Honestly my nails have never looked better and there was so much attention to detail. Great quality. Ive definitely found my new spot for a little spa day!! Very great!!

Lovely place to get your nails done! They did a great job on the cuticles and the polish was very precisely applied. I got gel French tip. The staff was professional, kind and efficient. Highly recommended!!

What a relaxing stop. I did the manicure and pedicure, and everything was perfect from the shaping to polish. The prices are reasonable and quality unbeatable.

I got a pedicure today. The lady was very hard to communicate with. When I got home, I looked at my nails and feet and was very surprised and upset. The nails were filed uneven and several nails had sharp points on them still. The kind that catch on your socks and blankets. There were still rough callous spots that could have been rubbed on better. I actually had to get my nail clippers out and do some clipping myself. They asked for 20 % tip on debit card. I have been a customer for over 8 years and have never found a better place to get my nails done. I am very hard on my hands, and Cammy makes sure my nails never break and always look good. I am constantly getting compliments on how nice they look. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

I can’t believe the bad reviews ! I have been going to Elegant nails for many years and so have alot of my friends and clients. Amazing people who have always been super.nice and accommodating. Best salon I have ever been to. They get you as fast as they can if you don’t have an appointment . I get people who as all the time where I get my nails done. I let them know Elegant Nails. You would be a fool to go anywhere else.

I have gone to this Salon for over 5 years..Cammy does great nails..they never chip & they have the latest colors! I have never had any issues with anyone there. I would recommend to my friends.

I will never go to this place again. I had issues from the very start. I picked out a color and the guy doing my nails argued with me about how I should get them done. I kept asking him to make them shorter and he ignored me and was not very gentle. At the end my husband got out money to pay and the man doing my nails took it and gave us a few dollars back. He refused to give us a price or a receipt. Not even one week later my nail color changed from white to streaks of brown and somewhat red. I called asking them if I could come in and get them redone and the lady who answered the phone told me no and if I did come in she would make me wait over two hours. Not to mention on top of all of the place was very unsanitary and I believe none of the tools are being cleaned and sanitized correctly. I am so upset with this whole experience I will be reporting the facility to the Kansas Board of Cosmetology, I am just hoping to save someone from wasted money and terrible nails.

The nail tech argued with me about the length, and then left my nails looking like this. I have never been anywhere as terrible as Elegant Nails. They openly gossip about while youre there, they add in their tip WITHOUT EVEN ASKING and if you dont notice you might end up tipping them TWICE and paying almost 25$ for an 18$ fill! They will tell you no or ask you to pay more for another coat of paint, they do not paint all the way down to the cuticles ; they leave as much space as possible to where your nails are borderline of needing a fill within a week. If they dont like you they will fight over who has to do your nails, ITS RIDICULOUS. Even though this place is very close to my house, i will never go there again.

Definitely will not return- prices were inconsistent and expensive, aggressive scraping of nail bed when removing polish, rude to customers, and overall finished job was terrible. Polish had bubbles, nails were not shaped well: were too jagged, cut too short, some square some rounded, etc. cuticles were left a mess, polish left on skin etc. Absolute waste of time and money

The man that works there smacked my leg twice and my arm once because I wasn’t doing what he wanted me to do.... Because I could not understand him. When I left I looked more closely at my nails and toes and I had nail polish all over around my nails on the skin. Then my “gel” manicure came off two days later. Worst place I have ever been! ZERO stars!

Not friendly. Closed earlier than 8 and I had to wait outside for my ride because they practically kick me out with their attitude. Nails started chipping 17 hours after they were done.

Have been going since I am 8 to get pedicures and nails done and now that I can get my acrylics done they are amazing have always loved this nail salon and for all the bad reviews you guys just don’t like the high prices period
