First time I took my son we had a great experience. Second time the barber way was behind so my son only got a 10 minute haircut. Third time the barber was on time but still only a 10 minute haircut. When I booked the appointment it states a 45 minute appointment, clearly 2 out of the 3 times was not even close to 45 minutes. Would not recommend this place .

Worst haircut of my life. Id rather go back to when I was a kid and mom shaved my head. Not at all what I asked for and uneven. . I understand that with appointments are preferred, but dont advertise walk ins welcome if youre going to require an appointment.

Had an appt that I never even got to sit for since the barber was talkin and talking and not cutting hair. Waited for 25 minutes.

Just had my haircut by Matt Santos. Very talented and very professional. He will be doing my haircuts from now on. I would get on Matts schedule before he gets too booked.

Temper fade with no fade. Line up barely done. Sad part is it took 50 minutes.

Not recommended, I show the barber a picture of my self on how I wanted my fade, at the end the hair cut didnt look at all of the hair cut that I show him on the picture. Barber was hesitating with the clippers like he didnt know what he was doing. Not sure if the guy is new but the hair cut was really bad. If I could give it a -1 I would.

All of the barbers do an excellent job. Its a popular place but the text based scheduling system lets you know when your time is getting close. Recommend trying the good Korean restaurant next door while you wait for your turn.

Family friendly shop. I get my hair cut by Danny and he always get me really crispy. They are always busy but they do have an app that you can check in before you go.

They do great work. Like the atmosphere. It is simple yet comfortable.

I was on the waitlist for over an hour before closing on a Sunday. I was not notified of the barbers being unable to take my appointment until I walked in the shop. Waste of my time.

This is the second time Ive been to this barber shop. I explain what kind of cut and show a photo of what I want before they start. They have messed up my hair both times. I will never go to them again.

Was a decent haircut but for $20, I shouldnt have little stragglers left behind and when I ask to get lined up and dont. Also coming home with hair all down my back isnt something that has never happened. Kinda sad, I actually liked this location due to how convenient it was but I think imma have to find another barber shop. Thanks anyways

I was nervous to take my kids there. Sometimes its a bunch of young guys. I hadnt heard of kids going there. But now thats the only place i want to take my kids. Katy works very well with my son. And she just did my daughters first haircut at 1 year old.

The worst and the waiting time is just absolutely horrible. I’ve been to varies Archie Barber shops. Many of which are great. The service and waiting time is awesome. Some days may be busier than others, but with the waiting time still being short. Not this place when compared to the others.

Ive given this place a few chances because its closest to the base. Whether or not you sign in to their waitwhile, prepare to wait at least an hour. Usually ask for a low fade that ends up way above the ear. Today I asked one of the more experienced barbers here for a mid fade and I got off the chair looking like kid and play if their hair had a baby.

5 stars all day! Everyone is top notch! Best haircuts in town!
