Went in an personally made an appointment with someone a few days ago for Monday at 6:30 pm but when I came in for it they dont even take appointments for Monday and I was no where in their system. They couldnt get me in for another few days. Im trying to to help out a local school but apparently they dont care to have business that much to actually make me an appointment.

I got eyelash extensions here and I love the way they came out! I wanted a natural lash and it came out so pretty! Apparently they only do a classic lash so no hybrid or volume, but Ill still definitely come back!

Love this school. It changed my life, and gave me so many close friends! Management changed constantly, but it seems as if it’s steady now!

This place is great! Everyone there is super nice, very professional, and really care about you. I got the personalized facial with the CBD mask and was not disappointed! It was really relaxing and left me feeling quite pampered. Everything was clearly very clean/sterile and they were obviously following social distancing protocols. The prices for what you get here cant beat, and you are helping students further their education.If you come bring cash or a check because you are going to want to leave these wonderful students a gratuity and that is all they can accept.I will definitely be going back! Myself and my 13 year old daughter went to get our nails done here. They were very friendly and professional! The ladies that did our nails were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were happy with our nails. Beautiful facility as well. The teachers and staff were all very welcoming and professional and made the whole experience wonderful. We were both able to get professional looking manicures at a great price!

I started the cosmetology program the beginning of this month and I’m loving it! The teachers are amazing and the class size are nice and small for one on one attention.

I took an esthetics course there! Absolutely loved the staffing. The Teachers were always there to help us and push us to success. Will be recommending my friends to attend there as well getting their amazing services provided!

No cap. Definitely come here for all your beauty needs and def see Tyra! I met the main esthie teacher Susie and she is FANTASTIC! She is a very kind woman and I honestly want to join the school just because of her!!

Went in Sat Sep 19. Staff very friendly. Ask for Gel medi.. The gal super nice but she used the main gel top finishing coat first and told me the regular polish would work. Cost $18..💅 My pedi was nice but costly for a college $25..😳 I could have gone to my local salon.. I Was there 2 hours .. $44 and 5 min later 3 of my nails where destroyed. I took photos call Manager back on Tuesday sent her photos of my disappointment she was very nice but the owner would NOT refund my $18.00🤒great America business 🤔. She more $$ hungry then satisfying a consumer.but oh ha they said I could come back for another FREE service... Dont think so🤦😪

I had a Hydrofacial done and they have a special quiet area for their treatments, it was extremely relaxing and I highly recommend it. The new owners are doing a really great job providing education to the students and creating a spa atmosphere for their clients.

I have had two really great experiences here. As someone who never has had skin treatments or waxing, this was a great start. Both times Daniela was the service person and she was very kind and professional. The whole process was very easy.

I was going to go to this school back in September 2019 - I quit my full time job to enroll and go full time. I had all my pell grants and financial aid worked out.. then the FA director called me 1 week before I was to start to tell me they no longer accept government assistance or financial aid and i would need to make $500 a week payments to the school to go there! Super unprofessional and poor communication . Thankfully I found a better school in Missouri that is CIDESCO as well and took me right away. .I was so upset I started a process a month prior only to be told I was not able to enroll . I also never got my enrollment fee of roughly $100 back even though it’s THEIR mistake and issue that I wasn’t able to enroll.

I went to get my hair trimmed by Cynthia and she did a great job! My hair is super soft and healthy now. Every one at the school was nice and the place is clean.

Jaimie is the best. She is natural and does amazing work. Go to her for anything from braids to blow outs. She knows hair and is very friendly.

Loved my facial by Skyler O today. So relaxing. It was like a vacation for my face👍

Amber does an amazing job with facials. I will definitely follow her when she graduated. The staff is always friendly and attentive to clients needs. As a Cosmetologist myself, I know schools get a bad rap but this one seems to have things together and offer great training.

Took both my daughters in for a manicure and they had great service. very friendly and great with young girls.

Markita, is responsible 4 this 5star rating. Her energy was so pure. She was so informative and gentle with my daughter. She was jus amazing. She has me considering enrolling!!!

Definitely had a good experience with them. I asked for a wash, cut, and thermal/blow dry style. I ended up with a senior student. Very professional, good job at quite the affordable price.

I wouldnt go there because they discriminate towards people of color. They charge more to do a service for ethnic hair than they do for Caucasian hair. I am a licensed Cosmetologist/ Instructor, and for this to be a school for learning all different grades of hair,charging more for ethnic hair is ridiculous!! HAIR IS HAIR!!! This supposed to be a school not a licensed hair salon. Charging more is their way of weaning people of away from the school so they dont have to do black hair which is very discriminatory and should be corrected. This treatment of charging more to people of color because of the texture of their hair is very racist!!! When will this behavior ever STOP????? SHAME ON THIS SCHOOL!!!!!

I was serviced my Porcha a cosmo student. She was very professional and pleasant to work with. She waxed my eyebrows and they look better then when I get them threaded. I definitely recommend everybody to go ask for porcha to get your eyebrows waxed.

Took my little cousin she got her hair braided by Jamie. She ( Jamie) was great my cousin never cried everyone was super friendly really nice place to go the price was very reasonable and the work was great.

These people are shiesters! The place has set pricing, but because of my skin tone they believe it is okay to charge me more than their other customers. I will not be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke for customers coming to get salon services. Called them to set appointment - came on the appointment day and time to be told we dont have anything for you. I asked how that could be and this is what she said: oh, I dont know, our stylists dont like to work on weekends so I am not sure why they even scheduled you. So someone said they were making me an appointment but didnt and when I asked what we can do all she could say is sorry. There wasnt anything she could do to aid in the fact I just drove 25 miles OUT OF MY WAY to come to an appointment that was required but then never made. Never coming back and will NOT recommend - even to prospective students. After all, you are going to school for work that is predominately done on WEEKENDS. Looks like what has been happening to ITT Tech and Wright Colleges and others - will surely be making its way to Entourage Beauty. BIG FAT JOKE!

I have called them three times. Two of those were sent to voicemail and I havent gotten a return call. The other one went through but the lady said to hold but hung up on me instead. Cant even get an appointment here.
