I tried to call them twice because I was told they would try to come out yesterday but no one ever showed, so I called j&j burk instead just to be told by them that the freon in my unit is Contaminated because of the freon that Mr. Fix it had put in there. So honestly Mr. Fix it needs to come and drain and recharge my freon with some that is not going to ruin my condenser in the long run free of charge because they are the only ones that have put freon in my unit.

I have used My Mr. Fixit several times for a variety of repairs. Hes fixed my HVAC twice (once for the AC, once for heating on separate instances), he installed my thermostat and installed my new microwave. He is very professional but just as kind and warm. He is very good at his job and was able to get everything in tip top shape quickly. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Ive had others come out for repairs with disappointing results. If My Mr. Fixit is available in your area, he is certainly the guy to call.

Great quality service and he definitely helped our entire household by offering a great deal. What should have cost us over $400 he was able to lower to an affordable payment and he helped us get our air conditioner running within an hour. Something thats unheard of. Hes a very good businessman and we would refer his services to anyone needing air conditioning help.

Mr. Dahl was excellent when it came to checking to see if my old dishwasher was salvageable (it wasnt), and then installing my new one after several delays with delivery from the store. I will definitely use him again when I need any appliance repairs.

Had a dryer get damaged on a move down here. Took a while mostly due to the moving company not wanting to pay out. Jim was patient and willing to hold on to the dryer while we waited. Once the piece showed up it was broken, Jim had a new piece delivered next day and installed it while I was their. Responsive to calls/texts and willing to deliver finished products. Would recommend

We had to replace our geothermal unit 3 years ago while we lived in Oklahoma. Mr Fix It was the company that our home warranty service made us use. The technician came to our house wearing a gun, was unprofessional and spent extra time with instillation because he didnt know the equipment. We had to call them back several times because the unit want working properly. We rarely saw them before 4 pm and they would scratch their heads and not fix it. We finally had to call another company out who determined that there has been an instillation error. They fixed it but we had to pay for that work ourselves. If we ever move back to this area I would personally not use this company.

A wonderful experience with Jim, he takes his job very personaland will not stop until he and you are satisfied that everything isrunning perfect. Those type of servicemen are few and far between.He is definitely a credit to his profession, we need more like him.

We worked with this company on multiple of our rent houses in Altus and were always happy with the result and they were always friendly to our tenants and made sure the issue is taken care of as soon as possible

This company was called out twice to my residence for a possible gas leak in my heating/a.c. unit. The guy who responded both times spent less than five minutes inspecting the unit, then stated it was the vent, added more tape to the connection points, and left. Both calls. Same diagnosis. He was more concerned about getting to his kids Cub Scout meeting (his words) than taking care of the safety of my household and family. I had to pay for another company to come inspect my unit. They were very professional, ran several tests, with the end result being a complete replacement of the unit. I’ll NEVER recommend My Mr. Fixit to anyone for any reason.

Mr Fixit diagnosed and fixed my furnace the first time, and is a true professional. The contractor before him, told me i had to replace my entire furnace, so I appreciate the honesty and professionalism from Mr. Fixit.

Jim is a great guy and worker. He is very friendly and professional.When I first bought my house in the lawton area we skipped on the more expensive inspections as first time buyers. The stove barely worked, the heating and air was ancient, my old fridge, washer and dryer were all hand me downs from family. I was referred to Jim by a friend. Jim came out to look at the heating and air and ended up replacing and upgrading the entire system. He has since repaired almost every appliance in my house. He worked with me every step of the way. He was there when he said he would be and told me about costs upfront.He also gave me a chance a few years ago when i was in a dead end job. No other companies in the area would employ me for heating and air because I had no experience. Jim gave me a job and I learned a lot. After a year heating and air wasnt quite the right fit for me though and I moved on but Jim is still my first call when I need work done. He still comes out 2 times a year to service my heating and air.

Ive only had the opportunity to use Mr. Fixit once. I was very pleased with their service all the way around. I needed a new compressor for my AC. They came out and fixed everything in one day.

Came in and did what we thought was a good job on a heating AC unit only to find out they didnt put an equivalent unit into what we had did a poor insulation on it and then we started having problems with it refused to answer the phone calls.. and or return messages I cannot in good conscience tell anybody to use my mr. Youve heard the old cliche, fast and friendly? This really applies to my Mr Fixit. I would recommend them to everyone. And what I really liked about him, was the fact that he kept his word. I also have to add honest to the comment. In addition to my dishwasher that he fixed, I had a dryer that didnt work. He came in and looked at it. The vent hose was full of water and the vent opening was clogged with lint. He showed me how to suction it out. I got up the water and Wallah, my dryer was working! Then he told me how to vent my dryer properly so that I could extend the life of it. It felt like one of those good doctor visits. You know you going to be okay and that you have enough knowledge to take care of yourself. Thats exactly how I felt.

Jim was a subcontractor hired by a GC that was remodeling a property I had in Lawton. I had to let the GC go, for several reasons, and he had refused to pay Jim for the work he had done. Because Jim’s loyalty was towards the GC, he then decided that I was to be responsible for the payment, despite having a SIGNED CONTRACT stating that the GC was responsible for paying all subcontractors. Apparently Jim thought I was the only viable option to get payment from, so he filed an illegal lien on my property. Since I do not live in Lawton, and I am not a “local”, I didn’t have the time to fight the lien with the county. Without any sort of remorse or consideration to the position I was left in due to the GC, Jim felt that because I had the money to pay, that I should pay, despite the laws of the State of Oklahoma and my signed contract with the GC. On top of that, I had to go back and fix work that Jim had done. When Jim was on the job site, he did more socializing than working. Not only is he unprofessional, he is greedy and lazy as well. If you want to avoid extra costs and legal headaches, I recommend using someone who takes pride in their character, quality of work, and costumer service.

In short- if you dont mind waiting several days, in the dead of summer, for your A.C. to get fixed and deal with someone that refuses to return phone calls or show up when promised, then these guys would be the perfect ones to go with.They came out on a Monday afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Was told they didnt have the supplies necessary for the fix and theyd return Wed morning. This is Thursday afternoon and I still havent seen or heard from anyone...even after leaving several messages. (When their voice mail box wasnt full.. )

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We went without air for three full weeks because of their failure to see that the unit was beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. After showing up unannounced several times (including once at 10:15pm) and milking American Home Shield for every penny they could on repairs and freon, they said they had to order a whole new condenser. Took another week for them to actually come out and replace the broken one. Continued to dodge our calls when we asked for updates and hung up on my husband twice. After I complained that the AC had been out for weeks I was told that its normal for their customers to go without for longer than we had and I should be thankful it wasnt that long. Oh, did I mention Im 7 months pregnant? Dont call this company unless you want to be treated like an unwanted dog. (Also worth noting - one of the only 5 star reviews is from the very employee that was sent out to our house. How ironic.)

My Mister Fix It does a good job at a fair price. I see bad reviews from dishonest customers all the time and this company works hard even for difficult customers. I have been working in the industry for many years and I have seen the good and the bad.
