Our AC suddenly went out on a hot summer day, and I made one phone call, the nearest business to my home, and it was HF Mechanical. Joe answered and luckily was available to come check out the problem immediately. When Joe arrived, he was very respectful in our home. He took off his shoes, masked up, and inspected all the necessary areas. He fixed the problem within an hour and we are still pleased with the results. Joe is awesome, friendly, professional, and effective. Would totally call him again and definitely recommend him to anyone in the surrounding community. Thanks man!

HF Mechanical did us a huge favor and replaced our entire system on the same day we called which happened to be a Friday. Who does that! They did not want us suffering through the weekend in this Texas heat. They recommended an upgrade from a 2.5 ton to a 4 ton as the builder installed a system that really was not capable of cooling the square footage. Very professional and friendly. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY

Wow. I mean WOW! Called them early in the AM. They went out of their way to help me. Showed up very quickly and with everything needed based on my description of the problem. The diagnosis was a bit complicated, but it was fixed! Price was great and professionalization was on point.

During this snow storm of 2021, my heat stopped working. Absolutely no one could drive to us due to the terrible conditions. Joe, the owner of the company, offered to help me over the phone. Wow! We were going on 36 hours without AC in Texas in June. Everyone I called said minimum 3 day wait so someone told me about Joe and I called him and he came to my house within 2 hours and had the problem diagnosed and solved in about an hour. Joe answered the phone on the first ring at 4:45 pm and said he would be there in an hour and he was. Both he and Isaac were polite and professional. They said they would fix what they could and dont like to replace units unless absolutely necessary. They worked on it until 9:30 pm because they didnt want me to have to sleep in the heat.
