Awful, absolutely awful. They sent a repairman to look at our refrigerator. He ordered the parts and said theyd return in a few days to install them. I stayed home from 8-5 and they never showed up. I called and was told they would return in 5 days. So once again I stay home and once again they never showed up. I contacted Best Buy where I bought the fridge and warranty twice and they have yet to contact me. I am so disappointed in Best Buy. I would advise anyone who needs appliance repair to stay away from Sears Appliance Repair. They are unreliable and unprofessional.
