My very first experience at Amys was amazing and Ill definitely be back. I came in for my first gel mani/regular pedi since December 2019. The extra $ for the cbd volcano pedi was totally worth it. My toes are super cute (see pic) ND my nails are amazing (my real nails) I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment 30 minutes away so making an appointment really wasnt an inconvenience. I even got my brows waxed! Love love love it and Ill be back!

I had to put 5 stars so my review will post, but I JUST left from getting LITERALLY ONLY GEL POLISH!!! No change, no removal . My nails were plain & natural … and I was charged $67 for gel polish French tip on my toes & nails. No manicure or pedicure. I will never come to this nail salon again. They are over pricing & their price menu is NOT TRANSPARENT on what services cost what. I felt close to “robbed” when I left this salon.

Amazing place to get nails done as well as brow waxing. They take there time and don’t rush you through. It’s highly recommended you make an appointment because they take their time. Nice and relaxing!

Great dip acrylic here. The staff is great but everything is rather expensive and every service adds up really fast. The facility is clean and sanitary- my only concern being the hangnail clippers ( not sure they clean those in between use and they charged me $5 extra dollars just to trim them).

I usually go to Gloss Spa but today they were full so tried Amy’s for the first time. I got spa pedi from a younger lady and she did not even shape my toe nails or ask how I will like it done. Everything was done in less than 15 mins. Not so friendly either. My review is just about this person since I dont have experience with other ladies there. Price list says $26 for spa pedi but they charge $1 for supply fee so its actually $27, fyi.

I have been going to Amys and only here for the past seven years. The staff is so kind, the store is always clean, and my gel manicure lasts. Im always happy with the experience when I leave. Looking to try another salon, this is the place.

The girl o had wasnt very good..She pushed and pushed for me to have a service and I refused ..My pedicure was 20min for the citrus one..I asked for my nails to be rounded and they werent..My massage was lame..I may come back and try someone else..Very Clean and nice atmosphere.

We choose Amy’s because there were pretty good ratings and it looked nice and clean. Unfortunately, they didn’t do what I asked and I left with different on my hands and feet, which should of matched. They used too much glue, too much powder which stick to my skin. I was cut twice, my nails look terrible, they are crooked and jagged. The first image is what I asked for ... the rest are what I got...I asked them to fix them and they said it was my fault because my nails are too short and my skin is to sensitive.I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never had an experience like this.

Rude. No eye contact. No outward desire to interact with customers. I had to ask if someone could help me after being ignored, and an employee simply shook her head.Edited to add: I did miss the sign. Its a shame no employees cared to communicate that important information.

Ive been going to Amys for years now but I havent had tips on my nails in probably 15 or so years. I went on 9/30 to have tips & dip done for my wedding the following Saturday and they were perfect! The color was perfect, it took a lot less time than I expected and Ive received a ton of compliments on them since. Would definitely recommend and will keep going back.

10/10 Easily one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had!!! Wow i was so impressed with Amy’s hand and foot spa. They take such good care of you and really care for you. I will be a forever customer after today. Thank you!!!!

They were nice and clean. Cons is they took a long time to do the pedi and full set. Was there over 2 hours. Pros the lady who did my pedi was amazing and sweet. That is where my pros stop. The lady who did my nails messed up the shape, I asked for a square shape. Rhen laughed when I asked her to fix the others to match the one she messed up. They are terribly uneven which I have to go home and fix. I asked for pink and white tips. Where she proceeded to try and talk me out of. Not sure I will be back. Will probably stick to my other person.Update it has now been 3 days since my visit. Already my nails are chipping and look like I have not been to the salon in over a week. This is completely ridiculous.

Great salon, very clean, and the social distancing guidelines were being followed. My daughter and I got pedicures and they did a fantastic job!

I dropped my teen off to get one acrylic nail replaced (we had them done elsewhere). The tech didnt say one single word to her, trimmed the acrylic without comparing the length to the other nail, gave the nail a weird shape, and sent her on her way. My own last two experiences were below average. They used to be a good salon

I visited this salon for pedicures once a month during about 9 months a year for a pedicure for the last two years. I made an apt for today at 2:30. Got there, was seated in a pedicure chair with water starting and a second person walked in for a 2:30 pedicure. She asked my name, I told her and she said she couldn’t find my appointment. She just stared at me. I asked if she wanted me to leave and she didn’t say anything. Then she said she knows the other person had an apt . I told her my phone number and she stared. I left and will not be back.Your reply makes my point exactly....its my fault. I did not call the other location Ive been going here for 2 years. Clearly there was an honest error, did you write it down on the wrong day, did I hear the wrong day, not sure. You need to resolve any issue before seating the client, and heres a news flash the client is always right.

This place is great made me feel great. Amys is the best place for relaxing a little treat yourself time . Get the Pedicure with the detoxing lotions n foot bath feels Awesome. Very nice people very clean n relaxing Jesus Christ Loves you 💕. Went To Amys Again . They always do a very nice relaxing Pedicure. Very good for my legs after surgery to help my aches n pain. Very good with my hands and legs Everytime. Thank You Amy.

Great service for a reasonable price

Research technician some are better than other. I didnt do this. I simply walked in cold. It was fine but the nail powder gel was not professionally done.

I absolutely love Amy’s! The salon is always so clean and neat. The staff truly seem to take pride in their work and it shows :) One thing I really appreciate is how honest they are with appointment times.

I decided to deviate from my usual nail spot when planning my friends bachelorette party (a group of six). We had a fabulous time! The staff were so accommodating and attentive. My technician, Wei, was fantastic! We were all very happy with the service and quality of our pedicures. Highly recommend!

Always have a great experience getting pedicures here! It’s simple, clean and bright inside with a very pleasant atmosphere. It’s a smaller salon and that means it’s relatively quiet which is relaxing! Every nail technician I’ve had was very skilled and I am always pleased with how my nails look. If you’re looking for a no fuss place to get your nails done I highly recommend Amy’s in Lenexa!

Very friendly & have a good selection of polishes! I have had several pedicures here, each with a different person. I have gotten good service every time. You can walk in or call ahead to schedule an appointment. I recommend scheduling an appointment, especially on the weekend.

The gel manicure lasts 4-5 weeks.I have gone to 12 different places and love coming back home so I can go to Amys.

I went to Amy’s salon because I wanted to try a salon closer to my home than one I’d used for years. I was pleased with the cleanliness and friendly nail technician who took me promptly for my pedicure. Her work was fine and two weeks later, the polish still looks good (no chipping or flaking). I took one star off because the “hot towel” advertised with the pedicure was not offered and it’s one of my favorite parts of getting a pedi. I have no qualms about returning to Amy’s for future services or recommending this spa to others as my first experience there was positive. It would likely be five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if hot towels are provided for my next pedi appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I dont know who I had, but she cut a huge gash into the side of my finger. she knew she did before I did as she kept looking and checking on it yet she acted like nothing happened. Ive had my nails done at other salons and never have had this happen before. I walked out and now have nails that are too long, unfinished and that nothing can be done with until my finger heals. this is completely unacceptable.

I’ve foolishly gone here three times because it’s close to my home, after convincing myself that the previous bad experiences were flukes. It’s obviously more than bad luck. They are rude, they RUSH through services and their carelessness shows in the end result. I got a pedicure on Wednesday, and now have to go somewhere else to get it redone over the weekend. Same thing each time. Definitely do not recommend!

I called to schedule an appointment and was talked to very rudely. i havent even had their services yet and i wont. I asked a basic question and was treated like i was an idiot. Wish people were nicer to each other.

Friend told me they charge her $25 for pedicure. I went in at 2:30 pm and asked how much for a basic pedicure. (well before closing time) They told me $32 and we no be open. There were several employees and customers in the store. No one was waiting for service . Dishonest prices, rude, and they lie

Guess Im not the only low star review on this nail salon. My daughter and I are looking for a place to go have our nails done that does a good job and is worth the visit. We read the reviews on Amys and decided we would try them.I will tell you it started very good, we didnt wait, the salon was clean, the young man who did my nails asked how long I wanted my tips..Tried talking me into shorter nails, I asked for just my tips painted that would cost more, I asked 2 colors cost extra, was told gel paint was extra but better because the reg paint would chip or not last...before gel what did we use? Lets end this now I am giving to many details.I tipped only because he worked so hard on the thin thin layer of powder to liguid and the paint. Unfortunatly these nails will lift in the next few days..my daughter has burns..her nails are diffrent lengths mine are also, I will finish here..if you want a set of nails..keep looking dont stop here.
