Main AC went out, had 4 portable AC going and house was 78°. Came over, no introductions. Left a mess for me to clean up. Didnt close the gate behind them so my dog ran away. No apology for that. I have no idea what they did because they didnt tell me their plans or what the problem was. They left without saying they were done. Very rude and unprofessional. Have the main AC running and the other 4 and house is still over 72°.

Very rude and hateful. It says open 24 hours I called and no one answered. On the fifth time of my calling this guy answered the phone and asked what the hell is wrong with me for calling so many times. Which I replied excuse me and then he hung up on me. My AC went out and I am trying to get it fix. As soon as possible.
