My husband and I drove all the way to Leesburg from Tallahassee to buy our sixteen year old son a car.Anthony transported the car from another location and had it waiting for us when we arrived. The salesmen were very willing to show us all the repairs and vehicle history.Dealer Services were willing to work on the price and showed us the amount they had in the car.We could only pay a certain amount outright and they even financed the final payment interest free! We were very pleased with the overall experience! Definitely not like most used car dealers!

My car was great at first then started giving problems over $500 worth of repairs and it hasn’t even been a year since I’ve gotten it. Problems that are wrong with it is stuff they should have fixed before they sold it to me. Beware...😑😑

In response to Mr Devries review located on this site. I would like to say we apologize that you had a bad experience with us but please give everyone the whole true story. You came in having ac problems roughly 45-60 days after taking delivery and we offered to pay upfront a portion of the repairs as a loan to you interest free even though your vehicle had front end damage that had damaged the compressor that was not there when you purchased your car. Lastly you said your transmission went out and we sold you a bad car. Mr. Devries you put 20,000 MILES on it in roughly 4 months. You said you had a FRIEND service the transmission for you. I assure you if the transmission was BAD when we sold it to you then it would not have made it 20,000 miles in the 4 months you owned it. Meanwhile the lender has agreed to loan you the money for the repairs and in fact our sister store completed those for you last week. Again we never sell a bad car on purpose as all of our vehicles, including yours, is serviced and safety inspected at Pep Boys here in Leesburg prior to being sold. Again I just wanted to make sure the whole story was shared.

Worst place ever to get a car from, they sold me a lemon car for more then it was worth n they have lied to me about the vehicle that they have sold me. Do not purchase a vehicle from them they do not check the fluids in the vehicle because of them I have had to put in $260 for a new AC compressor and now my transmission is in the process of not working anymore. The vehicle I have purchased from them was a 2016 HyundaI Elantra.Waste of time for service money hungry thieves. And if anything goes wrong in your vehicle they will not help you fix it even though they know what is wrong with the vehicle. They are lowlifes and money hungry thieves.

Worse service ever! They have an employee named jonh burgett. That pretends to be a officer of the law LOL HE USED HE OWN PHONE NUMBER AND I WENT AND DID SEARCH ON FACEBOOK AND IT TOOK ME TO HIS PERSONAL PAGE. I CALL THE MANEGER THE NEXT DAY AND HE BACK UP THE STORY THAT HIS EMPLOYEE IS A OFFICER. LOL BIGGEST LIE EVER.NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE, they have an employee pretending to be a police officer to look for information about you from a lean that I had from a car, he thought I was dumb and did a search of the number and sent me to the Facebook of the supposed policeman. I call the manager the next day and he insults me for catching him in the lie. I will never do business with that company that insults a Puerto Rican!
