I got the trailer. These guys have a big dog in the main lobby (which I dont mind) but the dog has no manners. You walk in the lobby and all you smell is beer and dog. Place needs to be cleaned up inside and out

Horrible experience!!!! Moving day, 30 minutes before movers show up to my house to load the truck, and they dont have it!!!! No trucks available even though it was all reserved. I have to drive 3 hour round trip out of my way, pay movers 3 extra hours ($300) because of their incompetence. The final walk through for the sale of my home will be littered with boxes and moving supplies and garbage. Unreal. All because my reservation wasnt actually reserved somehow.

Used the car share option on the 9 foot van. I loved how easy it was to use. I had a little trouble with one part of van rental but friendly staff onsite helped me out. I like the van because you can load from the side or from the back. Will continue to use this option if we need to move a small amount of stuff. I was able to fit so much in the van i was surprised.

It was difficult to get it since the area was not very accessible. Absolute disorder did not allow to deduce where the terrain of the premises began and ended. The hours of service indicated by Google were not the same as the premises. We arrived half an hour before closing time according to the information guide indicated and the place was already closed and without any personnel.
