I contacted Temperature Pro on Friday morning and they sent Daniel to my home on the same day. He was a really nice guy and very professional. He didnt try to push repairs or maintenance that we didnt need. Explained what was going on with our system and made some necessary adjustments. Ill definitely use them again.

Adam came out to bid on a pretty oddball job. Throughout the visit he would wear a mask and put shoe covers on the second he entered the house. He was knowledgeable and understood the limitations of my system and had recommendations for making it better. Im probably going to be working with Temperature Pro in the near future.

TemperaturePros Total Comfort package is great because first of all, I dont have to remember to service my HVAC each season. Second, TemperaturePro in general is the epitome of great customer service. I get a text with a picture and introduction to the technician that is coming to my home.Daniel was my tech. He let me know he was coming, showed up earlier than our appointment time, wore his mask and booties inside my home. He was cordial and professional. He also performed the same inspection on my rental home.I received my reports for both locations the same day, with an estimate for some repairs that will extend the life of my older unit, rather than replacing the whole thing, and now I know that I should budget for replacement in the future. I was informed of their replacement financing, rebates and discounts I can take advantage of once I get to that point.I appreciate the service very much. The value greatly exceeds the cost.

We had our HVAC check up today and the heater check up during the winter. As in the winter, we were very impressed with our tech (Adam)- he was on time, courteous, professional and did a very thorough inspection! We will continue to use them in the future!

We are repeat customers and will continue using them. They are extremely professional from scheduling the services to Adam’s arrival at the house. Adam is great. He will answer any question, is meticulous when doing the job and is very courteous. On top of that they are a great value. You can’t go wrong.

Honestly if I could give this company less than one star I would. I’m giving them one for acting like they were going to try and help us make the situation better. In December we had them come out due to the air smelling, they told us our coil needed to be cleaned and inspected and we paid to have that done. They left after cleaning it and the next day white powder was coming from our vents covering our floors and furniture. We called them back and they came back out at no cost to fix the issue which we appreciated. They left that day after cutting into the HVAC and when I went to check the HVAC in the attic the part that they taped shut was just flapping in the air and air was blowing into the attic instead of the vents. The smell came back in late March so we had them back out, again they came at no cost which we appreciated and they cut into the hvac again just to find water pooling at the end of the coil near the supply plenum. There was water covering moldy insulation and the technician took it out, instead of replacing it he covered it in mastic and assured me this would fix the issue. We have a baby with respiratory issues and I am very sensitive to mold, so I asked over and over again if this was okay and was going to fix the problem and it come back. They reassured me that this was fine. Never did they check to see why this water was pooling or try to solve the issue they just pasted over the area and told me it would be fine, which it trusted since they are the professionals. Fast forward to this week we had water pouring out of a hole into the drain pan in our attic. The hole was created due to water pooling at the end of our coil and in our plenum like it was before but this time even worse. A problem that could’ve been prevented had they looked into it. We ended up having 4 different companies all come out and ended up having to pay 3100$ to have our coil and plenum replaced. When I contacted temperature pro Raul came out and told me that this wasn’t their issue, that we never paid them to inspect our HVAC and that’s why they didn’t fix the water issue. He told us it’s normalTo have water in that area which is also not true, as told to us by 4 other companies. Raul tried to convince us that these other companies were wrong and that there was no damage done by his technicians. I wish I had taken more pictures so I could post here what the coil and plenum looked like when they were removed and replaced. $3100 dollars later out of our own pockets we finally have a DRY plenum and a coil that drains properly, but temperature pro refused to help or take responsibility for the damages. All Raul was willing to do was to file a report with his own insurance and see if they would pay him and then possibly help us. Ridiculous. It only makes sense that 4 companies told us it needed to be replaced and temperature pro disagreed due to the fact that they were liable for the damages. This is the type of service that is provided by this company, it used to be a fantastic company until the owners changed. Save yourself the damage and the lies and run fast in the other direction. We won’t be using them again and we really hope no one has the same experience that we do.

I am very satisfied with TemperaturePro Round Rock and Im so happy that I chose them for the job. I interacted with the technicians and may different office workers, every single person was polite, kind, professional, and very helpful. There was nothing left to be desired. Im surprised that the work done didnt cost more than it did because of the quality of service is so high. The world needs more companies like this. Really had a great experience with this business from start to finish. Contacted them last Friday and they got me on the schedule right away. I needed a company to do maintenance on my system. My home is relatively newer (built in 2016) but figured I would be proactive and prevent any future middle of the summer breakdowns. We had a emergency ac issue at my small coffeehouse over the weekend and even though they couldnt do a full service until Monday they quickly brought out a portable ac unit to help until they could fix the problem. And when they came to fix the problem they did a incredible job and did a quick checkup while they were at the shop. Quick, reliable and very professional service, highly recommend these guys!!!

Had a couple of different professional experts come out to check out a cooling problem in a room. One even suggested a several thousand-dollar fix. Adam came to check out our A/C system. He cleaned the coils better than a previous professional and serviced the unit. Adam checked the inside furnace and the fan was not blowing at a good speed. He fixed that. We told him of the failing to cool problem in that room. He made a suggestion and explained why. I researched his suggestion and found he was 100% correct. I phoned the company 30 minutes after they closed and they answered the phone. At 11 AM the next morning Adam showed up and installed an air-return in the room for way much less money and it fixed the problem. We are very strict about who we do business with. They have to prove themselves. TemperaturePro Round Rock proved themselves and are now our go-to company.

I wanted info about installing a new AC and I got a lot more education than I expected. They showed me issues with my old system and since I have 2 units, they also inspected the other unit that I was not having replaced. They gave me several quotes based on my desires. They asked so many questions that no other AC/Heating company asked me.The install was timely and they were prompt and efficient, done several hours earlier than expected. They even sent someone to inspect the service one week later. They also took pictures of the problems they found and their correction of the issue.

What an easy experience. They were right on time and they fixed the issue first time out for a fair price. Also, really appreciate their touchless visit technology.

It has been about a week after TemperaturePro did a maintanance check to my Heat pump and after a small recharge and check up my unit is working more efficiently and I can feel the difference inside my house and it is working less and more stable.
