I went to this salon based on the great reviews. The pedi was fine, but my manicure was a disaster. The technician only did two coats of color, and you could see right thru to my nail underneath. I didn’t notice this until check out, but still didn’t say anything (you win some you lose some) and even tipped 20%. Two days later the areas with little to no color started turning yellow. I went back to ask for either a credit or a new manicure. I spoke to the same technician who did my nails, and he refused to give me anything other than a coat on top. He said it was against policy to start them over completely (this is a simple GEL MANI, not dip or acrylics!). I tried to reason with him, but he went on to tell me how a lot of people try to take advantage so he will not budge. At one point he said “our policy is to resolve issues within a wee— a few days”. This was on Tuesday after getting them done Sunday, so he seemed to switch the policy real quick so that I couldn’t come in on the weekend. (I told him i work 10-7pm, which are their weekday hours). He also didn’t hesitate to tell me he’s “happy to lose a customer over this”. I completely understand saying that to someone who is out of line, but I was very respectful and reasonable.Anyway - I typically do not write reviews but I felt completely taken advantage of, considering I paid $79 for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, and was basically told to go f myself when I didn’t settle for their “one coat on top” resolution for a faulty job.As someone who is very experienced in customer service, I suggest putting your ego aside, and making things right when it’s efficient and affordable to do so. This was just poor business practice.

Made an appointment over the phone easily. They got me in on time and have a large selection of color options. The salon seemed very clean and the tech made sure I liked my nails along the way

So I was referred by a coworker and I am so glad I listened to her. I had a great experience setting up my appointment over the phone was quick and easy. The atmosphere and the staff a great and really friendly to everyone. I will definitely be coming back. If you decide to stop by mention the review and tell them I sent you.

Harris is the best! I’m super picky about the way my nails are done because I work with my hands a lot and my nails used to break easily. I FINALLY found a nail tech that listens to me, and is such a pleasure to talk to while getting services done! 💗

First time at LeVie today. Loved the great product offerings, fast efficient services and friendly customer service by Harris and Kaylie. The only thing that would keep me from coming back is the extra charge for a certain shape on a natural nail with no acrylic - just dip. If anything the service should be discounted when the nail is already in the shape. I like to be able to tip well vs. being over ticketed.

Great pedicure. My nails were good however DO NOT GO HERE FOR DESIGNS & SPECIALTIES I asked for a simple ombré on a few fingers. WHAT A FAIL.

Today was the third time I went to the LeVie Nail Lounge and I highly recommend it. After many years without being able to have long and natural nails for several reasons, my nails are growing, but sometimes become fragile and crack. The last two times Vicente helped me to save two that were breaking and made me very happy. For me, my nails are one of the most important things for my self esteem. I do not know the name of the other guy who assisted me the first time, but I was very well taken care of by them. The salon is very beautiful, organized and they use high quality products!

Got a great pedicure from Ann! The salon was very clean and everyone there was very nice.

Cut me a couple of times, left my nails super thick even after I asked to have them reshaped, and showed an example of exactly how I wanted. Definitely not coming back.

They tried to make me get services I didn’t want. Then since I said no they was very rough on my nails and toes. I was bleeding bad and I asked for another tech they made me wait hours didn’t even apologize I don’t like my feet or nails I feel I got this treatment since I African American my money spends the same way others money spend

I enjoy their services but when getting nails and pedicure they work on both at once. I want it one after the other so I can relax and enjoy.

Lovely place! I dont go for nails often, so Im not experienced with normal manicure ettiquette, etc. Nikki did her absolute best with my tiny nails and nonetheless the results came out great! Still love them the day after.

J.P is the man you need to see!!! I showed him a range of pictures for my idea and he nailed it!! Literally!! This establishment is always clean and everyone is so friendly. They even worked magic on my nail biting daughter nails. I recommend them highly and wish it was a 10 option because that is what they deserve.

I am now going on week 3 with my full set of coffin nails with length. Michael (the one with a lot of tattoos) did an incredible job. I wanted a very specific coffin shape (thinner tip), and I didn’t want the dip to be too thick, and everything was perfect. Staff is friendly, and the shop is clean. Go here.

I brought my mom today as one of her birthday surprises and she was attended quickly. She did both mani and pedi. They took very good care of her which I liked.My cousin got the Nexgen Nails and she loved the bright green sparkly color.I got a mani gel nails. It’s number 187. Loved how it turned out. Been to so many and never liked the finish product.I will for sure come back and will let my cousin know for her wedding and for her bridesmaids.

Went in there and it looked nice and clean, was greeted right away. Wait time was maybe 10-15 minutes. When I was sat down I was told it was going to be $42 for what I wanted. A nail tech started on my nails but when one of his regulars came in he left me to attend her. Another nail tech continued my nails, which I was okay with. But then he went and helped someone else. So I had to wait for another nail tech. Finally the third guy ACTUALLY started on my nails. He was definitely new, he took about two and a half hours on my nails. He kept getting help from the other techs and they kept switching on just trying to do my nails. Finally he was done, I looked at them and was not pleased but was just ready to go. Some of my nails are bigger than the others in length. Some are thicker than the others (if that makes sense). The nail tech didn’t take the time to clean my nails properly, under my nails was just a mess. When I was checking out one of the nail techs noticed and took care of it. Finally he rung me up and said it was $60?! I didn’t argue and paid for the nails. He said my nails were too “complicated”, Was definitely Not a pleasant visit.

New customer, moved recently to the area. Had a nail salon and nail tech I went to for over 5 years. Was a bit hesitant to start looking for a new salon. Was impressed with the cleanliness. I had a pedicure, which I hadnt had since before March. Kimmy did a WONDERFUL job. She took the time to make my toes/feet look presentable again, lol. She was friendly and I will definitely have her do my next pedicure.

This was my first time visiting LaVie. The normalsalon I go to was closed. The lounge itself is beautiful and set up for social distancing. Friendly employees and a great job was done by Vincent on my nails. I will be going here from now on to get my nails done. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this Nail Salon. It is well managed and the staff here is very polite and friendly. When you walk in you see a very clean shop with beautiful modern contemporary decor. In addition, I appreciate how they are following the COVID19 guidelines: masks, handwashing, social distancing, and disposable drapes on each chair and properly disposed of after each use. Oh and the sanitizing is taking place also

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:: I was so happy to have another salon to choose from in the area. The other salons are either extremely expensive, overwhelming assertive trying to add on extra services and/or so crowded you can hardly move. I’ve been there twice and LOVE it! I’m greeted right away. Pricing is quite reasonable plus discounts are available. I’m given time to choose colors. I’m even “fussed” at for bringing my own drink - they provide them. The technicians have all been so pleasant and have done a great job. I love it because we chit-chat and generally have a positive time. Most times the techs just talk to each other or focus on the activities around the salon. This last time I was bothered by one nail. I kept looking at it to see if I was just seeing things or if it was actually wonky. It was probably just fine. Tony, my nail tech, asked what was wrong. I explained. He said “let’s just redo to make sure you like it”. When has that ever happened???

Their hours say 9am on Saturdays. I sat in the parking lot til 9:05 and went to look inside. There wasn’t a human or a light on at all. I would think during COVID, making sure to get all the business you can would be important but I guess not. I went down the street to Palace and had a great experience.

This place is greatness! I’ve been three times now and have enjoyed each visit. The massages are wonderful and the nail techs do an exceptional job. They’re definitely skilled!

Not crowded or overbooked. They are courteous, professional and get you in and out.

After pedicure I got a bacterial infection on several toenails. I’m prescribed 2 weeks worth of antibiotics and my doctor said if that doesn’t work I will have to get my toenails surgically removed. All that glitters is not gold at Le Vie nail salon in Lewisville Texas. Beware.

My girlfriend and I stopped by here on their opening day and were extremely impressed. Vincent and his staff were very nice and accommodating and provided excellent service. We both loved our experience and will definitely make them a regular visit.

JP is great he does a great job. If any problem with nails I can call and get fix.

U LOVE the way my nails look but the first week one popped off and they fixed it. But then the next week 4 more popped off. I might try them again but Im unhappy. They LOOK GREAT, they took an hour trying to get exactly what I wanted (which I appreciate because I left happy) but Im mad that 1 week later theyre all popping off.

I had a pedicure and it was quite relaxing. Lisa took her time. I loved the massage chair; you can actually feel the massager on your back. The place is big & posh. They offer all the services you would expect like waxing. The only thing I didnt like is the Christian music.

I went on their opening weekend with my mother, and they were very careful, providing comfort and care, and also listened well. We had Julie and Lisa for the peppermint and green tea pedicures, and Ann for the manicure, and they were just Fabulous. There was a slight misunderstanding about my nexgen manicure, so I didn’t get exactly what I would have liked, but the gentleman at the front kindly took care of the problem at the end. Their prices are pretty average for a nail salon. I definitely would recommend going here!

I had such a great experience at this location once I walked in everybody greeted me and asked what I needed done after they asked what type of beverage did I want and it was on the house. The manager then after introduced himself to me and made sure I was going to be taken care of by workers Julie and j.p they did such an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure and I will highly recommend it then other nail salons in Lewisville ! Also they have 30% for 3 weeks I believe !

I visited the location 1hr to close I was constantly being rushed into picking a design after explaining 2 different choices due to the lack of knowledge someone finally understood BUT instead of completing the style as asked I was informed that the “RUSHED” style was preferred by the tech when I specifically asked for a specific length & shape yet the tech did what he wanted. I walked in along with 3 other ladies whom were already being serviced & somehow I was done and rushed out before them & I also left a tip! I was not satisfied with the outcome of my nails (3 uneven, super bulky, 2 crooked nails) ultimately resulting in me having to go to another location & spend additional funds to have them done correctly! Aesthetically the location is nice very neat decor but the service is trash!
