Took both of my kids there. I had bad experiences at Great Clips and Sheer Madness so I was looking for a different place to take my kids. Dawn was wonderful with both my daughter and son. Great interactions with me and my kids and very happy with their haircuts.

Very negative first time experience. Got turned away in a poor manner an hour before closing since people were already waiting (which I understand) but it seemed like they never wanted to see me again and the tone was very rude.

Do NOT get your haircut from ol Dawn, she is terrible. Deb did a fine job on a mens haircut, but Dawn is lazy and careless. I went in there with product in to give her a glimpse of how my hair is during a normal day, she didnt wash it out and it looks very different than what I came in with. It was a perfect template for her to work with, just clean it up... simple. And she couldnt do that.Very opinionated ladies, too. Its a very clicky atmosphere. Seems like some of the customers are regulars who just go in there and hang out since they must not have anything better to do. Probably gossip about new customers. Not a good vibe. But if you decide to go in here, I suggest Deb, she does a good job. But then Dawn took it and destroyed it like a hurricane came through. I cant emphasize Dawns incompetence enough.

My client loves this place the lady he sees is there on Tuesday and Thursdays when I take him, she always does an awesome job and great service 👏 🙂

Shear Madness was booked, so read the reviews here and decided to try this place out with my kids. My daughters hair was done just fine. My 3 year old son was the complete opposite. Not patient with him and his head looks like a mushroom now. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Fantastic service, my hair turned out even better than I had expected! Debbie did my hair and totally nailed it! Such a relaxing atmosphere and kind, down to earth people.

I am sure that the stylists here are wonderful when it comes to having your hair done.Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience when we came in. The attitude that we received when I asked if my 4 year old could use the restroom was atrocious and disrespectful. We were not customers, but common curiosity would suggest letting a dancing child use the restroom would be the right thing to do. We walked a couple doors down and we were able to find a different place, thankfully. I came back to apologize about perhaps being short with the stylist and received the same awful attitude. I am not sure why we were treated so disrespectfully, but I can guarantee that we will never use their services. If you cannot be respectful to a child who simply needs to use a restroom, imagine how respectful you are to your clients.

Dawn is fantastic! Love that it isnt a chain but rather a local place that makes you feel comfortable. No rushing, ladies are personable. I dont talk much during my appointments mainly because I have hearing loss and cant hear without my hearing aids, and because I talk all day as part of my job.

Jaime has been cutting my hair for something like 20 years. In that time Ive tried a few other people but none were quite as good. Lets hope I never move too far away.

Im terrible at describing what I want done with my hair but Linda was there to help. Very knowledgeable and nice at a great price.
