Best customer service!! Paxton was awesome to work with and even gave my kids a little education on how the tow truck worked. If I need a tow again, Ill definitely be calling this company!

Great service for what I needed. Car breaks locked up and engine light came on while traveling with my toddler. Called Gieco and they reached out to this company. The driver Paxton came out less than the time given. Was very kind, understanding, professional and we all got home safely. Thank you!

Terrible business. Memorial weekend and my car is impounded on Saturday morning, they won’t let me pay fees now to stop incurring fees and I can’t get my car until Tuesday. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Do not use this company for anything. They abuse their power and take money basically in a fraudulent way. Take your business else where!!!

I locked myself out of my truck last night while it was running and in the snow storm, my husband who works for these guys called his office to let them know and they sent Jerry to rescue me. Jerry pulled up and immediately got into action having my truck opened in less than 20 minutes. For me it was an emotional experience but Jerry was so helpful I don’t think he even noticed me tearing up. I am extremely grateful for the office getting Jerry routed in my direction in an timely manner. There are few I trust with my vehicles but I wouldn’t let any other tow company handle my vehicles.

My truck decided it didn’t want its front drivers’ side wheel any more and it blew up, damaging some of the interior of the tire as well. My insurance company contacted Skyhook, and Skyhook sent Ryan!I doubt I could have gotten a better, more professional or personable driver! He explained everything very carefully to me, made sure I knew of the extra damage that had been done to my truck, then quickly got my truck to its destination and carefully and professionally unloaded it- all the while having lively and courteous conversation. 10/10 would absolutely reccomend to everyone and anyone, and though I hope I won’t have to have a tow ever again, if I do I hope I get the same treatment as Ryan treated me and my vehicle!THANK YOU Ryan!! Made my life a whole lot less stressful.

Called my insurance for roadside assistance. They came out after my tire blew out. Very friendly. Were quick to help. Waiting less than an hour. Read some poor reviews while I was waiting for them to come out. None of it was true in my experience. Awesome. Would highly recommend them.

I was in need of a tow around 10pm and received the best towing service yet from Jerry! When your car breaks down late in the freezing cold especially at 6 months pregnant, its never a good time, but really Jerry made this a quick and stress-free process. Skyhook helped me after hours on a weekend get my car from a gas station to my home. Dispatch center was friendly and helpful. I didnt even have to go out, they brought the car to me. Very easy.

This towing company was awesome! Kirk picked me up from my home, took me to where my vehicle was broke down, was super great and careful loading and securing my vehicle onto the flatbed, took me to the mechanic shop of my choice, told me he would take care of the paperwork with my insurance and took me back home!Also, we had the best conversation throughout the whole experience, I would highly recommend Stauffers Towing!

Chris was fantastic! I broke down right after rush-hour, which can be pretty busy time for tow companies, but he was there really quickly. It was obviously a pretty stressful situation, but he was so friendly and helpful that the tow was one less thing to worry about. Super professional and kind!

Accidents are never fun. Skyhook Towing was so great to work with. They were very accommodating when I asked if I could go to the yard and take pictures of our squished car and when I needed to meet someone there to sign the car over to an insurance company. I know who to call when I need a tow next time.

They are not helpful Nor accommodating. They Alledged I would defraud them cause Im out of town. They have unreasonable demands to get your car out. The car was taken from scene of wreck Friday and even though I wanted to pick it up Saturday it was closed. I had to wait till after 8am today and the still charged me fee for it being there Saturday and Sunday.

Had to get towed from layton to Clinton. They were very cool and helpful.

Our car overheated so I called my insurance company for a tow and they made the mistake of sending, well trying to send, Stauffers Towing. First we were told 15 minutes by the insurance automated system, then another 15 minutes by the person in the office, then after receiving my callback asking if my service had been completed we were told it would only be 5 more minutes. An hour after my initial call for service the car had cooled off enough that we just gave up and drove it home.
