Horrible!! I paid for the acrylic gel and two days later it started chipping. I went back and two days later again peeling! The nail tech was very nice but seriously? Never had this happen before.

Clean and prepared for walk in clients. Great color selection and they are able to do great nail art too! I had a toenail that had split and broke down the bed of nail. They were able to place an acrilic nail on it and it looked great!

The environment and the person doing my nails were so sweet but i had a big issue with the nail tech. they kept cutting and burning my cuticle or nail in which i’ve shown physical discomfort and they would still file on top of the cut. on top of that they would file really hard where it hurt and felt like my nail was coming off. the whole process took three hours where it should’ve taken one. i have nail polish all over my hand, the french tips are messed up, i want to have a positive outlook to this place but it’s hard. again no hate to the nail tech they are so sweet but they definitely need to practice in their own time

Absolutely horrified by my nails. I tried explaining to the nail tech what I wanted and he gave me something completely different. I tried explaining to him again what I wanted and showed him a picture, but he just completely ignored me and did his own thing. What was the most simplest thing ever turned into something horrible. Was charged $70 for just a French tip 😐 Will never be returning again.

I never go out of my way to write negative reviews, but my experience here was so infuriating that I had to. Before making an appt I reached out to the salon with a reference photo and asked them if they could replicate the nails. I was told that they could and so I went ahead with the appointment. When I sat in the chair the nail tech took one glance at the photo and never looked at it again which wouldve been fine had he given me what I was asking for but the nails I ended up with vaguely resembled the reference picture at best. In addition to them not being the design that I had asked for the nails were all wildly different lengths and shapes. I got this set done a little over a day ago and 3 nails are already lifting, one has completely popped off and the acrylic on the thumb nail is splitting from the tip that was put on. On top of this being the possibly the worst quality set of nails I have ever gotten, they are also the most expensive at $90. For that much money I would expect them to last most than a day and a half!

Upsetting. Got a full set of acrylic nails and presented a gift card purchased by a friend for me $100. I was told that it was a rewards card and not a gift card so it was not honored. My friend has to dispute with the bank to get her money back. Very bad business practices. I will never go back.

Horrifying nail services and almost worse customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, not even worth the chance. There are too many other options out there. I paid two times to get tips on my nails to grow them out. When I asked the technician to trim them during my manicure, she cut them all off. When I asked for my money back from the manager he only offered me 25% off my next service or to put tips on my nails for free. Only give them business if you want to waste your money and time.

I havent been here since the former owner was doing my nails. She had surgery and was out so I went to a different shop. Now I live across the street and I went today. I love that they do artistry so I will go back.

I came here for my first ever manicure and wowwww I loved it. They were very precise but still had me in and out in good time. Affordable, great color selection, and comfy chairs - I really cant say enough good things about InStyle Nails Spa .

I went in for a manipedi, yes I had an appointment but half of the customers after me did not. The feet tub had a disposable one time use tub liner. The equipment was sterilized and clean. My nail stylist was very helpful and willing to listen to what I wanted without trying to talk me into additional services.

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost 4 years for gel manicures and pedicures and my experiences have been great. Tim does an amazing job, pays great attention to detail, and makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. The rest of the staff is welcoming and very nice with a willingness to assist with anything that you need.

I’ve been going here for over five years and love them. I’ve never once had to wait! Every technician is great! I don’t have to make an appointment because I trust everyone of them. I just go in with a picture that I like and boom like magic they make it happen! My mom always gets a gel manicure and it last FOREVER! I work outside during the day and a restaurant at night and my nails withstand all the abuse I give them and they still look great!

I used to come here all the time but it’s a 25 min drive so I stopped. I was shopping around and decided to come in again and I wish I had never stopped coming. They’re all so nice and friendly and Jenny and Michelle have always taken good care of me and done a phenomenal job on my nails. Will keep coming back from now on!

I LOVED InStyle Nails Spa! They also offer you a free mimosa when you come in. I like that they have quick service as well. Appointment was available when I needed it, and the ladies did a wonderful job on mani/pedi. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Ive gone here for years but after the way I was treated this morning I and my daughters will never come back again. I made an appointment for 10 they called back and asked if I could come at 10:15 I said no problem. I show up this morning and was told your appointment was for 10 you werent here I explained that they had called asking for 10:15. They didnt seem to care said I had to wait half an hour. I left and will never come back, I now understand the negative reviews

Ive been coming here for about three years. My last trip there I asked if they offered dip nail polish and was told yes.....my pedi experience was not like it normally is. While clipping my cuticles she went a little deep and nicked a few times. By the time it came to my manicure I was excited to be able to do something different for vacation. She asked if she could clip my nails I agreed as I was under the impression it was to make them even. This was not the case as my nail was clipped off. At this point it was the point of no return and allowed the rest of my nails to be clipped. She then proceeded to put tips on and tried to do aryllic. At this point I voiced my disappointment that I asked for dip not tips to be placed. Here I am having my nails buffed and tips placed on. All I was told the entire time by some woman hovering the technician was oh they look so pretty and naturally long. Unfortunately it was a waste of money as these long natural looking nails placed on me will be taken off once I return from vacation. Fake nails for a nurse just arent practical when trying to start an IV.......especially since I can barely type on my phone with them on.

I don’t recommend this place at all. They’re trying to charge me almost $70 gel for mani and regular for pedi. The person who took care (well actually I don’t know if she does care at all) it was very disappointing and rude. It was all smudge and sticky and trying to charge me another $10 for the design (see the picture).

If you want the short version, don’t waste your money here. Read on if you want specifics as to why you shouldn’t. My daughter and I normally go to Leesburg Nails, when we are in town visiting family, but they couldn’t fit us in at the same time. So we gave this place a shot because they could fit us in. We always have a wonderful experience at Leesburg Nails, and we literally would have been finished there, with two separate appointments, sooner than we did having our pedicures here. My daughter’s nail tech was quite friendly and chatty, while my tech reeked of cigarette smoke and said nothing to me. We each chose a $62 gel pedicure. They didn’t actually have the colors they give you to choose from, so they spent 10min arguing with their boss over the closest match. The pedicure consisted of our feet being soaked in water, and our toenails being filed, not trimmed. At the end, they did sling some lotion on one of my legs and oil on the other. There was no exfoliation, no massaging of the feet. My daughter ended up with lime green polish on her toes, instead of the blue she chose. I wasn’t about to pay $62 for a hideous shade she didn’t want, but the tech lost her “chatty” attitude and proceeded to argue with me for several minutes. She went to get her boss, who told her to fix it. I asked if it would have to be redone, and he assured me it could be fixed by filing it down. The tech was not happy!! She proceeded to pitch a fit in her native language. She slung polish on my daughter’s ankle, which she filed off!! My daughter’s $62 polish is already flaking off less than 2wks in. My sister, who recommended we go there to get done faster, was infuriated we had such a horrible experience, so she called the manager, who wanted to offer us a $20 gift card. No thanks!

Both my mom and I went in to get shellac gel. Our nails lasted less than 2 weeks, very disappointing. Within a week both of our nails had chipped while we were out of town, went back and they were super rude about it. Stated “you should of called and told us,” when I went in on the 10th day to get them repaired. Will never return. Only giving one star for pedicure, at least that lasted.

I have been here several times over the last several years. They have always been plesant and Jenny is lovely. I started going to another salon because they have SNS powder nails... SNS is totally the best but the shop I have been going to is run down and I always end up waiting on them even with an appointment. So i went back here because they said they have SNS. WELL THEY DONT!!!! They have OPI powder nails. Im giving 3 stars because they lied about the product they have and i asked the guy how much it was he said 40 and in the end this other lady said it was 45. I let her know i was only going to pay what he quoted me at. On top of all of it he did not do a great job. My nails are not smooth and i am praying they will at least last a week. The shop is very clean and except for the one lady everyone i have dealt with has been nice. I just will not trust them again.

This place is a rip off. They are rude and demeaning. They alctually yelled at 2 customers while I was there.

I would not recommend this place AT ALL. The woman who did my nails was rude & inconsiderate, cut me twice with the nail clip and didnt listen to a word I said about what i wanted. I literally hated my entire experience there. Will not be going back.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go here. Out of my 10 shellac nails, not one looked ok and when I said something, the women tried to blame me and said it was my fault since I picked that color. She first refused to redo them but finally gave in and started to violently take the shellac off (she filed them so harsh, I thought she was filing right through my nails). Thats when I requested to have someone else. Now sitting here and waiting for someone else to fix this mess. I have been ignored so far, so lets see....

Two weeks ago I went to their website to set an appointment for my wife for today, February 14th at 11am when they open the doors. I set her up for a day of pampering on her special day, pedicure, waxing, prenatal massage, the whole works. When we arrived today at 11, we were told that we had no appointment with our name attached to it. I received a confirmation email from their appointment service online the day before so I know Im not crazy. I even pulled up both my online profile I had set up for my wife with the reservation and the email confirmation, but she still kept saying Im sorry your name isnt in my appointment book. If youre not going to check your online web portal, then why even provide the service or have a service that sends an email confirmation?! Another thing that bothered me was the fact that while we were trying to figure this out, there were people coming in that had no appointment that were being taken ahead of us. The lady never once asked one of her other colleagues to assist us, but walkins were being helped right away. I WILL NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN, and if you value good service I wouldnt recommend it for you either.

Good ... but depends on who you get. I love a good mani-pedi just like the average guy, but please dont put the new girl on these feet. I want an experienced technician with hands as soft as a baby and tools as strong as a jackhammer ... none of that lofa scrub ... I need a razor on these bunions!Free wi-fi, TV, magazines, and new massage chairs. This will become part of my monthly routine.
