This was my first time at this salon and I have no idea why I didn’t go sooner. Jonathan was the nicest gentleman who has ever done my nails. From start to finish, he made sure I was comfortable and was happy. He was professional and so so sweet! I have truly never EVER had service like this before. I wish all nail techs were like him because they should be!!! 10000/10 definitely would recommend this place and to ask for him!!!!

Today was my first time at nail luxury and I had a great experience!! This nail salon exceeded my expectations and so did my nail tech, qween. She did an amazing job on my nails and took her time! She made my nails look exactly like the photo I showed her and I could not be any happier. It’s so hard to find a nail technician who takes the time on your nails to satisfy the customer, thank you Qween! I will be coming back!

My nail tech name was Nina she did a great job she took her time we interact as to what type of polish and how I wanted my nails, the shop was very neat, clean and smelled nice it was quiet the cleaners really was number one thing for me and the was my first time being there and yes I will be returning

I was ready to take Jonathan home with me!!!! He was very engaging with his conversation all while keeping me completely relaxed during my pedicure. Very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and super attentive! I can’t wait to go back

The ladies at this salon are nice, however I cameTo get a solar set, and my nail tech made the overlay so thin that 2 nails broke in the first 4 days of having them. I went back to ask them to fix it and make the others thicker and they charged me for a fill. (Which I understood and was fine with). Then 3 days later 2 more nails broke. I went back for a 3rd time in this one set and she charged me $10 to fix the 2 nails, and she didn’t even bother to make them look the same. I would not recommend this salon.

I got to the shop early hoping I would get the lady who serviced me last time but she wasn’t there. That’s my fault. But the lady who sits directly behind the front desks filled my nails in and that was a big mistake. She did the powder like I had last time but my right middle finger has it spread onto my skin and it looks fat and very unprofessional. I tried to get her to fix it but with was like she couldn’t see what I was pointing out. But again this is what I get for going to the “first chair”. I should have got up and left then but I just wanted her to finish at that point so I could leave. Never again. I had good service the first time but this experience was ridiculous.

Great Service, Gena does my nails always gives me exactly what I want does the best in doing acrylic nails and the exact design I want. Also Maritza give me the best pedicures makes my feet feel amazing.

I liked Mimi went in to do my nails and was in a rush due to a family member passing totally slipped my mind that I didn’t tip her. So I go to schedule an appointment she tells me I must have never liked my nails because I didn’t tip her 😕 she doesn’t work for free. I believe if she would have come at me much better than that I wouldn’t have been upset. If she would have simply said it in a better manner I would have simply told her my apologies I will tip her extra since I forgot this time but she was unprofessional and I will not be returning due to rudeness. I give credit when due she is a great nail tech attitude not so much great.

The experience is not too bad, the price is reasonable, friendly staff, would recommend and visit again for sure..

Quyen is the best and sweetest nail technician Ive ever met, hands down. I always call ahead to make sure shes going to be there and get pink and white solar. She is extremely gental and sweet, does an absolutely fantastic job, and most of all, is consistent which I love. Let me just say I am so happy I decided to stop by here today. I have been reading the reviews and I decided to make an appointment with Mimi. My nails look amazing, I couldn’t ask for better quality! She did a great job and was so friendly and attentive. All of the staff is very nice and you can tell they really work together. I scheduled an appointment to have my eyebrows done. The lady was friendly but she f*caked up my eyebrows completely. I just asked them to be cleaned up and they are uneven. My right eyebrow she took off way too much. I will never go back to this salon. I posted a pic I took the day before my eyebrows were done to show the difference. The solution offered was to take off MORE from my decently looking eyebrow. Like really??

I have been going to Nail Luxury for the past two years, and outside of the mani and pedis I’ve received I thoroughly enjoy my experience every time. Everyone is always so welcoming! Quyen always does my dip powder mani and has the latest dips, powders and colors. Helen, and Melissa always do the best gel pedicures, and Micki is a great nail tech. They did an awesome job. My nail shape is just what I wanted. I am really picky about my nails. The nail color is a bit darker than what I wanted, but that is my fault. I picked the color. My nails still look good.

I have been going to this nail salon for little over a year now. My nail tech Maritza is AMAZING!!!!! She always takes great care of my fingers and my toes.

I love Nail Luxury for the convenience of how close they are to my home, but they are always so busy. You must make an appointment. I had to leave 2 times to go somewhere else, but they will do the job. As for their nail art, they really don’t specialize in it but they have always tried to match the pictures that I show them.

New to area ..needed a fill. Thought I had a good deal ..girl took her time but when I asked her to shape my nails the way I wanted...she got in a hurry and attention to detail was Over!!Salon was unkept and not in order ...messy. I Wouldnt say unsanitary...just not presentable.Im going to keep looking for an inviting salon. Cause thats what us girls want is an inviting atmosphere to get a break from! :)

I went here yesterday for acrylic PINK AND WHITES. i told the lady at least 3 times....this cant be her first rodeo. She unevenly glues white tips on my unevenly clipped nails...cuts and files the tips unevenly and then just puts a really thin layer of pink acrylic over all of it. Never dusted the filings off my nails, they are extremely uneven, bubbly and just awful. Who does pink and whites this way?...with no white! The lady was extremely impersonal and obviously rushed the whole job. I should have just walked out. My nails are already lifting at the tips. She left globs of acrylic under my nails. On top of this they wanted $30 for this crap job. Her tools were not soaking in sanitary solution or anything! I paid just because i wanted to get out of that place ASAP. Do not go here!

Most horrible nail experience Ive ever had. My nails look horrible! There are bubbles and the nails are crooked and they arent even rounded! Ive never hated a nail job so much! Aside from that the ENTIRE time I had to keep saying ouch that hurts because she kept hurting my nails. I want to go to a different nail place right away but she hurt my nails so bad I dont want any more pain. If I could do 0 stars I would. Will NEVER go back to this salon again!

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. I will be going back to make them fix what they have done tomorrow, and that will be the last time I ever go in there. Took an hour and a half. They put clear powder underneath the pigment, which (surprise) caused giant holes in the pigment, and she had to re-dip 8 of my 10 nails. Then, she was rushing to finish (I mentioned I was running late now because of her) and she sent me to wash my hands. Theres holes in the finish. You can see through the tips from the clear powder scam. And my cuticles are burned within an inch of their life. Then she had the audacity to charge me 40 dollars!

The staff is always friendly and very sweet. I am always satisfied with the service.

My first experience was good. The second time i got my dip nails done, it started coming off in less than a week and my nails got so rough that it gets stuck everywhere.

I don’t recommend this place at all what so ever! i came in with my mom, and these days us young girls like Long & Shimmery things on our nails! what so ever the women couldnt do the length i had asked for because that wouldve made her job hard! WHAT IN THE HELL!? and she said only way she can do it if i go with Dip Powder, first of all i never in my 21 years of living heard some madness like that and then they didnt want to give me the length i asked for! smh i just think they were being MAD LAZY and thats not ok...

If there was a option to give a negative score I would. My husband bought me a gift certificate and I went in. I told them what I wanted when I walked in they said ok. Did my toes first. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Paint not smooth or even. Some parts paint is so thin. Lines are not straight. Then it was time to do my nails. Now they are saying they do have what I asked for. I had to rip my hand out of hers because she was teying to cut my natural nails off. The pedicure was $40 and didnt last 3 days and looks terrible!! Will never walk in here again. Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon.
