Christina in particular is great at her job! The cut was quick, clean, and looks great. In addition, she made conversation instead of the awkward silence of so many other places. Overall a great experience!

Karlee had to put up with a picky customer before me and she handled it very professionally and courteously! When IT was my turn she had a big smile and was very friendly! She did an excellent job cutting my hair and went the extra mile on the wash with what I call The man spa! (Hot tea tree soaked towel over my face while washing my hair! Every man needs some pampering now and again! ). All in all she was perfect!

I was stressed with working so much and never finding time to go in and get my hair cut Jessica helped me out on my high and tight hair cut. Did a fantastic job I was in and out in no time and booked on Google maps. I usually love making conversation but it was a quiet cut and relaxing Shampoo/Cut that was much needed. Went and got my bangs trimmed, and they turned out a little funky. I came back in to get them fixed, and they still didnt quite look right, but I didnt say anything. I had originally left pretty negative review, but the owners had reached out and resolved the problem. It really meant a lot that they were willing to help me feel better, and work with me.

I left an initial bad review about my son’s haircut—the stylist who worked on my son’s hair is not as experienced. When I came home, I fixed it myself. Various people reached out to me this afternoon to see how to fix it or to refund me my money. Because I fixed my son’s hair myself when I got home, I got a refund.Customer care is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the store is very clean. The women I was with is named Kari and she was very nice and kind, had long hair for 2 months and she cut it up super fast she knew what she was doing and even showed me what hair styles is which. Serves their is really fast and amazing and everyone was super nice!!!!!

I have gone to Supercuts for most of my haircuts the last 5 or 6 years. Staff does a good job. One year ago, the cost was $16 for a haircut. The last couple months I paid $20. Today, I paid $22 (not including tip!). A 40% increase in one year is absurd. Great Clips in my area still charges $16, and also has a good, trained staff. I will now take my business where I do not get overcharged for the same service I can get elsewhere.

Kari is the best. Shes been my stylist for years and will not disappoint. Candace is also a Rockstar.New ownership has also stepped up to remodel and make the experience nicer.

The young woman who took care of me today, totally made my day. She was thoughtful, kind and insightful for someone so young. She took what was a decent haircut and turned it into a phenomenal haircut. I left feeling sweetly pampered. I enjoyed the conversation she and I had, she listened more than spoke since I had had too much caffeine this morning. Which she gently tolerated. It was a great experience and I would encourage all women to go pamper themselves at the Supercuts. Great value, great service, great environment. You will leave feeling like a million bucks.

One of the ladies who was working there was flirting heavily with the male she was grooming. It also appeared that she had her coworker do all the work while she was with her client. The lady who did cut my hair was wonderful very pleasant with conversation. She was resourceful. I always get a good cut here.

Kari was extremely polite, professional and did an amazing job cutting my hair.

I made an appointment for 10am and they didnt even seat me until 11am...are you kidding me? An entire hour of waiting! Then I was schedule for a shampoo, cut, and style. I sat down and I explained the cut and that I wanted some layers. She then proceeded to cut my hair DRY! No shampoo like I wanted and she didnt even spray my hair with water. No salon that Ive ever been to has cut my hair DRY! Then to top it all off, she said Well, your hair is so fine that I dont think you should layer it. I specifically asked for layers and she ignored my wishes. She then took off my cover and said Okay, looks cute and wheeled me around, signaling she was done. There wasnt a chance for me to even okay/approve her work. When I got home and looked in the mirror, there were multiple areas that were uneven and just plain awful. Needless to say, I WIILL NEVER VISIT THIS SALON AGAIN!

So disappointed with this super cuts. I had my roommate help me fix my hair because I didn’t want to go back. The colour turned out fine, but the cut was so uneven that it was embarrassing. The ‘bangs’ were about an inch off on either side and my ends had at least an inch and half difference.

The hairstylist is very nice, and cutted my hair real good!

I asked for a zero on the sides and she went extremely high on the top and it looks terrible and I’ve gotten laughed at every single day worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life.

I wish I could post a picture of the back of my head I left a good tip and didnt know how messed up it was untill I got home and my wife told me. Got an ear full at work too🤦‍♂️ not to mention theyve raised their price for a haircut $20......Update** prices went up again 22$ but I’ve increased my review because I went back and the lady who cut my hair no longer works there. I think the one who cut my hair this time name was Kayla but does a really good job especially if you know what’s wrong and let her know. I think it depends on who you get. you can make request on who cuts your hair so I think I’ll be doing that from now on.

We went to another Supercuts and the stylist there did a horrific job on a my fiancé’s haircut. We went into this location to see if there was anyway they could fix it. Kari very generously got us in fast, fixed it, and did an amazing job! It looks so much better. We will be coming to this location from now on.

I don’t know what even happened to my poor man’s head but I honestly cried when he got home. What in the actual hell is this? What did he do to deserve this jagged bowl cut from hell? I get that it’s cheap but like, do they even bother to send you through hair school? What a joke.

Walked in at 4pm today told them I would like a cut and color . Was asked if I could wait until 4:30 no problem waited until 4:45 .I get in the chair and asked about the color the girl says oh we cant do both we close at 6. Then why have me sit there for 45 minutes ?? Not sure I will be back..

I havent had my hair cut since I was 7 and Im 21 and I went here and I enjoyed my experience I had Candice and she did an absolutely amazing job with cutting my hair and helping me get rid of all the super damaged ends. She was so great and super kind. Next time I need a haircut I know where to go.

The haircut was great. Only complaint is this store doesnt accept the supercuts text coupon . I came in because I had a super Tuesday coupon and after my wife and I got a cut a showed the coupon to the associate. She kindly replied that the owner doesnt accept them. This made an akward moment to say the least. No ware in the store does it say they dont accept coupons. The text did say Layton supercuts. How would a consumer know which site and why should it matter. Ultimately the onsite manager did the price adjustment but not without a little pushback from me. The owner needs to either state before going in with a sign that says they dont participate in Supercuts text, the other Layton and kaysville store do, so unfortunately I dont find myself going back here not because of the haircut but because of the haircuts are already kinda expensive and not to honor the other stores coupon was sad. I guess this is why the other stores are more busy.Side note, while I was getting a hair cut a man came in wanting a hair cut, she goes to the screen and says they are booked for the night. He left. Ten minutes later another person comes in asking for a haircut and she said it will be about 30 mins..he stayed...whats up with that...

I love this place, but I wont keep coming if you guys cant get better staffed. Theres one girl here, Sarah, and shes freaking awesome for being here by herself with a line of people waiting. Personally, Sarah needs to have her own hair Salon!

Although the lady that did my hair cut and styled it for me was super nice, I left upset because I went in for a simple trim, wash and style.I got charged $47! I could have went ANYWHERE else, even a high end salon and paid that amount to have color put in my hair. She only trimmed off a 1/2 inch, did a light blow dry and styled it. My hair is not very long an I just don’t understand how I spent over $50 (after tip) on such a simple service...

I had a real good experience! I don’t remember my stylists name, (Cheryl maybe? It started with a C). But she did an awesome job, and helped me figure out a new haircut. Nice and clean environment, friendly staff. A little pricey, but I felt like it was worth it!

Management is ridiculous. The manager at this location is very rude, and very slow. It took almost 45 minutes for a simple mens haircut just to take a little off the sides. And during the haircut all she did was complain. All the other stylists that were working seemed fantastic. I wish I would have gotten one of them so that this review would have been better

NEVER again. I went to have my eyebrows CLEANED UP. I have a really pretty natural arch and she made my eyebrows completely straight across and waxed half my eyebrow so its only from my pupil over. Theyre very thin when I SPECIFICALLY told her yes, I want them to stay this thick. They are now pencil thin. SUPER upset.

Had a bad experience at the Walmart barber and went to Super Cuts just a few minutes before they were closing because of an emergency. They took me in and gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Havent been anywhere else since. Highly recommend checking them out!

I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. I have always been welcomed in the door with a smile and prompt service. Krystal is the most amazing stylist Ive ever had. Ive been going to her for over a year now and I wont let anyone else touch my hair. I went in wanting a cut and some advice on my already horrific self-done color. Kari was amazing!!! She helped me get where I wanted with my color and cut! Even though her shift was over she made sure I looked amazing before I walked out!

My son and I have been using this salon regularly for about a year now and neither one of us have ever gotten a bad hair cut. The stylist that cuts our hair is friendly and very concerned that we have a good experience each time we visit. Its somewhat busy because the stylists and location are great, but I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a cut.

I was there yesterday and I waited for 30 mins and when it was my turn I got stepped over because their friend came walked in and took them. They told me it was because they came in 2 hour before but left. So if you go you better hope someone didnt go before but then returned when they wanted to so they can cut infrount of everyone.
