Jerry and his co worker was very knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. He explained what was the problem and the reason why my drain was backed up. The price was very reasonable and we will use Affordable Plumbing again if we need to. I will highly recommend this company to anyone!

Thank you to Josh and Thomas! Our water heater suddenly stopped working (during the holidays when we had a full house) and on a Sunday! Josh sent Thomas out to assess and it was decided a new water heater was needed which they installed that same day! They worked until after 5 pm and on a Sunday to make certain we had the hot water situation solved. We are very appreciative of their professionalism and for treating our emergency quickly. And lastly, even though it was all done on a Sunday, the price was very reasonable! Affordable cares about their clients!

During the snow storm of February 2021 our hot water went out. We waited it out and our line busted. Our whole house was flooding with water and this was the only plumbing service that answered. Chris and Joseph came out super quick and identified the problem immediately. They fixed our water line and the whole process was less than an hour and wasn’t as costly as we were expecting. Thank you affordable plumbing for helping us! 10 degrees and snow didn’t stop them!

The price was affordable in comparison to other companies and as a contractor I deal with alot. Unfortunately the only downside is they get backed up quickly and sometimes it will take 3 to 5 days before they can even come out.

2015 at night, washing machine drain backed up, called affordable plumbing. Josh picked up the phone, first ring. He was very nice and respectful. Thomas then showed up at my house, I explained what was going on, he knew what the issue was AND how to fix it. My daughter flushed baby wipes down the toilet!!! Problem fixed by 2100. I did not have a good experience. I really needed help with an outdoor leak. I was told over the phone there would be no charge to come out and evaluate the leak. While he was professional, he said the leak could not be fixed that day. His boss would need to come look at it. He then told me I needed to pay $30 for the quote. I never received a proper quote. Was never contacted by his boss to even make arrangements to have it looked at. Meanwhile, I was leaking gallons. I had another company come out and fix the leak. I still havent heard anything. I deserve my money back for a quote I never got. Nor did anyone attempt to contact me to say they could or couldnt help. I would not recommend. I have reported to BBB.

My water heater was repaired and the guys showed up without a water hose so I had to get mine out to drain the tank. They had to leave to get a pump that I assumed would be on every truck so I had to wait for them to come back. It took several hours to get the heating element replaced. The floor was a mess after they left and tracked mud in (it wasn’t even a rainy day). The tech also left the access panel wet which caused a bad smell after a few days. The access panel had been clean from when it was new until Affordable plumbing touched it. The repair lasted about a week and I left a message on a Thursday night. I didn’t get called back so I called on Friday and was told that I would have to wait until Monday to have hot water. They fixed it and now something else broke, is what I was told over the phone. It’s not affordable if you have to call another plumber to fix the issue. Save time and money by choosing a better company to start with

Its listed on Google as a 24-hour service, but I am not sure if that is correct. I called twice on Sunday around 1 pm. First time I called, somebody picked up but didnt say anything, all I heard was background noise so I thought maybe it was a bad connection. Tried back and left a message, but no one called back on Sunday or Monday. I double and then triple checked the number, it was the correct number both from Google and their website. Went to Andys Plumbing instead.

(My mothers review of the service she got) doesnt recommend Affordable Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning LLC.November 9 at 6:37 PM ·Def. no, will not ever call again! Here is why! Affordable is NOT Affordable. I was overcharged at least $350.00 to $400.00. I was told it cost about $1100.00. I needed a 40 Gallon Gas Water Heater. It took Mike not even 2 hours. He replaced an empty Tank, put a 6inch PVC Pipe to make it up to State Standards, to put between the Tank and the Gas Line. Payment was demanded as soon as job was finished. When Angie called to get the payment, she said it is $1200, because Mike had to do something else. That something else was a 6 inch piece of pipe. My other items for the heater were still in good condition, therefore, he did not have to replace any of the connections to the Water. It was no weekend, no night time rate. My work was done from 10-12 Noon. I had to get it fixed, because the Tenant has a little boy and needed Bathwater, etc. I was told I cannot get an itemized bill, which I need, because it is a Rental Property. Lowes and Home Depot Water H. were from $417.00 to $647.00, which Mike would have bought it at Contractors Price, plus Labor $100. per hr. ($200.00). This is why they took advantage of me, overcharging for 2 hr. which could have cost at the most $850.00. I request a refund, I will also go to the District Attorney and file my complaint, about outrages Prices for the Consumer. I notified the BBB of this price gouging. I am still waiting for my itemized Statement from Angie. Please Customers read this and get informed, I will always pay what I owe, but if one hits me over the head with gouging I can get pretty upset, because this was taken advantage of, even as far as using either Emergencies, or the elderly people. Ive seen better customer service at a fast food restaurant) My mother has been so patient, and kind about all of this...so that she can still be ignored by the supposed owner of this place.. who told her... he would make contact with the tenant... he would put a drip pan in... THE water heater was installed and paid for (tho, outrageously, and a small refund was given) - on the 7th of November) SHE needs that itemized invoice for her rental property records. Bobby and his men just finished installing my new HVAC. Job was professionally and quickly done. All of the installers that were here were extremely friendly, conscientious and efficient. They took great care to bring my 50 year old house up to PSO standards. My attic is extremely small and these guys worked their tails off to install the air handler and ductwork. They also cut 3 new ducts to make sure that the air was properly distributed throughout the house. I cant describe how pleased I am with their job and they did it for over $3000 less than the bids of two of their competitors. Best HVAC guys in town as far as I am concerned. Call them, you will be glad you did!
