Worst pedicure I have ever had. Asked for a delex pedicure I didnt get that I paid 50 dollars for them to clean my feet up a little, paint them and rub lotion on my legs. I will never go bac.

I called and asked for a full set with a manicure and acrylic and I made an appointment for 5pm. When I got there she did a good job with the cuticles and stuff but when she asked me to pay $14 I did and then she brought me my receipt she was about to pick up a clear nail polish and then I told her aren’t you gonna put the acrylic first so she told me I didn’t ask for it and I spoke to the guy and told him I wanted both. And they told me they didn’t have TIME. I just left without them doing my service and they didn’t give me a refund

If there were zero stars available, I’d give that. I walked in right when they opened and asked if they did dip manicures. He said yes and pointed to the colors. There were only like 10 colors for dip. This should have been a red flag. He was working very fast and cutting corners. I stopped him multiple times (because he wasn’t following the correct sequence for dip powder) and I explained how I wanted them done (the right way) and he was very dismissive.He could tell that I was upset and still charged me $40. And there was no manicure. No lotion, no cuticle care nothing. Terrible service.

My pedicure was ok. The lady who did my pedicure didnt spend much time when they put lotion on and massage. It was quick.

Linda did a great job. I walked in without an appointment and was able to get right in. She was friendly and a very good nail technician. This is my new go to salon.

Twee is absolutely amazing!! I came in with another salons work. not only did this other salon leave a gash on my finger, but I had horrible undone nails. I know how hard it is to fix another salons work. I am beyond pleased with what Twee did for me. I will not be going anywhere else!

I have never written a bad review in my life. I just dont see a point but this was the worst experience I have ever had so I decided I would let others know. It looks like I got my nails done two weeks ago and I just did them today. The man doing my nails was so into the Chiefs game he did a job that my nine year old niece could do and would not fix it, I will never go to this location again. Worst $80 I have ever spent.

I do like this place; Ive had them do my nails 3 times and have loved them every time. The reason for the 4 stars, however, is I feel theyve chosen the name of the salon to be purposely confused with Nail Perfection on Johnson Drive. That Nail Perfection has been in business for over 20 years and is a HELLUVA nail salon. I love it down there but live out this way now and dont often make the drive down to that store. I dont think this salon should be able to use the exact same name just 15 minutes away from each other; thats clearly marketplace confusion. They are different owners and different companies. I wish the original Nail Perfection would require this company to change their name so its not confusing to consumers.

Walked in, didnt have to wait at all. Most times Ive gone to get my nails done, ill get attitude because I bite my nails. So I save them the hassle and make a joke about them myself. The guy was so sweet. He was a perfectionist. Made sure eat nail was perfect before moving to the next one. I loved my experience and will be back.

I walked in and it was completely empty. The man asked what I needed and I stated I just needed a fill. He said “we don’t have time for that” with no explanation. Worst experience I’ve ever had and made no sense and their sign on the door said open.

The guy at this nail shop is just so awful. Not only did he not put oil on my hands before my wash(leaving my hands to dry up and peel), he also barely paid attention to how the shape was looking. I could go into so much detail on how awful my nails look right now. I paid $50 for a full set of acrylics with no design at all. When it came to the shape I literally asked him what shape he did best to make things easier and he still managed to leave me with: one rectangular thumb nail, and index/middle/ring fingernails of different lengths/shapes. He charged me and then proceeds to WATCH ME as I get some lotion for my hands that are now peeling. If you think Im just gonna walk out of a shop with some dry ass/peeling hands because you dont know the proper necessities that need to be done while doing a clients nails you have me mistaken. I will never be going back just because of him and his rude ass self.

This place has so so service, the carpets are dirty the walls need a fresh paint on it and they need to update their colors.
