Omg I love this place!! Marcus is absolutely the guy to go to for an amazing haircut and experience! My son goes to Marcus so I decided to take my grandson’s. They loved it and could not stop raving about how awesome their hair looked. They were fighting over who’s hair looked and felt better. I loved them both of course because their my grandsons but also Marcus was wonderful with both of them. They can’t stop touching and looking at their hair. Thank you Marcus for making their day! Terrible experience. Was growing my hair out for a year and a half and the first time I decided to cut my hair I went to Juan. Worst decision. The first 2 pics are from him. The second two are from the wonderful women who saved my hair.

Marcus no-showed.I booked an appointment through ManCaves website. My appointment was accepted.I was asked to re-confirm my appointment through text, 4 days before haircut, which I promptly did.I got email reminders making sure I knew my appointment was coming up.On the day of my haircut, I was dealing with a half dozen urgent issues at work, but still stepped away - because it is important to me to keep my appointments. When I arrived, Marcus wasnt there. The soonest the shop could get me in as a walk-in was 1.5 hours after my appointment.In a world with text, with emails, a professional no-showing appointments is a permanent deal-breaker for me. I dont know what Marcus had going on in his life, and who knows it may have been something big. A ten second text could have saved me 20 minutes driving back and forth across town on a busy day.

What ever you do, DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT from Jessica. You’ll regret it and end up getting your hair fixed somewhere else. Went in for a bald fade, even showed her a picture of what I was looking to get done and she totally did not give me the haircut I requested. I asked her to blend in the fade more and she left lines and an uneven fade. She’s needs to go back to barber school or choose another profession.

Ive been going to Mancave since it opened. Mancave is a great experience, after going to some less than stellar shops in the past. I always receive a great cut and Marcus keeps the shop lively and is friendly! Id give Mancave 10 stars if I could!

Nice place, good vibes, terrible cut. I went in with 8 inches of hair on my head, a picture of a medium length cut for him to use as a reference, and told him that I wanted to keep half the length on top.. and I still ended up with a cut that was criminally short. I wasn’t expecting an exact replica of my reference picture, but Juan messed me up bad by cutting my hair wayyy too short. All of the staff seemed skilled but I felt that Juan lacked communication.

I attended a day like today, the truth is I was disappointed with the service I started by calling and making my appointment, when I got to the store they said that they did not know anything about my appointment, they commented that a telephone confirmation had to have come to me that never arrived. They welcomed me and cut my hair very quickly and the truth was disappointing because they cut it in 10 minutes and the service was terrible. It had been recommended to me but it was apparently disappointing.

Angelo kills it! I have never had a bad cut with him and he always delivers a great result. Highly recommend him and the ManCave Barbershop.

Fantastic service. Called 40 minutes before to try and find a spot and they were immediately available. Not knowing exactly what I wanted Juan was able to help me out with my hair and facial hair as well as give me some shaving advice for reducing irritation around my neck.

Angelo killed it! I’ve been to a lot of barber shops around salt lake and Layton and Angelo gave me hands down the best fade I’ve ever had!

I can guarantee that each barber will give you an amazing cut that will leave you in awe. Marcus is the barber that I have always gone to and I dont even need to tell him what I want. If you ask for something specific, they will deliver. If you ask for something bland, they will spice it up and make you look like a superstar. I would give more stars but Im limited to 5. I highly recommend this establishment.

I got a haircut here and it was okay. It felt like they didn’t listen to what I wanted done with my hair and I wish they would of done a better job.

Very friendly and a great atmosphere but a simple haircut took over an hour and the side taper was uneven.

Today was my first time here at Man Cave Barbershop, it is by far one of the best barbershops in Utah. I have been searching for someone in Utah for years to do a simple Fade and at last i have found them here! Kevin did my cut and the fade was clean and exactly how i wanted it. Tried to charge us $5 for a throw away mask if we wanted an appointment.YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.Taking our business elsewhere.In response. - No worries, we found another shop and they only charged $1 for a mask (because that’s how much they actually cost). Also, if you cared so much about your customers/barbers health, y’all wouldn’t have kept taking your masks off to talk to each other. Just in the short 5mins we were in there, 3 different barbers did it! LOLGod bless.

I asked for a mohawk, i even showed them a picture of what I wanted and he shaved the side so short! It looked terrible! There was no fade whatsoever. It was so bad, he didn’t charge me, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one.

This barber shop is THE BEST in the area. I was a walk-in one day when I stumbled on this place. I have never looked back. Marcus, who cuts my hair is awesome. I have also watched him cut kids hair. He is excellent & does a very professional job.You can watch sports on any one of several big screen TVs or a movie in the theater in the back.There is a pool table, an air hockey table, & ping pong table.You can make an appt. or walk in & play a game of pool while you wait or just hang out & chew the fat.This barber shop rocks!

I never knew I had an inferior haircut until I meet Shelly, the knowledge and skill she has in her field are truly outstanding to any Ive experienced before. Its 90+ miles from my home and Ill gladly make the drive for a superior haircut&beard trim. Super friendly as well, but thats just what you get from a country girl at heart.

Mancave Barbershop is the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to many of the shops across northern Utah, as well as other shops in Reno, NV, and Mancave is by far the best. Most other places all follow the same template day in and day out, but Marcus is doing something different with his shop. He’s cut from a different cloth by being an excellent barber, a great guy, and an entrepreneur with a great mentality. The cuts aren’t rushed, he shows you what he’s doing, and he puts in extra work on your hair to make it look better than you could’ve expected. If other barbers at other shops are giving 40% effort, Marcus is giving 100%.

Boyfriend loves this place. We’ve been there twice and think it’s the greatest. They have a pool table and a hockey table for you while you wait. You can buy treats and soda. Their service is so great and the cuts look so good. Just the best place. The only place worth going to.

Jacob did a great job on my hair and Marcus on my son’s hair. Shelly also did an awesome job on 2 year old’s first haircut. Definitely recommend going for a sick skin fade or an awesome scissor cut.

Lil man’s fresh line up thanks to Marcus 💈. My son took a nap through it all. Which if you know him.. he doesn’t sleep lol. Shows how at ease and relaxing the process was for him. You guys need to come check Marcus out. His side shave designs for women are also sick.

Just got a fade and beard trim by Marcus and it’s definitely the best cut I’ve had in a long time and by far the best experience, the shop is very clean organized and spacious. Marcus’ was personable, super detailed and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. This place was great Marcus knows what he is doing! I havent had a hair cut in 10 years because no one could do it right, now I will be going into Man Cave every 2 weeks he even explains what he is doing so that way you know nothing will get messed up. Hes great with kids cuts too he gave my 18 month old a trim and it went way better than I could have ever imagined.
