I pulled into the car wash on 09/30/2021.I have a sticker I pay for every month because I have an expensive car and like to keep it clean. The guy helped me pull in and the shifter would not go into neutral I tried so hard. The guy proceeded to stand there and scream at me for not being able to put my car in neutral. I went through in drive due to not being able to. I will be canceling my sticker and never returning.

Ive been using this car wash for several years and rarely had a complaint t. I understand recently several workers have quit and I really think the guys that are left deserve a nice raise. Theyre working 6 and 7 days a week and are always professional and very nice. Dont know how they do the long hous, but also hope they get some help...SOON!

Ive lived in Pennsylvania for 2 years taking care of my mother and unfortunately this is the only place to get your car washed.. I truly believe the owner should update the car wash and his prices are way too high for what you get..

Used the car wash for the first time and it did a fantastic job. Like the idea of the towel drying at the end of the wash.

I took my car to have a wash and the inside of the wash scratched my car. It was horrible. I then tried asking to have them fix it for me and they told me no it wasn’t there fault so I had to take it to get fixed. The people there were very rude. And there was all sorts of trash around the trash cans. It’s not kept up with and the service with the people there who are “working” is horrible I will not be coming back to this car wash because of the way I was treated. It was absolutely horrible.

C&S wonder wash left a million tiny scratches on my truck from head light to tail light. The scratches are all horizontal, fine, and a few inches in length. The bed of my truck was painted in September. The truck was buffed in the end of October. I visited C&S a few times from the end of November til mid December when I noticed the scratches. One employee told me all touch car washes scratch vehicles all over. The manager and assistant manager claim there is no way there car wash could scratch the truck. The owner refuses to contact me over this. If you are reading this I would not go to this car wash or any other touch car wash for that matter.

I drove a half hour to have my interior cleaned for $35, and felt like I got a$10 job. Still had dust on gauges and shifting console. Places that were easy to reach. Never again for that price.

Very disappointed I drove from Newcastle because this used to be the best car wash. they do not towel dry anymore and the spot free rinse and blow dry is not all what its cracked up to be. This time of year I start early so I can get all four cars washed on Saturday morning. Guess this will save me some time. I got the top of the line wash, and was not impressed.

I wanted to give a thank you to Justin and his staff. I had called and complained about the inside of my car not being cleaned on the inside Very well for $15. I explain to Justin everything that was not done and he said please bring it in while he was there. So when I brought it back, Justin was extremely nice and Justin and his staff did a fantastic job and treated me with well. Justin is a guy that wants to make his customers happy! I am appreciative of that.

I want to redo my review. After speaking the the owner Rocco I will give this wash another try we spoke and he was willing to help me. I want to personally thank the owner for reaching out to me and wanting to make it right. Never had an owner of a company care so much about there customers like Rocco. $40 for vacuuming?! What a rip off! My car was extremely dirty after i left, i called them and his exact words where; where not a detail service..this is your vacuum service?!

Been going there for 10+ years. Best carwash around. Used to be super inexpensive to get a basic but good wash and dry.Now its not as cheap. I miss the hand dry.Still best carwash. And a full interior exterior with tire gloss is less than $45.

Went here today to get my car wash. The girl was extremely rude when I drove up. There was one car at the end of the wash area getting their interior done. So they weren’t busy. I ask for the deluxe wash and the interior package. I was told they aren’t doing anymore interiors because she has a guy leaving in 10 minutes and only one guy left plus her. I would totally understand if they were busy and the girl was at least pleasant to deal with. But they were dead, and they could’ve easily gotten my car done before the 3rd guy left. Don’t know if I’ll be going back after such poor service.

These guys do a very nice job in a relatively short time if you stop during slow hours of the day. (Peak hours are slower as expected.) Their Ultimate Wash is in my opinion the best value; you get a machine wash, hand dry, vacuum interior, clean windows, armor-all inside & out, all for less than $25. They also offer detailing for a more thorough job.

GREAT PLACE to get car wash and wonderful people

Now with the self serve free vacuums, this is THE place for A CLEAN car. Not like those laser wash places. For $11 they give you a dirty car in return. Maybe a little less dirty than when you went there. Its kinda like going to Panera for a pick 2, then deciding afterwards where you want to go to eat because youre FAMISHED!

Left small swirled scratches on the hood of my Jeep. So instead of returning to C & S Wonder Wash, Ill be using the money I would have spent there to repair the damage to my vehicles paint.REPLY: It was on August 23rd. The scratches were caused by the wipers that wash the hood and are a wavy pattern individually that together appear swirling.

Ive taken a couple of cars here for some deep cleaning and I was very impressed with the service. The cars looked better than ever, and everyone is very friendly. I absolutely reccomend them.

I had a full detail done on my truck. At first glance they seemed to have done a great job. However, water around the door jambs that contained mud was present and came out after I started driving. The sunroof was not opened and cleaned around at all. Worst of all the bed of the truck -- and I paid extra because it was a truck -- was not swept out nor touched at all. The actual wash and wax job was excellent, but a lack of detail made this a poor detailing. I wont be going back.

Stopped at 5 pm to get the car washed and swept out, told the guy I wanted the inside and outside done. He told me they could only do the outside because it was only him and one other employee and to stop back in the morning after 9am.....I declined as thats the reason i stopped was to get the inside swept out also. Oddly enough, I was here back in July and there were only 2 people working and had no issues...........and I was the only car there. Odd that you have a full hour before you close and turn away business? Was this a fluke or normal practice? This was yesterday, 9/20/18........

I showed up with my Jeep covered in mud with almost no steering and asked if I could borrow a hose. Even with the wash being temporarilly closed for track repairs they were happy to help out. I later spoke to the owner, Andy, who has a shop on premise who determines I had a failed steering pump. He fixed my Jeep the next day for a fair price and through in a full car wash. I would give a 10 star rating but only had the option of 5.

Used this facility, window wasnt put up, interior got soaked. Not a happy camper. Noone seemed concerned. Stayed it out best they good. Rode home on plastic bag. Employee was in SUV,should have seen window was down.

They did a great job. They found the battery for my mobile camera that I lost 1 1/2 years ago.

Absolutely Terrible!!!!!I have been there several times for either just a wash or to get the inside vacumed was happy with the vacume job they did. Today got the full package and there is so much residue and splash marks on both sides look like several scratches. Radio was blasting when I got back in and so was A/C. So unacceptable. Please speak to your works about this because that is not good practice.

When I went to this wash I paid 23.00 to have in and out done. There were two people working one guy and one girl, she walked around complaining of cramps they did a terrible job on the inside of the car not swept well not a standard good job I even had to take it back to get re-swept. I should have been comped for another time but nothing. It was very disappointing 😞

My fiance bought a used car from a 3rd party and we wanted to have it detailed to make it feel new(ish) again for her. We ordered the $160 detail job.1- When we went to pick it up there was an absurd amount of residue on the inside of all of the windows dripping down onto the dash and interior. When we asked why that was the detailer apologized and he and his assistant went out and started to wipe down the inside of the windows while we stood and waited in the cold. The condensation had been from the fact that the car was detailed in a warm garage and then sat outside in the cold. (Should you not know this being its your job?)2- While they were wiping out the inside of the car windows the detailers assistant was SMOKING A CIGARETTE. We dont like causing a scene so we both didnt say anything as the place appeared to be run by 20 somethings but I found that absurd.3- We are still finding wax marks and pieces around trim. (Detail brush?)4- They used a steamer on the interior and we were told the wetness would go away after a day or two, after an entire week of the windows frozen on the inside and the seats being wet every morning, we have to assume something was done incorrectly.5- Although a minor issue, the drivers side door jams were not even wiped down.6- I called to speak to a manager a few days after but they werent in at the time, I can only imagine what they could do for me would be try again however I have no interest in that.I cant speak for their car wash or their other detail jobs, this one however was very un-impressive, to say the least.

Not happy at all. Went there to get my car cleaned. Went through the wash came out to the other side got out of the car. When I went back into my car my radio is number 44 blasting and the car was still dirty. Had to ask for a a rag to re clean everything meanwhile we are the only car there and there was for employees working on my car.
