Had a great experience with this dealer. I brought it in for a diagnostice and to have the air bags replaced due to a recall. They were fast and friendly.

Service was done and seems to be good for now. Was done quickly. The problem being that Chevrolet put out an extended warranty for the exact issue my vehicle had. My vehicle was not included, even though it stated my year and make of vehicle. So I had to pay 1500 out of pocket for an issue that is recognized but because of unknown detail, my specific vehicle, it does not apply. I tried to contact that service manager, left a message and email, no call-back. Tried to talk to GM, who told me to call the dealer, but no one answers phones there, or is around when you call.Its only a matter of time before the other 6 fuel injectors go bad and I have to pay for those out of pocket. Its definitely will not be purchasing another American made car again. Too many issues and dealers and makers do not seem to care and would rather place blame on the owner.

Great dealership. Our sales rep DJ was everything a car sales person should embody. He was very low pressure and extremely nice guy. It was like we were shopping for a car with a friend. He even provided food for us because we were there so long. Great place! If buying from Jerrys definitely ask for DJ. You wont be disappointed.

I recommend if you go to Jerrys in Leesburg you ask for Patricia Terrazas she is a great person who actually cares about getting you a great deal and not worried about just making a sale. I actually walked out of there and she saw I left upset and she came up to me as I was getting in my car to leave and told me she would like to see if she could help and she helped out great. Plus she wasnt the original person I was working with.

I recently purchased my Corvette from Jerrys and a wonderful experience with the Sales staff. They were patient and worked solidly for me in tracking down a vehicle that met my exact specification, and having it shipped it pretty much the next day. Ive also had walk-in service there that was completed in excellent time. They are not without their small issues, though. Ive been waiting a couple times for them to call me back when they said they would, and I had to initiate the call myself. I also got a run around for missing part for my vehicle. That said, I would still recommend purchasing from them.

The first time around I was given a quick response to my question. I also left a second message with a person I will not name and she never called me back

They are more of a burden than a help. They lost the key to my wheel locks and couldn’t “recreate” a noise coming from my wheel well when other dealerships could.I had a tire replaced on my brand new 2019 Colorado ZR2, but they couldn’t “recreate” a rattle coming from the front wheel well. I had to make multiple appointments before they could determine a tire was bad, but each time I reported the rattle coming from the front wheel well and each time they couldn’t “recreate it”.Finally I took it to Ted Britt Chevy who heard the rattle and are currently investigating the cause. Though they can’t remove my tires because the key to the wheel lock is no longer in my truck, where I always keep it.Jerry’s was the last place to work on my truck, when they replaced the tire. Of course, it took almost 7 tries trying to contact them (either leaving a voicemail, being transferred to an endless ring, or being disconnected) for them to finally answer. Only to quickly blow it and off and say the key is not there, which I question if they even looked for it.I would go to Ted Britt Chevy before Jerry’s.
