I had a tire replaced for my work vehicle a couple months ago. They got the work done properly with the right tire and I had no complaints. Then I took my personal vehicle in for a front brake job, which it needed. They did quality work with quality parts and back it with their Factory Store guarantees. Finally, I went back in because I had a question .....and they found that I had a nail in my right rear tire. They repaired my tire at no charge! I feel if you are looking for good quality work from good technicians at reasonable but not cheap prices due to the quality of parts and work provided, consider this store.

Renee was so helpful today! I took my vehicle in for a tire repair, she said they were booked full, but she worked me in. Excellent service! Very friendly staff.While I was there, they kept another client completely informed of the progress of her vehicle repairs. Very good service.

Avoid this location. Had a appointment set and showed up and they lost the appointment. Got a attitude from the lady at the front counter. The manager did not want to come make things right. All in all this place is in need of management help and needs training with customer service and learn how to set and keep appointments. Do not recommend.

Renee was great! She explained exactly what I needed and I didnt feel she was upselling me at all. I could feel that she had experience and was recommending what I actually needed, not what was optional. There was a very angry customer that was yelling (for no reason, everyone in the waiting room agreed he was in the wrong) bit she kept her cool. Will definitely be coming back next time I need something!

I want to thank the staff at the location on 11245 Old FM 2243 W. in Leander! My wife was on her way to the hospital to visit her mother who was admitted for kidney failure and she got a flat tire. The staff at that location got her in immediately and found that she had two nails in one of her tires. They quickly patched it and got her on her way. Renee told her that they would not charge her and wished her Mother a speedy recovery. We are so fortunate that she stopped here! We will be bringing our future business here from now on.

Renee was extremely professional and helpful. She took the time to explain every detail. She even took the time to have a mechanic show/explain additional issues with my car. I was extremely happy with the overall service I received today at Goodyear.

Very nice staff and front desk but this was by far the slowest tire service I have had in the Leander area. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am and I wasnt helped until 11:20. I then continued on to wait 1 hr and 30 mins to replace a tire that they had in house. There are better options in the area from my experience.

Took my Ford Escape in because I had heard a noise when backing out of driveway. Renee at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Staff checked everything and said that brakes were fine and no work was needed. I use them for oil change and they have never tried to up sell me on service. Will continue to use in the future

I took my vehicle in for a flat repair. The staff was very friendly and they were able to get my car in right away! The wait area was very clear and I felt very comfortable. I was back on the road in no time! Best of all, NO CHARGE!I will definitely visit the establishment again for future issues and I HIGHLY recommend it!

Wife’s car had a slow leak that I wanted to repair quickly. I called Goodyear on Saturday morning and brought it in that afternoon. They were super busy but Renee was able to work it in. So far the repair seems to be holding. Service was very good and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any other service.

About 2 months ago I set an appointment online just to show up and get told that I didn’t have one? I had everything confirmed on the email and was at the correct location, the only location I go to. So I didn’t end up getting taken care of that day. Today I stopped by and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes without being acknowledged once, me and another customer actually. Don’t think I’ll be doing service at that location again.

The folks at Goodyear Auto Service are incredibly friendly and helpful. The service manager Renée was able to answer any questions I had about the services they provide and a future tire purchase. These guys provide other services apart from tires and this is a convenient place to get an oil change as it is right down the road from home. It took about an hour to get an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday without an appointment and they definitely seemed busy. Although this is my first visit, Goodyear Auto Service certainly seems like a great place to have your vehicle serviced.

Renee and her staff did an amazing job getting me back on the road. She was honest and didnt charge me for stuff I didnt need. Super clean facilities as well.

After mistakingly going the cheap route to get new tires, not surprisingly, everything went wrong. Fortunately, Renee and Sean over at Goodyear took on a job that someone else messed up. Thats rare to find as it can just cause headaches for everyone. But they were very nice, kept me in the loop, let me physically see what was going on, and were honest with me. I learned my lesson about trying to be cheap, and highly suggest everyone to bring your vehicle over to Goodyear to see them. They also happened to be the best-priced company around, to boot!

Hat a flat tire on a brand new tire for the umpteenth time, got it in to Good Year, they fixed it no time and got me back on the road. This time it was repairable, however getting their warranty has paid off multiple times for me, my car seems to be a nail magnet, and the puncture is not always repairable. With the warranty the tire gets replaced, no questions asked. I highly recommend spending the 25 bucks warranty, it has paid off multiple times. Friendly staff, very helpful and fast!

Service the two times I have purchased tires have been great. This last second time my wife took my car in for tire replacement. Service was good, but warranty for the two tires with less that 3 years since purchased and with less than 20000 miles was voided because according to the dealer I didnt have enough tread. This never happened to me before. Warranty for both tires was voided. Nonetheless we replaced all for tires and decided not to buy there again. Perhaps they were right, but my wife had an uneasy feeling about this. Just want to let you know so you check you tire wear per warranty before you take your car in to this place.

I went there for my annual car maintenance. When I got there Renee greeted me and asked me what I was there for. When I told her I am here for an annual maintenance service she seemed clueless and basically kept asking me what I was there for specifically. She told me to get an oil change and that’s it. I told her my wiper fluid is empty and one of the headlights are malfunctioning. At the end of the appointment they didn’t fix either of the problems. The fluid is still empty and the headlights are still malfunctioned. Will not be going back there ever.

Excellent service and very professional staff, had me in and out quickly 👌. Trust the guys guys here for everything I needed this year that includes 2 oil changes, 4 new tires, and brake job service, they also quoted me and helped install some performance roters and brake pad I brought in. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Every so often I get mailed $10 off coupons for alignments and other services. They also told me if I wanted my tie rods and bushings installed that I also bought, they would do those and realign my wheels no cost. The shop is always fast even when on the busy side. Close to home! Very knowledgeable. I’ve bought my GoodYear brand tires with them few years ago & unfortunately I had a screw in my tire recently. I was able to be seen in a timely manner. They fixed my tire at no cost. I had additional questions & they were kind to educate me on when it’s best to do replacements on my car.

I shopped around for tires and I was on a tight budget. I looked online and even went to another place in Austin and got quoted an astronomical price for 2 tires. Then I called Renae (sp?). She must’ve been in a giving mood because she didn’t have the tires I wanted but sold me the next step up at the price of the tire I wanted. She knew I was budget shopping and took care of me. The next morning I was the first customer scheduled. My job had booked me for an appointment @930 which was 45mins away. Renae and her team got me taken care of so quickly I ended up being 20 mins early to my appointment. It wasn’t just the service it was the level of care I really appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for helping me out.

Had a screw in my right rear tire. Had to go in on Memorial Day to have it fixed. They told me I had a nail in my left rear tire, too. They fixed both and sent me on my way.

Purchased & had 4 new tires installed last week. Had a great experience ! They got started at my scheduled appointment time and it took less time to be out the door than I expected, compared to other tire places Ive used over the years. Stoped in to get a slow leak on a tire fixed. I have to tell you, the staff at this place are awesome. Not only were they professional and very efficient (in and out in 35 mins) but they found two other tires with nails in them which they repaired. They went above and beyond to ensure that my tires were safe to drive on. I’ll definitely be going back for any other tire related issues and for sure recommending this place to my friends and family. This place is a 10/10!!!

I went in for service/part replacement and when I picked up my vehicle there was a dash light on. Shawn brought the truck right back in to see what the issue was and determined it needed another part which meant I would need to bring it back. Eventually the truck got the new part installed properly and I was not charged for it, and the service provided by Shawn made it is a positive experience.
