Technician- Reno H- was very professional and informative about the installation process. Kept all appointments on time or early. Gave detailed instructions about the unit and even had to contact him on a holiday on his day off and answered my husband’s questions. Very happy with the service I received. These people are criminals that will try to take advantage of women and old people. They refused to fix my AC unit, and told me all they could do is sell me a unit for 8k. The home is only 600 sqft. I ended up paying 5k from another company for a new unit. I would stay away from these criminals that over charge.

After the 3rd time over a span of one year - only because they were trying to help us save money - it was recommended that we get a new system. Mr Burk himself came out to explain what needed to be done, how it could be done, what discounts were available and what they could do to help.It should also be noted that the monthly maintenance plan offers are not just used to get extra money out of you. Dependant on the plan you have, the more options available. With our plan and before our new system was installed, they literally came out in the middle of the night to fix an issue!To this day, we ONLY recommend J & J Burk - from 8 to 8, the same great rate!

Very prompt, professional and courteous service by Langston.

This guys have been absolutely phenomenal. I called for broken A/C unit on Friday 4:30 pm and we got it fixed within next hour or so. Filters changed and even they came extra to put additional filter 2 days later. We used to use Wichita-Snider Mechanical for few years but at the end they keep charging again for fixing the some unit and ignored water leaking from the unit, even if I specifically told them too. Anyway I am more than impressed and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
