontational. I got a refill by the other lady (didn’t get her name). She did not file the nails properly. They were all different shapes. She left openings for water/moisture to get it before laying the new acrylic. I warned her that it could later cause me a nail fungus so I needed her to remove the old acrylic that had lifted. She refused. I had two nails that were broken. On the two broken nails, she put tips directly on top of the old acrylic. I could not believe she did that. When I told her that wouldn’t work, she argued with me. Now those two nails are curved. I then asked Nancy to try to fix her sloppy work. She could not get the curve out of those two nails. I was ready to get out of there at that point. I got the gel polish last night. Notice cracks in the polish this morning. Went in to get it fixed today and was told I needed to wait an hour or come back in an hour. I don’t think so. I rather take the loss and not go there anymore. Their prices are a little higher than most nail shops in the area and the quality of work is below standards. It’s a joke. These people should not be in business. Those previous reviews may be from the previous management because they were good at jobs, or just lies.

My friend and I both went in for pedicures and dip nails. The lady somehow managed to cut me with the file a few times during my pedicure and our nails looked really bad when we left. I ended up having to reshape them on my own. I asked for coffin shape and left with something between oval and square, but definitely not coffin. They were also all different lengths. My friends nails were not much better. Also, they were almost out of all of the colors I wanted so if you do decide to go in there make sure to have an open mind color wise. I would suggest avoiding this place altogether.

The two men that my friend and I used were rude and impatient. The guy who did my nails did a quality job but wasn’t friendly and got impatient with my friend. The guy that did my friends nails was impatient the whole time and did a poor quality job

I enjoyed my experience with this salon. My nail techs name is Rose..She did an amazing job. There was absolutely no wait. I just walked in and they were all very accommodating. I will be back for sure!

Just poor quality. I’ve visited a few times in hopes i have great services and nope! You ask for a specific service a specific way and they do what they want to. When you say it’s not right and asked to have it fixed that’s when the excuses come. This nail shop is just not capable of basic services. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hello, I just wanted to share my experiences at Frenchy’s Nails. It was not a good experience, I’ve attached a picture to show you. I chose #179, but the nails look white and transparent as opposed to the chalky gray. I was really disappointed since this is the second time they have messed up my nails. I asked them to fix it for me, but they refused. The only option they were giving me was totally taking the nails off and giving me my money back. I said no since it would’ve wasted an hour and a half of my time. Before writing this review, I decided to call them since I didn’t want to just ruin their business. I asked once again if they could do something about my nails, but again, they refused. Not only did they refuse, but they also hung up on me, which wasn’t professional at all in my opinion.

Loved the foot massage and treatment. But my nail color on my feet is not the same pink as my fingernail dip color. Drastically different shade Jad 2 different people due my nails. Not sure about returning. I advised the colors are different and the guy just laughed

This was our first time here just moved to the neighborhood. Nancy and Cindy did a great job. The guy who took care of my little girl was so sweet and made her feel really comfortable. I just can’t remember his name but he was the front desk receptionist.

I love going to Frenchys. They are always friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. I have gotten a pedicure from Nancy on multiple occasions and she does an amazing job much like the rest of the staff. Its like walking in to a mini spa day with the care and attention they give each of their customers. I am even using them to do my nails for my upcoming wedding. I cant wait for my next appointment Saturday! :)

I love the service here so much. Jojo is so creative and invited me to step outside my box! It was a joint effort to create the look. I’m so happy. The girl who did my pedicure was so gentle but efficient. She didn’t make any faces when she saw the HORRIBLE state my toes were in. The store was very clean. I added their dip colors because it takes ME forever to pick. They have another book of colors of course.

I went to Nancy for a manicure and pedicure. She took great care of me and was super friendly . They explained the pricing before they went to work.Edit to update: its been 5 days since I got my nails done and the gel coat I received on my manicure is already chipping and cracked. On the box it says it lasts up to 21 days. I wSnt expecting it to last that long but I sure wasnt expecting it to not last a week. Im not pleased to have paid extra for the gel and have it not lost as long as a regular manicure. I guess on the plus side, my pedicure still looks good.

I finally found a place I absolutely love ❤️. Very clean place the staff makes you feel welcomed, love their white wine. Lena does a wonderful job, my 9yr old daughter also loves her. I definitely will recommend this place. Very satisfied 🥰

Two of my nails broke within 24 hours of getting them done! And he also tried to charge me an extra 5 for trimming my toenails which was not part of the price when I had already asked how much it would be. Very disappointed with this place and will never go back there!

The older lady that works at this establishment is VERY unprofessional and rude. Definitely read the negative reviews regarding her. From the moment I sat down she had an attitude. Otherwise, a nice place to visit but avoid older lady.

When I say this was the worst place to get nails I say this is worst place. Me and my girlfriends wanted to get mani/pedi. They change prices on you. Came in to get a full set and he said it would be $50 and I was like okay. And I sat down and he was filing my nails and I didn’t like the shape and he started to take them off then said I can’t do it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I went to get my nails done and showed a VERY specific photo of what i wanted done and this is what i got. I obviously wasn’t pleased with the results so I kindly asked for them to be removed and they did not want to remove them. I had to go somewhere else, so disappointing! Please DO NOT GO HERE, dont waste your time nor money. I would give zero stars, but google wont let me!!

Hours on door as well as google state they are open till 8pm which is a hour later then most . I showed up at 7:15pm for a quick paint on my nails. Nothing that takes more then 30 min to do. I walk in and they say so sorry we stop taking people at 7. Now why stay open till 8 when u stop taking people like ur closed at 7 . And I had 3 people in chairs at the time . Very unprofessional. Don’t say ur open till a certain time if ur not willing to take customers up until you lock your doors . Very rude people here and it was my first time trying them out since I’m a single mom who works over 70 hours a week and thought I had found a place I could finally get to relax for just a few. WONT BE BACK AND WONT RECOMMEND

I stoped in today for a pedicure. It was nice! The people are nice. The place seems pretty clean. The nail tools came out as if they had been sanitized but the foot file and foot scrubber I was not sure about! My pedi looked and felt good. I did not do anything fancy just the P2.

Just got a full set dip powder done, and i must say the service here is HORRIBLE. The lady mimi or whoever sits in the first seat, had a horrible attitude and literally did horrible job on my ombre nails. I will NEVER come back nor recommend them to anyone. The shaping is hideous and thick. I mean just a mess.

Walked out in less than 20 min. First she shortened my nails without asking. Then she shapes them wrong with me showing I wanted the same shape they were stoped her told her she fixed it as best she could since she had already cut them to short 1 hand is semi done. She tells me she will be right back. Another customer came in said she only had x time to get her pet so she ran to set her up and do whatever I waited a bit then I semi smoothed my own nails offered to pau for what she had done. She told me I couldnt leave she wasnt done. Why am I mad. Not mad just my time is as important as anyone elses. There were 2 clients with 2 people working on them makes better sense for them to set up as they were doing pedicures like the girl wanted. Getting mad because u messed up doesnt help with. Unhappy customers

Nick does a great job on my nails. I usually get colored acrylic. However, sometimes he rushes a bit and has cut me a couple of times as hes drilled to buffer down the acrylic. Ive told him to be careful and more cautious. My nails always look great though.

I came here to get my nails done and the service was not good the lady I had used tools that had clearly been used on other customers as they were covered in nail dust.She also rushed me to cater to another customer who had come about 5 minutes after me which resulted in my nails not completely drying.

Im a dancer so my feet are always in rough shape. I get taken care of when I come in. Will be coming here for years to come.

I went to the salon this past Saturday and I was very impressed with how Nick did my nails. He took his time and shaped my stiletto nails perfectly! Everyone in the salon was very pleasant and the customer service was awesome. All I can say is I definitely will be back.

Frenchy’s is the best place I have found in Texas. Since moving from Colorado and not being able to see my nail people there. I went to a bunch of other places before finding frenchy’s and an wont go anywhere else now. They have such a friendly and comfortable environment. I feel as if I have already been going here for years. I’m incredibly picky about my nails and how they look because if I’m paying for nails they better be perfect and Frenchy’s never slacks on quality. If the nails don’t look right to them, they’ll take it off and start over. It’s a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

Frenchys is under new ownership and is BETTER than ever! I couldnt be happier with my nails! I went to Frenchys Nails yesterday 4/23 for a fill and my nails looked great.The nail tech asked me exactly what I wanted and didnt pressure me to get something I did not want. I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted and she nailed it! She asked me if I liked what was on the T.V. and even asked me if the music that was playing was okay! She just wanted me to relax and be happy with my experience at their business. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was asked if I wanted or needed anything to drink. I am so pleased with the service I received. I was VERY hesitant to get my nails done because there were so many horrible reviews but it was completely different from the reviews because there are NEW OWNERS that are so nice and care about what the customers want. The prices are total different from the other reviews too they are a lot more reasonable. I got my lashes, brows and nails done and I will be visiting Frenchys very often now and I drove 25 minutes!!!!

Ive been coming to Frenchy Nails for almost a year now and I never leave disappointed. Mimi has always taken such good care of me with every visit. Finding a nail tech you trust can always be very difficult. Now I just come in and sit down, I dont need to tell her what shape, length, and sometimes even what color I want because she already knows. All the other staff are amazing as well! Super welcoming and enjoyable the entire time!

They take their time and make sure you actually are happy with your nails. Very honest with what colors match ones skin tone. My sister lets him chose what colors to match to make ombre nails and they look freaking amazing! Definitely recommend!!

I m usually not a complainer and this is my third visit each time it’s never really what i want but i always end up paying and not saying anything! Today i came for a full set i wanted almond shape! Now mind you i have uneven shape and length my nails are each shaped different some look bulky some are short some are unknown shape etc the entire time i kept on reminding the guy that i want almond shape and if he can fix the ones i already knew was not shape right!! 4hours !!! 4 freaking hours!!! And i get to the cashier telling them about my experience they completely disregarded my concerns trying to convince me that it’s what i wanted! I got charged $80 for something that i didn’t ask for!! Will NEVER RECOMMEND this Place again! On top of that they just started speaking their language making me feel like an idiot!! I mean come on now!!! Right ridiculous service!!!

I have been looking for a new nail salon because my old salon got lazy. I remembered this salon from when l first moved to this area 4 years ago and decided to give it another try. I am so glad I did. I got a pedicure and a full nextgen set. Bill did my pedicure and let me tell you, he was amazing. Have you ever had your knees massaged during a pedicure? You must now ask for it all the time, it is the most amazing feeling and pleasantly unexpected. Alice was my nail tech. Such a sweet soul. She did not get agitated or upset when l asked for changes. The other technicians that I spoke with were very nice. I will definitely be back.

The environment of Frenchys is calm and inviting. I love the clean and friendly service I receive every time Im there. Im never pressured into additional services and always leave with beautiful nails. My one hour commute is beyond worth it. Ive been a loyal customer of this management team since 2012 and dont plan on going anywhere.

Came here for the first time because of the ratings. I came in for a simple manicure. The guy trimmed my cuticles and asked if I wanted polished. Normally I never do, but I thought sure why not. So he polished my nails and had me sit to dry. I thought there was more to a manicure? Usually when I ask for a manicure at other places I’ll get some clipping, shaping, buffing, removal of the cuticles, and softening of the skin, and a quick hand massage. So when paying my $20 and I decided to ask the guy why it wasn’t done. He said oh for the others it cost more..$25... Guess it’s my first and last time here. Very disappointed I didn’t get the treatment everyone has experienced at this place. Also they offered others a drink, except for me. Was it because I only wanted “just a manicure.”
