Daniel Taylor made an assessment of the situation and repaired very efficiently. He also did a safety and diagnostic checklist and made sure the system is running smoothly. He cares and takes pride in his job and did everything to make sure the system is working.

From the receptionist to the installers, these professionals were knowledgeable, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, worked with us in supplying temporary cooling while awaiting the new unit and checked on us after all was done to make certain everything was working properly. I am very pleased with Robinson Air and would recommend them to everyone.

I called after my AC broke down on a Saturday. They were very cordial and responsive to my request for services. Mike called to let me know when he was on his way to my home. Therefore, we were prepared for his arrival. Upon his arrival, he was conversant without wasting any time. He asked for our observations concerning the AC and, then, performed tests. Afterward, he explained the testing and what it told him. He described the broken part and its purpose. Mike replaced the broken part on the outside compressor unit and explained each step of the process as he was doing it. In addition, he checked out the entire system even though he had to crawl the length of the house in the attic. Finally, Mike answered our questions thoughtfully and clearly. Overall, I am glad that I chose to try Robinson Air because of a family member recommended them.

I had called Robinson Air to do a free estimate on some plumbing work at my house mostly I wanted to see if the first company was giving me a fair price or ripping me off. After meeting the plumber and explaining everything the first companies leaked detection told me he gave me an estimate that was less than a third of the price absolutely amazing to work with. I scheduled a appointment to get the plumbing fixed that same day for the following week. They were really easy to work with they were super friendly super helpful gave plenty of advice and recommendations for other things but focus on just getting the job done made sure I didnt have any more leaks gave me a super super affordable price I couldnt be happier with their service. Definitely will be going back for future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Tech arrived on Sunday Morning 10am just as I was told he would. Went right to work to identify and correct the problem with my AC unit. My drip pan was full causing the float to rise and shut down my unit. The tech corrected the problem quickly. However, had to use my carpet cleaner to suck the condensation from the pan, his shop vac was inoperative. Overall good experience. Price was understandable considering it was a Sunday Morning repair. Very satisfied customer

Our technician was Will and he was friendly and professional, and did a good job explaining things in an understandable way. Overall the value for a routine checkup seems really good, especially as compared to repairs down the road if the unit isnt maintained.

RIP OFF ALERT. they quoted me over 9000 dollars just to replace my inside and outside unit with a 2.5 ton unit no duct work included. when you can get a complete 2.5 ton unit from lowes for 2000 dollars. what the hell was the other 7200 dollars for? dont know how there still in business with those prices, shop around guys.

An appointment was scheduled for me between 8 and 10. No one showed up or called. Around 11:10 we called them and was informed the technician was running late and would be by before 12. AT 12:16 we called them because we had not heard anything and was informed they would check into it. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT ALL TOGETHER . We had other plans scheduled at 1 to be somewhere else which we could not cancel. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED BY THIS COMPANY.If this company had called us to let us know the technician was going to be late, we could have made other arrangements to do other things that we needed to do. The commercials and advertising does not match what they practice.

Normally I would not write a negative review. I would just not use that person or company again. However, I feel I must share my experience with my first ever call to Robinson Air for service on my a/c. When the technician arrived at my home I explained that my blower motor was not working. He made a list of everything that needed attention on my a/c unit. He stated that I should seriously consider a new system, gave me a $65 Invoice (which I paid) then told me he would have to get back with me on the availability of a replacement blower motor. He also told me he would have someone contact me about options for total replacement. My house had been almost 90 degrees for several days so I was desperate to get my a/c repaired so my house could cool down. I never got a call back from anyone. I called another company and within two hours of the technician arriving at my home I had my a/c repaired and my house was cooling down. I won’t mention the name of the other company because I don’t feel that would be respectful of Robinson Air but I have posted a rating and review on their web page. The last thing I want to say is how disappointed I am with the overall experience. I have watched many TV commercials about Robinson Air. I’m sure the owner is the most comfortable man in the world but I would suggest he work a little harder to help make his customers just as comfortable.
