Really good place thanks allan 😀

Hi everyone,I just wanted to warn you about this place. The owner “Alan” whom we made the contract with back in February 2020 took our money and disappeared. After we checked out the hall venue and all that, we signed the contact with Alan and left $600 as downpayment back in February 2020. The pandemic hit and he never communicated with us or attempted to contact either me or my now husband in terms as to what would happen if the pandemic would still be around by our October wedding event. July came and we called several times and we couldn’t get a hold of him. He called my husband once to see if he would want to change the date of the wedding, and my husband told him he wasn’t interested in changing the date. At this point we weren’t content with the service or the way Alan managed things. Considering how there’s nowhere stipulated in the contract about a pandemic, I believe no one was at fault for this. We deserved to have our money back. However, Alan knew we weren’t coming back and did not give us our money back. The times after this we tried to reach out to talk about that money, he either disconnected his phone or blocked our numbers and never even attempted calling us back. Now considering this place, it’s too expensive for what it is. I hope anyone reading this reconsiders this place twice.

Beautiful Hall.. It was very big. Was very nice and classy looking had a huge dance floor.. It was on second floor you take elevator up.. Restrooms were quite nice.. It b had its on parking lot in the back so your becomes are safe.. Nice

Were do I start, first and foremost I would like to thank you guys for making my daughter special day wonderful. It was a easy process straight forward explains everything in detail very professional and on time also works with you. Hall is very beautiful. Always making up dates. Food is fantastic, waiters are very kind and professional as well as the bartender and all staff included. All my guess were in love with the hall. Everything from food, photographer, decorations, restrooms, kitchen even there elevator is nice and elegant. You know when they say you get what you pay for? Well I think I got what I pay for and more! Once again cant thank you guys enough and to the people looking for a hall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HALL YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN ALLAN.

Beautiful place,elegant and affordable

Fairly decent hall, not too shabby. Quite pricey for what it is but its the best youre getting in the area. Juan is very attentive nonetheless

Attended a 15 last night which took place here. It was beautiful and all but when we tasted the food, it was not so good and was served cold. The location is not so great. But the waiters were very attentive and respectful.

I cannot express enough how thankful we are to have chosen this hall. The process was simple, the prices were affordable, and there was plenty of parking for our guests. I loved the hall. It is elegant and beautiful!! My sweet 15 was here and my friend loved it so much, she recently had her 15 here too.

Sinai is a wonderful place to have a party! My daughters Sweet 16 was here. Food was amazing, decor was elegant, and the venue is beautiful! Allan was so helpful and made the process so easy for my family and I. We highly recommend this banquet hall! If you want a beautiful place, with a great price, and extraordinary customer service... This is the place to go! Thank you to Allan and his staff for making my daughters dreams come true!

This place is really good ! The food was very amazing the service omg excellent best I could ever ask for they were very kind. I had an amazing time best day of my life my quince was the best. I Really RECOMMEND IT!! very affordable as well. Thank you very much to Alan he was with me and my family all the way in this quince journey of mine he was very professional.

Wonderful hall with great service. The food they offer is delicious, their decorations are flawless and they have so many color options for your tablecloths. Their service is great, they have beautiful chairs, and affordable packages to fit your budget.

Worst banquet hall ever. Yes the place is beautiful, and the decorations are amazing but lets talk about how when the waiters are suppose to be attending the guests. They arent there they are chilling in the kitchen. I literally had to go and tell them to serve people and brink drinks to the table. There isnt any air conditioning so it gets extremely hot. Once everything is over and its time for you to get your stuff. As in pictures, movies and stuff like that, you have to be on there ass so you could get them. They didnt give me my stuff until 5 months passed. It wasnt even high quality things for the price we payed for. The owners are rude and they dont seem to care once they are fully payed.

My daughters quinceañera was this weekend and my guest absolutely loved the place 🤩

This Banquet Hall serves bad quality food. One of the bartenders there gets drunk while working which I believe is unprofessional. The Balet parking guy was charging people for parking which I also think that is rude because we are the ones that are paying them for the service. I dont recommend this place at all.

Besides the neighborhood where it is located and few parking spaces, this is a very Nice place to have your wedding or quinceañera reception.

Its a good place to make an event... Specially 15 añeras weddings, reunions... Etc, etc.

First of all I want to thank Mr. Allan, he is a very attentive and helpful person. He was with us from beginning to end of the event, he lent himself to help me with everything I asked of him.My event was just a few days ago and everything was very good, everyone is very friendly and a very good service from the parking lot, security, waiters and each member of the staff with none of us had any inconvenience.All my guests felt comfortable and well looked after.I recommend this place 100% besides being beautiful and clean they have a very good service.

I had my event last June 25 the service was excellent Alan a very professional person the waiters very friendly and helpful the bartender very well the DJ very good atmosphere the security service very well my guests were very satisfied with the food the drinks I can only say thank you 100% recommended

For there I read the comment of a Mr. Lucas saying that Mr. Alan does not want to return the money or deposit of his event, and call the media.For these types of people we are as we are in what head it is for this mr to say that.In this case, what is done is to postpone the event to a new date, be more consistent and not so bad, since small entrepreneurs are being affected to the point that many are going to have to close.We had an event in that room and the spectacular service and Mr. Alan very attentive, very professional, we were very happy and satisfied, to the point that we are going to do another event this year in August. We talked with Mr. Alan to see if it was possible to postpone the event and he very kindly told us that if and when he had news for when he could operate he would assign us a new date.Thank you Mr Alan.Note: this is a time when we all must apollate since it is no ones fault.
