I have used QualTech at two locations for over 10 years across at least 7 cars. I look for two things from a mechanic: competency and honesty. These guys have an abundance of both. I would have no qualms leaving them a blank check and telling them to just fill out with the total was. I wish every business treated their customers the way this awesome business does.

I am a young single mom and have had HORRIBLE experiences with mechanics in the past. I have dreaded taking my car in for this reason. I had a friend of mine recommend QualTech because of how comfortable they made her feel and how they didn’t rip her off. And I am so thankful I listened and went. Not only do they always do quality work but it is also efficient, which I appreciate on my tight schedule. I’ve dealt with Brandon on multiple occasions and he takes his time, gives me great deals, and can recall what we’ve talked about in the past. Wether that be life or car related and that really adds a nice touch! I am so blessed to have found them and cannot I mean cannot recommend them enough!

Started out with a 5 star then when I had issues with the work I scheduled an appointment for the following Friday to have it fixed. Due to a family emergency I had to leave town the same day and called to reschedule for a Saturday. Thats great except they are closed Saturdays which would have been great to know before scheduling me. I ended up taking it to another show to have the issue fixed

Qualtech did an amazing job getting my brakes fixed. They kept me informed every step of the way with what was going on with my car and always gave me a cost estimate so I would not be caught by surprise and could make a decision before anything was done. They even informed me of another issue I was not aware of and were able to get everything fixed. It wasn’t cheap, but what major car repair isn’t expensive? And I can only imagine how much more it would have cost at the dealership or somewhere else. It’s definitely worth it for the quality of their work, how honest and straightforward they were, and again was a bonus that I did not have to deal with the dealership. Will be taking my car here for all my car needs moving forward, you cannot go wrong with Qualtech Automotive! Highly recommend.

Of course, if you have to wait for your vehicle or need a ride I’m still not sure if that solves all the problems, but it’s nice to know it is an option!)The only downside was that we are in a pandemic and not one employee I saw was wearing a mask. Thankfully I was able to get in and out quickly. I know not everyone cares, but if I had to wait, I would have been extremely uncomfortable and I would have felt really trapped without having my car to be able to leave. There isn’t really any place to sit outside while you wait, and no nearby businesses that you could walk to and wait. If this is an issue for you too, I hope this information is helpful.I would still recommend this business for their great service, just be informed so you don’t get stuck in an uncomfortable (or for folks who are or care for immune-compromised people, a potentially dangerous) situation.

They are very busy and we are still waiting to hear what is wrong with the car so if youre in a hurry you may need a different mechanic.

Spectacular service! Quick, affordable, easy, and friendly. I took my car in for standard maintenance; I was kept up-to-date throughout the day and the work was finished quickly. I felt like the prices were extremely reasonable for the work I had done (oil change, rotation and alignment).Today, a few weeks after my work was completed, I got a nail in my tire. I dropped it by, and I was greeted by Justin who immediately remembered me from my previous service. The tire was quickly fixed - at no cost! These guys have a customer for life!

We’ve had three of our vehicles there in the last two months for regular maintenance. Richie was recommended to me by a friend and I have not been disappointed. Simply the best.

Brandon helped me replace the house batteries on our RV. They are deep cycle marine batteries, and he was able get them delivered and installed within 2 hrs after dropping off the vehicle! Also, I asked to check tire pressures and he alerted me to potential problems with the inner duallies not holding air. I highly recommend Qualtech for prompt, professional, honest service.

Love this place. I drove from all over the hill country to get to the one in Bee Caves, coming from as far as Blanco, so I was thrilled when I moved to liberty hill to see one in Leander. Same great staff who know me and know my car. They always do right by me and have never even attempted to take advantage of me for being a woman. I trust this place with my car and I put 3,000 miles on a car easy in a month.

I had a dead battery in my pickup. Called Kyle at Qualtech Leander, and asked if they could come jump start my truck, so I could get it to their shop. He sent a tech to my house to get me started. Drove to their shop, to get a battery. They tested the charging system and installed a new battery. All of this happened in about an hour and fifteen minutes. EXCELLENT service !

Big thanks to Kyle for helping me this weekend. Im working a brake job on my truck and needed to have the brake fluid flushed and refilled with new fluid. The dealer was hustling me for $140 to do the job. Called another area shop who gave me a fair rate but couldnt get me in until the following week. Called Qualtech just to see what they could do. Not only was Kyle able to get me on the schedule for that day as a walk in, but he also honored the other shops pricing to earn my business.Im normally a do it yourself person, with few exceptions when I dont have specialized tools, in this case a brake fluid exchange machine. In the few instances I do out source my work I look for shops that are fair and working to earn my business. Kyle has earned my business, and when the instance comes up again, Ill be calling QualTech first.

Great guys and easy to deal with. Just needed an oil change for my Raptor. Called and they said come on down. Was in and out in 30 minutes and everything was perfect. Will use these guys moving forward for such services.

I took my vehicle to have the front tires replaced. Richie W. asked if I had any other concerns with my truck. I explained to Richie a noise I’ve been hearing for over a year located near my front suspension. I’ve taken my truck for work to be done at a Chevy dealer and a firestone. Neither were able to identify the noise when I brought it to their attention. Richie and his team identified the noise as my sway bar links needing replacement. QualTech had the new links delivered and installed by the time my front tires and an alignment were competed.Richie and his team are a great group of guys. Honest, efficient, quality parts, and service at a competitive price. I’ll be taking my wife’s Highlander in for any service that may come up in the future.
