I really hate to leave bad reviews about places but I was very disappointed today. 😞I normally do my own nails at home and have been doing them for over 4 years. Today I decided to treat myself and my mother since I was too tired and have an event to go to later tonight.This was my first time at this location and I decided to bring my mother along for her very first pedicure ever. Walking in, we were greeted nicely and seated quickly so I had high hopes. They started with my mother and unfortunately, they rushed through the pedicure even though they were not busy. Someone else came by and did mine and also rushed. I was really looking forward to the foot massage part of the pedicure and was quite sad when it lasted roughly 5 minutes total. The polish application was also disappointing. I chose a light pink shade and by the end of the pedicure, I could see a lot of streaks.To top it off, when I got up to pay, they informed me that they were only taking cash because their card reader was broken - something they failed to mention from the beginning. I personally never carry cash so I had to leave my mom at the salon while I drove to the bank to pull out cash.If they had been busy, I would understand the lack of attention and rushed job, but we both felt that what we paid was not worth the service we received. I had had come home and apply a gel glitter coat on top to hide the streaky application. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Great job on my nails. Nail tech was nice and made me feel very comfortable while beautifying my nails.

I had my nails done by Sue and firstly she did AMAZING! I told her I wanted pink with some sparkle and I left the rest up to her and she definitely came through! She worked with me and didn’t mind fixing anything I asked she was super kindand the place was clean with a great atmosphere I will be coming back often!! Thank you

Well...I attempted to patronize a business in my neighborhood and it kinda backfired on me. I made an appointment to come in and they were ready for my daughter and me. The only thing we needed was polish on our toenails. My daughter and I received services from the same person which was fine by me. The lady painted my daughters nails and began to add glitter and decorations that I did not ask for nor approve. She painted mines and I told her not to decorate them since thats not what I wanted anyway. When we were done she told me it was $25. Im like, for what??? She was like for the polish. I was in a hurry and really didnt have time to argue with this woman so I paid her but that is the absolute LAST TIME they will see us. Moral of the story: (nail techs) dont take orders from a 5 y.o. and parents, dont take business calls while someone is servicing your child. They just start adding all kinds of foolishness on the bill.

A very nice nail shop. Everyone work together and help each other when they get swamped. Sue has a great sense of humour & a hard worker that can paint any design on your hands or feet. Go there if you love being pampered. This is a great place.

Im still sitting in the pedicure chair but I am loving it so far! Small salon and open until 7p during the week; a plus! Everyone is very nice and has a smile on their face. Reasonably priced and they did my eyebrows wonderfully! I like smaller nail shops where it is peaceful and I can get in and get out. Ill definitely be coming back again. :)

I had the deluxe pedicure. It was nice and the massage chair felt great too. I woild have enjoyed a more vigorous slightly longer massage but overall it was a relaxing pampering experience.

I never ever write bad reviews unless I truly am not happy with the service, and assuming by two stars you should know I am not. First off, the women who work there are very friendly and out going compared to most other places; only until you have a problem with your nails. Within 2 days, 2 of my nails broke in half, and all of the diamonds on one thumb came off.Now, I would have understood if I was doing something that caused me to use my hands a lot, but I literally did normal things all day and the nails just broke off. They must have been way to thin. I returned shortly after while I was in the area and the lady who did my nails had the worst attitude and couldn’t find the original color. She rushed and fixed the nails and I left in a decent mood. The next day another 2 nails popped off, one breaking my real nail in half. This is what made me want to write the email because it really upset me after I had not even had them on for a week. I get my nails done very often and I have NEVER had this problem. Please stay away from this place or make sure they aren’t rushing your nails or making the acrylic too thin. If I could add images I would.

Went in for the herbal foot massage for 19.99. I have to say this was the most painful foot massage that Ive ever had. I was closing my eyes because it hurt so bad. Her nails were digging into my skin and making it raw. There was absolutely nothing relaxing about it. I guess you get what you pay for but I wasnt expecting pain. I also want to mention there is no herbs in the foot basin. They use tablets.

I dont mind waiting when I have an appointment, however, I am annoyed if I wait longer than 15 minutes and I have an appointment. Waiting over an hour when I had an appointment ticked me off. If you running 30 minutes or more behind text or call client its common curiosity. The clients should do the same if they are running late.

So where do I start I went on a Friday on Monday my right pointing finger had popped off like a press on an four other nails where lifting at the bottom so on Tuesday I went back Ms.Cindy put my nail back on an fixed my other nails new glue an gel at the bottom on Saturday on my left two the were lifting popped off my pointing finger and my middle now my hand look so tacky an the other nails arent coming off any time soon because I just got them done dont spend your money I refuse to go pack a third time Ill just be wasting my time its clear they cant do nails or she cant lol

I walked in. Asked about a pedicure. I told her that I have chemical and fragrance allergies. She understood. Used just water. Made a scrub of sugar and oil. Used only olive oil. I was able to get pampered and not sick. I will go back.

For the most part, I am pleased with the service. However, I am not pleased with their attitude about correcting chipped polish. When I returned within a couple of days for repairs on my chipped polish I was told that they do not guarantee the polish on natural nails. Have natural nails going out of style? I learned that they do have special nail polish that does not chip, but this polish costs $20 extra. I paid the $20 extra. Three days later I had a significant chip. Returning tomorrow for repairs.

Pretty good place. The lady was patient with me while I was trying to find the right color. She convinced me to get the next gen instead of acrylic so I was assuming they would be more expensive. Turns out it was only $35! Wow! Where I’m from, you can’t get anything for less than $60. Afterwords, my nails were really sore though and she nicked my skin in a few places but that may just have been because it’s been so long since I’ve had my nails done. They’re not perfect, the sides of the nails could have been better but overall I’m happy with my service and will probably be back!Oh and as I was leaving I saw a huge dead cockroach on the floor under the table. I didn’t say anything but that was kinda gross. It’s not really their fault though, just thought I would mention it if anyone is really scared of bugs 😂

I went there to have dipping powder nails taken off. The lady had no clue of what she was doing. She did not let the powder dissolve, she kept removing my fingers from the liquid solution and kept filing filing the nail to the extent of overfiling my natural nail which has left my natural nail uneven and brittle. I am dissappointed.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ROSE NAILS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET A PEDI. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST ASK A 2 OR 3 YEAR OLD TO DO IT.

I have been to Rose Nails in the past, and I was happy with their service. I returned to the salon, and was shocked by the rude costumer service! I was with my sister, and we were discussing together what colors/services we wanted done. Obviously the employee at the salon was waiting for us and she said I have a costumer coming in, so can you decide? in the rudest possibly way, not considering me as a costumer? Without thinking twice, we were OUT!Deuces Rose Nails!

The shop seemed pretty nice, but the service was beyond HORRIBLE and the pedicure was even worse!! The lady told me 10 minutes was the wait for the pedicure I didnt get my pedicure started for another hour, the lady had finished doing some crusty ladys feet didnt wash her hands said she would start my pedicure then went to do two waxes and I was STILL waiting. I finally get someone to do my toes she didnt even do my cuticles good or trim my nails and I had more polish on my skin than my nail. She hovered over me while I signed my credit card receipt to see her tip too!! The WORST experience ever. I will not be back and I will NEVER recommend to a friend

I used to come to rose nails all the time and I had great experiences, so I decided to come back because I wanted a Pedi but I got a full set and Pedi...the lady that was doing my feet did an amazing job but the lady who did my hands was rough, she filed my skin open on my pinky...she apologized and said should would care for it and then she continued to do my nails and dipped my pinky in dipping powder (while it was still bleeding). after she was finished she used to the nail glue and glued the cut back together then told me to go wash hands. definitely time for a new nail salon

Be prepare to take more money on Tuesdays, they have a special for an express meni and pedi for $25. at the end she told me that she was charging $40 because she was doing my meni and onther girl my pedi and needed to pay her $20 from that. and she counted the $5 tip I gave her in front of me.

Not very happy. Went there since it was reccomended in a Facebook group. I wanted a basic pedicure and manicure. She talked me up on the pedicure because I had calluses-no biggie, I needed it. The paint looks alright, but she got it on my skin and just left it. She didnt shape the nails well, really didnt clip my cuticles or push them back. She then talked me into getting dip on my nails, basically refusing to do a manicure because they dont last as long. She was super pushy and I should have just walked. The dip looks terrible, she didnt do the manicure part, soaking, clipping cuticles, etc. She seriously ONLY painted/dipped them. Then she put a design on my nails without even asking me? Now I look like a three year old. My nails hurt and the dip is lumpy.Probably going to soak them off myself within a week. I dont reccomend this place.

I tried out this place after my horrible experience at VIP nails. The girls here are not very friendly, more like out the door as fast as possivle which is not how I like it. Thier attention to details wasnt good. A week after I noticed that the paint was already peeling. Well their cheap prices meant cheap service so I cant be surprised. Not the place for me

Tuesday they have a $25 special for a Mani & Pedi, they lied its not $25 its whatever they think your feet should be charged. When I went there 3 months ago they charged me $35 I was OK with that. This time she charged me $45. So she got no tip for charging me $20 dollars extra for a service that says on there window for $25. I will no longer go there anymore and will tell people that they should avoid this place.

Rose nails did a very terrible job on my nails, they told me that they would fix the nails and then later refused to fix problem and had me drive 30 minutes for them to tell me that they had changed their minds.I will NEVER go to this place ever again.

Horrible place. The worst salon I have ever been to. My nails werent well filed, I went to claim the next day and the woman made me clean, causing me a lot of money, I told her to stop because it hurt, but she kept filing with the machine. They charged me and my daughter 180 $ for this horrible service. In 15 days my nails were coming off. I ordered it was better, but I will never return.
