Do NOT go here if you are looking for a service department that is trustworthy. Twice they have tried to scam my young adult daughter into getting expensive services that were not needed. The first time she unknowingly accepted their advice as the experts (her dad was unavailable for input because he was deployed in the middle east - yeah, extra nice to screw over the family of deployed servicemen). The second time, with a different service advisor, she was able to get her dads input and he was able to stop them from taking advantage of her and selling her hundreds of dollars of unneeded services. We will not go here again!
My expectations are/were high regarding Toyota Motor Corp. And their dealerships.Two things: My vehicle is 8 months old from date of purchase. The battery died while my car had been parked in my garage. No doors left open, no lights left on. I drive the vehicle every day. I called toyota roadside assistance to have my Camry towed into the dealership, (around 5pm). This battery Toyota experience is very disappointing.The dealership was busy with scheduled appointments, but I was persistent, (I need a vehicle). The dealership called me the next day, ready for me too pick up my Camry. The Dealership replaced a new car battery for a 2020 Camry with approximately 3100 miles. Hmm?So when I picked up my vehicle the next day I was disappointed to see that the dealership did not return a clean vehicle. The Toyota roadside assistance tow truck driver appeared to have gone through every mud puddle he could find- crazy! Mud in the four door frames!Ive owned one other new Toyota, (in another State), and my service experience had always been excellent...which set my expectations high for this dealership. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership.Beyond this small thing, the dealership staff tried to get me my vehicle in a timely manner, which is/was appreciated!

Thanks to Rosendo Puente for taking the time and explaining the whole service pipeline from vehicle check-in to repair completion. Just purchased a 2019 Highlander with 96/125 platinum care and Mr. Puente will be my service advisor from here on out.
I went here for one of my basic service visits. The service department said my brake fluid needed immediate repair which didn’t sound right to me because my car only has 35k miles on it. Went and took it for a second opinion and my brakes are fine!! 100% convinced they try and screw you for money. Not going here for services again
So I had the unfortunate experience of being liberated of my trucks catalytic converter. Some selfless scumbag in the greater Austin area... Thats not the point of the review. Toyotas team at service was TOP NOTCH. Not only were they communicative, even when I blew up their phones trying to get this taken care of, but they were able to rush the part and get what would have taken almost 2 months to order in and INSTALLED in a matter of about 4 days. These guys chew nails and spit out gears. The team was friendly, courteous, and professional. The dealership was where I originally purchased my truck because Round Rocks sales team didnt give me the time of day. The service team followed suit. If you need work done on your Toyota, get it to the guys and gals at Cedar Park. Big thank you to Yajaira and Jimmy (the service manager), you guys are awesome.
I have my Avalon scheduled for routine maintenance, 1030 appt. 3:30pm they haven’t started on it. I have another car for 1:30pm appt thinking I’ll pick up the Avalon n drop off the RAV4. Nope. I stuck at Toyota without a car. It’s horrible service. Why make appt?

Just initial new car 6 months check. I was there an hour. I think I really could have skipped it. They only rotated tires. I did get free cookies and coffee so 😋.
My first visit (10k mile check and oil change). Ive had some bad Austin-area dealership experiences (checkbook stolen out of glove compartment, van totaled by incorrect lift placement, etc), so the entire time I was at Toyota of Cedar Park, I kept expecting something to go awry.Im happy to report that my entire experience was prompt and professional. The waiting area is well-kept, fast Wi-Fi, and the emailed video from the technician was a nice touch. The service staff were all helpful and professional. It will be nice not to dread returning in the future. Thanks!
