Ty was an absolutely awesome big help. I was in a pretty serious accident and he went out of his way to help protect me and my assets while I was in the hospital.

I called and spoke with Ty to tow my car from one location to another. He told me he was going to do 1 other job then he would get my car. I waited all night never got called back nor was my car picked up. Next day no call again. Now he doesnt take calls. I used someone else. What a flake.

Crazy towing, Tys towing, whatever other name you have to make more money on the police tow list...I never received any word my vehicle was there after more than a year of it missing. Now I get a bill for $1400. VIN # never showed up on the state search site. Impound date is wrong. I will be contacting with small claims court.

These guys shot every stereotype of the towing industry straight to the ground. INCREDIBLE service.My tire flew off my car while driving on the freeway. The Highway Patrol stopped to help and called Crazy Towing to come get my vehicle. For some reason the cop told Crazy Towing that my car was impounded so I wasn’t able to pick it up from their yard either of the following days. Over the weekend the owner of Crazy Towing helped me by communicating with the Highway Patrol to figure out which cop made the mistake so we could get everything figured out and get my car released. We finally got everything squared away and Crazy Towing was kind enough to not charge me for the weekend since it wasn’t my fault that I couldn’t get the vehicle since he couldn’t legally let me take it. Before I left his worker even helped me put my tire back on once it wasn’t found.This was my first time having the cops handle the tow so I foolishly thought that when they took down my insurance that it was to cover the cost of the tow. So when I was told Crazy Tow wasn’t charging me for the weekend I thought that meant I didn’t have to pay anything. The owner handled the misunderstanding very professionally and was able to explain to me the process so I could to could pay what I owed the company with no hard feelings.I will use these guys anytime I need a tow when I’m anywhere even remotely near the area.

Called these guys around 7:00pm on a Thursday night after having called two companies prior to get a quote and these guys were $30 cheaper! They arrived to my location within 15 minutes, towed my car to the shop, collected my payment (cash only) and on their way all in under an hour! Hoping I won’t need another tow in Layton but if I do, I know who to call! Thanks guys!

I would never recommend this company for anything. I just had to deal with a representative, named Ty, Even tho I have offered to pay all of todays fees, the weekend fees, and a fee to re-tow to our company, plus their 3% cc charge, he has the nerve to say that us finance companies try to pull fast ones on them. I deal with impound yards all the time, I pay all fees they acquire, plus additional fees they request and I have never ever been treated like this. He was rude, and very mis-informed. He was very unprofessional and needs to take a training course in customer service. If these people pick up your car, tread carefully with them and make sure they dont try to pull a fast one on you. horrible company!

I was disappointed in the towing service because they didn’t tie my grandson’s motorcycle down properly and it fell over and broke some of the equipment on the handlebars. They didn’t even bother to tell him or me what happened. It was obvious what happened to it.

We called 6 times to the 24 hour number within half an hour with no response. It has now been almost an hour and a half with no response. I would find a different towing company if I were you. Unless you want to wait for hours outside the towing place.

Great, fast, honest service. I was in a real pickle! I was out of state having to arrange an emergency tow over the phone. These guys did a great job even above and beyond. Thanks !!

Tyler came to my aid when my car stopped working. He checked my battery and and offered to tow me. I was stranded. Upon finding out the car would potentially cost more to fix than the the value. He told me was not going to charge me. Thank you Tyler you seriously are a amazing individual. Definitely 10/10

This is the only tow company I use for anyting and they repair my cars for me great pit crew to have on your side. Thank you and thank you very much

Bully tactics.About 18:30 8/31/2019While at the car wash behind the Chevron on Fairfield and 193, a Crazy Towing flatbed backed up to my truck like he was going to tow it.The driver got out of his truck and started yelling at me. I got the h out of there. The tow driver then started to use the car wash.Now, I am in no way fast at washing my truck. But I paid to use that car wash.Even having worked in the tow industry, I have never seen a tow truck driver bully someone in this fashion.

My sons car was stranded in Layton and we needed to get it to Clearfield. Every Tow company I called wanted to charge a ridiculous fee and were also charging extra because it was Saturday. Then I talked to Ty at Crazy Towing, he was simply amazing to work with and he charged a reasonable fee. I. definitely recommend this company.

I recommend these guys! Good customer service and fantastic turnover time. They repaired our truck even though it was after hours. 👍👍

I used Crazy Towing because nobody else was willing to tow my car down from Clinton to Salt Lake City. They were very reasonable, and the driver was great with corresponding back and forth.They towed my 1990 Nissan Skyline GT-R without a problem.

I Loved it!! Even though you are in a crappy situation, Ty the owner is amazing. Fair price, awesome service! He lets you get your belongings with no charge!

Avoid this business like the plague! They towed my sons car, then left for vacation. Even though we were ready to pay to get it out, they were gone and had no backup. They charged us 6 extra days (at $40/day) and refused to discount their exorbitant fee even one penny. So I was penalized for their vacation - massively unfair. Their office was filthy with a warning sign about their guard dog. If you have any choice, do NOT use this company or Tys Towing - they are tied together somehow. Just awful.

Said theyd be about 30 minutes. Hour and a half later, they called to say theyd be about 40 minutes more. Hour and a half past that, I called, was told theyd be 5 minutes, took them 15. They picked up my car and rush dumped it in the wrong lot (though at the right general destination), and then appeared frustrated that I wanted to pay with a card. He had a smart phone, but couldnt process cards. So over 3 hours of waiting to get dump-and-runned, and treated as if Im the one causing the inconvenience.

Very kind people. Helped us out soo much when we were stuck on the side of the road (and didnt have to). We are all so very very thankful 🌱
