Had an emergency with the AC compressor not engaging. Called them at noon time and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. This was absolutely important with this Texas Heat. They diagnosed the issue right away and were very upfront and honest with the diagnosis. They were not trying to upsell me on a new system. It is very refreshing to have an honest AC guy that was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will definitely keep them saved on my favorites list as a go to with AC trouble.

Awesome experience. We lost AC due to leaks but these guys got it all sorted out. Right now it seems like there is a long lead time to get parts but they were on top of it. Highly recommended!

During the extreme Texas polar event AireServ was able to send a technician to my house within 24 hours. (heater and thermostat went dark / stopped working during power outage cycling on & off). We really appreciated they maintained a live person to answer calls during the storm and were both surprised and delighted they were able to help us so quickly.

I just had a mini split unit installed in my garage, which doubles as my Man Cave. The difference is amazing! Right in the middle of the August heat, my AC stopped working so I called Aire Serv on recommendation from a neighbor. They responded promptly and had a technician out to my house first thing the next morning. The technician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and had our system back up an running in about 45 minutes. Couldnt ask for better service!

Jeff & Olivia have shown me Excellent customer service these past 2 weeks. Both of my ACs went out during the week when it was over 100 degrees.
