I asked for an appointment for a deep condition for long hair. I was quoted $20. And when I went to pay I had to pay $45 instead. A more than double markup and nothing said until the end.If you do decide to go here I recommend making a appointment first and let them see how thick your hair is and how long your hair is because you will be charged extra without knowing. And probably getting a price quote in writing would probably be smart.The lady Karen, who actually did my hair was nice.

Kenyra was amazing! My daughter has wanted her hair cut real short for a long time now. Everytime we have had it cut everyone else is too nervous to cut it they way she wants. Kenyra finally listened to my daughter and cut it exactly as she wanted it! She also squeezed in enough time to bleach her hair, so it truly was exactly how she had invisioned it! Thank you so very much!!

I had an appointment with Anna and she was amazing. Not only did I finally connect with a hair stylist that listened and delivered exactly what I wanted done with my hair.Anna was a true sweetheart and made me feel right at home and relaxed the whole time.I rarely go anywhere because of my anxiety and its hard for me to be able to stay in a certain place for to long and Anna with her awesome attitude and energetic energy made my time there pleasant.I highly recommend Anna she is the best I finally have a stylist that I will always go back to.

Called, made appointment (first one at this salon & was so excited to try a new place!). Reviews and photos were great!! I told whoever booked it exactly what I wanted (cut, root touch up, balayage). Showed up for my appt the next day (left work early and even got to my appt early) and Betty, who I was booked with, said I dont have time for all of that when she asked me what I wanted. She didnt even greet me with a hello. First of all, dont you look at your appts before your day gets started? If you didnt have time, call me prior so I dont leave my job early for nothing! I was so blown away I ended up leaving. Why require appts if theyre just going to treat you like this? Never going back and letting everyone know how terrible this service was.Owner just responded saying they dont have a stylist named Betty, but I called and made this appt. of May 2021 - either way, what happened was JUST TWO MONTHS AGO and pretty pathetic on the businesses end, as well as the stylist.

So it took me 6 hours to get my hair done today, it came out great and I like it but I had wanted it to be a little lighter. This process shouldve only taken 2-3 hours and instead I sat there for 6. My shoulders and back ended up locking several times because of how long I sat in certain positions. They were super nice and kind but they didnt check in on my hair nor did they take it out on time. Also Im pretty sure my scalp is going to hurt for awhile im assuming my scalp had way too much done to my hair in such a long amount of time thats why it felt like my scalping was Burning when the lady put toner in my hair.. Soo thats why I gave them 3 stars!

While its not the hottest of spaces, the stylists are on point. There isnt anything I havent seen them accomplish. Whether its just a trim or clean up on a military cut, to full on creative color in a beard. Whether your hair is long, short, ethnic, thin, full, straight, coarse or curly. Extensions, eyebrows or just a wash and style for that special event. This is my go to place.

I have been going to Tiffany for 8 plus years. She is amazing! I have had my hair so many lengths, colors, and styles and shes always right on point. Shes organized and is very competitive with price. I have no idea how she could get bad reviews unless someone is just crazy! I always get compliments from friends, family, and other friends who are also hair stylists. I would always recommend her to anyone with any needs. You can feel comfortable going with her.

We love Betty Garcia! After seeing her, my hair not only looks great, but I have a better idea why it does this and that and know how to take care of it. Shes the only stylist I trust completely. Well never go anywhere else!

Karen is amazing! I dont normally go to this salon but I desperately needed a trim. She got me in the next day and did the most PERFECT trim Ive ever gotten. She did exactly what I wanted without me even having to explain it. Got rid of all my split ends without really taking any length. I was super impressed!!

I had some bad experiences with other salons when I first moved to Layton. When I walked in for my first visit with Caryn the stylist, my hair was orange when it was supposed to be red (from a now closed salon). Caryn fixed the color and she has been styling me ever since. Ive had several different looks over the years thanks to Raw Image and the suggestions of stylists. Highly recommended.

Dont ever come here! Tiffany left bleach In my hair for 4 hours and left me with severe breakage and bald spots! My hair is also orange and brassy! The owner did nothing. I was told, Whats done is done. Unbelievable! Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
