He did a good job on routine service of my washer and dryer. Very reasonably priced. Will use again.

Came earlier than scheduled, ordered the part we needed for our fridge immediately and came back to install it the next day! Prompt and friendly service, something that is hard to find these days! Definitely will use them from now on.

I called Jim August 24 in the morning and he said he would come out that afternoon and look at my washer. He arrived around 5pm told me what was wrong with it and that the part needed to be ordered and said it would be here Thursday 8/26 I gave him the go ahead to order the part and he said to call him in on Friday 8/27. I called him Thursday evening at 8:42pm to make sure the part came in he assured me it had and that he would be here tomorrow between 1pm and 5pm. Waited from 12:30pm to 5:34 Jim still hadn’t showed up, called him at 5:34, called again at 5:37pm no answer sent a text at 5:37pm asking if he was still coming and why he hadn’t called to let me know that he was running late or that he wasn’t coming…still no response, called again at 5:38pm still no answer…sent another text at 6:42pm telling him how unprofessional he is that he could have let me know if he wasn’t coming so I could have gotten someone else out here. I now have to wait until Monday to call someone else to come look at it and more than likely have to order the part and wait even longer to get my washer fixed. I have 3 children plus myself that require laundry to be washed. I would never use this man so extremely unprofessional.

He is part of Sears contract and Home shield brags about the money he received they pay good he goes fifty miles radius to leave you hanging for two days and then says it was Sears fault they say he took ownership of the work order he did not full fill even after verbally talking and telling me on Tuesday following Memorial of he would reschedule and be on my doorstep on Tuesday because he had family coming the Friday he was scheduled yet I took off two days of work and he never called or showed Sears could not contact him literally brushed the consumer off after I have him physically talking on the phone to me and my husband number was contacted as well.

NEVER call this person for appliance repair! He answered my phone call and stated that he would be at my home on Tuesday, the 14th of April, he never showed up nor called. I tried to call him repeatedly to see what happened or to reschedule. Lo and behold, this guy shows up Tursday, the 16th about 10 AM and tells me that he is here to inspect my AC unit for the insurance company. I should have have kicked him out of my house at that very point but decided to let him inspect the HVAC system. As expected, he sided with the insurance company, stating that my HVAC unit malfunction was due to wear and tear rather than a major lightning strike that took out two complete breaker panels on my property. BEWARE OF SHADY REPAIRMEN!!! Thank God I had already received an inspection from a reputable local company.

Jim is reliable and honest in his work. Hard to find these days.

Will 100% be using him from now on, went above and beyond!
