Do not argue with a customer. I use pay by phone and have visited many shops with never a huge problem. However, this shop asks for payment of cash or a credit card BEFORE polish. Huh? So, my manicure-pedicure is interrupted to go to pay up front with my phone. The proprietor proceeds to insist I pay with a card after I politely ask her to allow me to try the pay by phone first. Several places Ive visited were not aware their system could process pay by phone. I suspected this would be case with this salon and after a couple embarrassing exchanges in front of other customers, I am finally given a chance to test her system. On the first try, the payment goes through. There is a way to handle situations like this that do not bring embarrassment to any one. I will not be a repeat customer. Hopefully, the salon will review the pay before polish policy in view of new technology. Prices are reasonable. But the staff needs some training in good customer service. This review serves as my tip.

This place is great! I went on a Sunday afternoon - there was no wait and everyone there was exceptionally polite. The owner knew all the customers by name. They did a great job and charged fair price. I think I found my new regular spot!

The staff is so nice and attentive! They were sweet, told me funny jokes, and made my day. They also did great work. This is an excellent shop!

Decided to try this spot because of all the amazing reviews... Ended up very disappointed. Only three people working which was fine until you have seven people looking for services. My pedicure was completely rushed, nothing done to my cuticles, polish was left on the tips and sides of my toes. Furthermore the polish on my toes wasnt fully on my actual nails so it looks like it was painted like week ago and had grown out. Would not recommend and for sure would not go again.

Worst place ever! Unhygienic, Rude.If you’re short on staff you just tell clients your wait time they will come back or go somewhere else. They rushed my mani pedi, Mede my nails too thin, it started cracking next day and also my husband got deluxe pedi so he can get massage but they rushed him as well to get more clients. My friend was left with acetone for 30 minutes where her skin started burning.
