They did the extreme basic nail polish for $30. No scrub and no massage included. What they did was something I could’ve done at home. Nothing wow for the price. Will not be going back

Service here was great. My feet haven’t been happy for a long time but now look great. Dz did a great job. He was very nice and professional. The salon was very clean and I felt very comfortable with their equipment and procedures. It was my first time at redPolish (my friend gifted me a gift certificate the beginning of March for my birthday) and my first time doing something of this nature (and self care) since covid-19 began. Since moving to Lenexa, this has become my go to place for a pedicure. The shop is very clean, using sterilized packs of instruments and tub liners. The vibe it very chill and relaxing. Cherie does a GREAT job on my pedis. I ask for her every time!

I have always had great natural nails until about 6 months ago. I finally gave up and went to Red Polish for a full set of acrylics and gel polish. I am very impressed with the quality of work and products. Quality to me is due to getting at least 4 weeks before a fill. No chips, no breaks, no lifts. Awesome!

My friend and I tried this salon for the first time today. She got a dip and I got a manicure. We are both so pleased! The staff was not only friendly, but also really fun. We will both definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

My new favorite nail salon! I’m the pickiest person I know and Kevin works his magic with my nails! I’m a biter and always need tips then I get the dip powder and he makes them look so natural as if no tips were ever put on! Thanks for your patience with me! Everyone else is nice too! LOVE this shop and their employees. Went to them when their shop was in Shawnee and was lost when they left, was so happy when they opened back up in Lenexa!! Super clean shop and employees are awesome! Kevin does amazing work!! wont trust my nails to anywhere else! they always look awesome and i get tons of compliments!

Love this place! They really stand out in this area. Super nice and fun to be around. They were even kind enough to fit a pedi AND dip in during their last hour open for me! Always happy with my nails when I leave!

Cannot sing enough praises of this place! Clean store, disposable plastic bags for the foot tubs to prevent cross contamination, and bags of sterilized tools for pedicures are standard practice here. The staff is friendly and professional. I walked in a Monday afternoon and was immediately attended to. My technician Courtney was an absolute godsend! Fabulous job. The deluxe package was worth it, with the citrus scrub and the deep foot massage. 10/10 experience. I will most definitely return again.

I have been to this nail salon twice over the last month and both times was very pleased! They take their time and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend this salon!

The stuff was nice but the work was not well done. The cuticle was not removed, the nail edges were painted very bad and gel came of from one nail on the 3rd day. Very disappointed.

I have always had a great experience here. I called for a pedicure appointment, while in process I asked for a manicure if they could fit it in. They were gracious to fit me in even though it kept them past closing time.

Daughter went in to have nails polished. She had beautiful nails. Without asking they started cut them off. They will regrow and they are just nails. Bad thing, it took her a year to get them where she loved. When I tried to communicate this to the staff, they were defensive, rude and said they knew what looked best. Hmmmm, not for us. We wont be back.

Decided to try this place. Got a manicure w gel polish. Paid $30. 2 days later the gel was peeling off. Went in to get them repainted and the lady offered to do it but after her appts were done or another day. Couldnt wait till later and i work 6 days a week and couldnt make an appt. Needless to say i wont be back here. Paint job wasnt the neatest and gel polish peeled off.

For the most part they do a good job. Definitely use quality products. Impressed with the products.

Had to change my review ... sad to say I thought I found the perfect place but the last few times I’ve been there (tried to give them several chances) but by far terrible pedicures, this last one was so bad I had to go and have it redone by someone else (I don’t even know how the gentlemen let me leave looking at my feet the way he left them. Staff is so friendly so this review breaks my heart a little.(Previous review: Best place by far that I have been to. All of the staff is very friendly and great service.)

I do not recommend this salon. I got my first pedicure here and was the last appointment of the night. I got the new person and he rushed through it. My heals look no better than when I came in, I have polish on my toes and my nails are SUPER short - so short my big toe hurts. I am very disappointed and don’t plan to go back.

Went for a basic toe polish. Didn’t need a trim or file. Received Terrible service. Rushed through the process, got polish all over my skin and cuticles. Plus overpriced when the entire service was not even included!! Not a lot of polish choices either. Will not go back

Came here looking for a good dog or even a brat but no luck. Polish is in the name but dont expect sausage here only a nail salon. When capitalized it is a country and not a nail finish.

Poor customer service. Walked in and didn’t get greeted until after sitting in their waiting area for 7 minutes. Though, as other customers walked in they got greeted immediately as soon as they walked through the door so I don’t know if they had some sort of impression against me already or what but this was my first time in their store. Will definitely not be going back and will tell everyone I know in the Overland Park, Leawood, Lenexa, and Olathe area to not visit their store.

I went to Red Polish today at 3:45 pm on Saturday to get a pedicure. The doors were locked and two employees came to the door to unlock it and inform me that they were closed. When I stated that the website lists their hours say they are open until 5 pm, they said we are closed and locked the door in my face. I will never return to this nail salon, nor will I have anything good to say about it to anyone that asks. A poor representation of ownership that doesnt deserve my business ever.
